Amazing company! I was involved in an accident after 6 pm and was stranded on the interstate with my 3 children. Not only did this company responded quickly, they also went above and beyond to make sure that sure we got a ride safely back to town to get a rental! This company restored my belief that there are still great people out there to lend a hand when needed! I will recommend this company to everyone and anyone who needs a tow or roadside assistance in and around Missoula!

I wanted to thank Justin for his excellent service in getting Derrick out to tow my truck. Derrick was great at loading my truck up and getting it to my shop. Derrick was amazing traversing up my muddy hill. Thanks again, you are now my tow go to.

After having a very positive experience when my truck needed towed, I remembered the outstanding service this company provided when a friend was having some bad luck and needed a tow. The Owner not only helped this elderly lady, he did at a loss to his company. I will ALWAYS recommend, and use this service - Thank You!

First of all HONESTY is what you will find and hard working awesome people here. Justin Lattin is an incredible mechanic, buisness owner and his follow through spot on. He played fantastic football and has worked in his family businesses since he was like 16. So... if you want a good, honest to truck driver or need to contract a company to respond to your emergencies....pick them Montana!

After purchasing a car in the area for a project I ended up being delayed from traveling over to retrieve the vehicle. My schedule was such that I would need to make the trip at night. Ambrose Creek Towing was able to pick up the car up and have it ready for me to load up in the evening and be right back on the road. There are still real good people in the world, the owner of this company is one of them. He saved us from breaking down off the side of the road 2 hours away from home, went and got a new alternator for us and called his mechanic friend to come out and install a new alternator just sitting off the highway. He was a life saver, and didn t even charge us for his time. What a blessing to humanity. Thanks again!! 5 STARS!

Had a great experience with Justin at Ambrose Creek Towing. He was extremely friendly, and professional in the service he provided(this was on a Sunday evening too). If anyone is in the Missoula area and requires towing service, tire change etc, I would highly recommend giving this local Montana business a call for their service. Exceptional service! This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a towing company, they were at my vehicle within minutes of calling and went immediately to work on it, using sophisticated and innovative tools to gain entry into my car. Everything they did was as punctual and efficient as you could possibly get! I couldn't be happier with their service and definitely will use them and recommend them again, they had me in my car and on my way in mere minutes of their arrival!!

Cody was very professional. I was able to get my car up and running right before he arrived to help me out. I offered to pay him for the extra mileage but he told me not to worry about it. These wonderful people are amazing! first of all I just honestly I'm so thankful for such great people to come help me. My keys got locked in my car and I heard about them over the radio the day prior to this happening to me and I ended up giving them a call, they were there within the hour and got it done under 5 minutes they were extremely nice and did such an amazing job and I will always call them if I need them from now on and I strongly recommend them!Service: Car lockouts

Extremely quick and very professional.. Marshall was tasked with getting my car with 2 flat tires on to a flatbed.. Excellent customer service as he then also contacted me after the delivery of my vehicle to the service shop. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for any future needs.

Speedy response and exceptional service. Truck broke down and they were there in under a half hour. After the quick pick-up, they went out of their way to drop me off at my other vehicle before they hauled my truck to the shop. Couldn't thank these folks enough before they left! And check out the average rating, that's not something you see very often any more. A great reputation and customer service are still king in this modern world, and these guys have both!!

Earlier today my boyfriend hit a deer on the highway and I called Ambrose Creek Towing. They were so easy to reach for help, and they showed up immediately to tow the car. They did not keep us waiting! They also called us the second they dropped it off at the shop we wanted it taken to. They are so quick and were very nice to us on the phone and in person! I felt very comfortable with them. They even offered us a discount because of our relation to the owner of a shop who suggested them to us! I am so thankful they helped us out today, and I am beyond pleased with their outstanding service!Thank you Ambrose!

I recently dealt with Marshall for an emergency tow for a failed alternator, and I couldn't have been happier with my service! He treated me with the utmost respect and gave me the peace of mind to KNOW that It is in fact my alternator and not anything else! Very respectful and kind individual that seems to treat all of his customers with care and empathy during turbulent times! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family for any towing needs!

The best part of breaking down was being rescued by Ambrose Towing! Fast, super friendly, exceeded all expectations. I ll never call anyone else, or recommend another company. Wonderful local family that really cares. I d give ten stars if I could!

This past Saturday we had a family hike adventure planned for St. Mary's Peak. Two miles from the trail head the fuel pump went out in our SUV. When we called Ambrose Creek Towing with 5 people's disappointments, we were immediately treated with understanding, courtesy, and felt we were the Priority of the Day. It was a big disappointment, but with their Reasonable Pricing, Quick Response, and Positive conversation we can Highly Recommend them as a company with High Integrity. They will EARN your business.

When I called a large towing company to come tow a vehicle, they came out and said four wheel drive was needed and they could not get the vehicle out without getting stuck. I called Ambrose Creek and in less than ten minutes they were there and safety and securely got the vehicle loaded and hauled away to be repaired. Ambrose Creek had the exact same rig to haul the vehicle as the large towing company. I m am so impressed and will definitely refer them to anyone and they will be my #1 towing company that I will use from now on !! Well done and thank you for excellent service.

Well done, Ambrose Creek Towing, and thank you Cody ! ! ! ! ! !With other towing companies in the area I got an answering machine or excuses, with Ambrose Creek Towing I got a tow-truck and a knowledgeable driver named Cody. The first thing the man did was to try and get my truck started on the off-chance it would not need a tow. When we confirmed the truck would not start, I went from the side of a country road to a mechanic looking at the vehicle for less than $150. They quoted 45 min to get there and 45 min later there was Cody with the tow-truck. I could not be happier and I could not have asked for more. Realistic timeframes with a reasonable price. Ambrose Creek Towing is absolutely great! The rates are affordable, the driver is friendly and he treated my car with more care than the old girl has earned. He treated a 20 year old, beat up sedan like it was a 2018 Camero. Great service!

My daughter and I were broken down on I-90 about 30 miles outside of Missoula and needed a tow. We called USAA roadside service and in about an hour the tow arrived. Delbert was the tow operator and drove from Stevensville on a Sunday night ( missing dinner) to rescue the car and us. He used boards to create a secondary ramp for the car which sits low and is AWD before loading on the tow platform. We were tied down and ready I m minutes. Delbert took the car to the shop and us to the hotel down the street. He was also networking with other operators giving advise and I could see he knows his stuff. Great to see a go-getter and hard working dude out keeping the world moving. Thank you and I will recommend this company anytime.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

I ran off the road during a snow storm late at night. Justin came to my house and picked me up with hot coffee shortly after i called him. Got my truck out fast and safely in a very bad stretch of the road. Very professional!I will recommend this company to everyone i know! By far the best customer service. I was stranded 50 miles outside of Missoula, they were quick, very polite and extremely efficient. Both driver and owner kept in contact with me, to keep me posted on the status as well as making sure I was safe. I cannot say enough about this company!!!!

I have never had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with such kind, caring people. I broke down and called 2 other towing companies who told me it was gonna be 3+ hour wait and $100+ For the tow. I call Ambrose and they tell me 30 minutes. It didn t taking them that long. And they treated me and my car with the upmost respect. I d give them a lot more starts if I could
