Sarah and Jonetta made my car rental experience so easy! The vehicle was very clean. The process of picking it up and dropping it off was simple. They are friendly and accommodating! The close proximity to the airport is so convenient. Thanks ladies, I ll be back!

Love these guys! They are conveniently located in the same parking lot as the airport. They have a good selection of cars, trucks, and SUVs at a good value. They are friendly and responsive; even at the last minute (24 hours prior). No hassles and no nickel and dime situations. I've used them for car rentals after flying in on Cape Air as well as tarmac service when chartering a private jet. They deliver the quality of service you would expect in any of those situations!

Imagine being 2K miles from home and your auto suffers a catastrophic mechanical failure and you are on vacation. That's how I came into Richland Car and Truck Rental. We were a family of 6 and looking at losing 2 days of sightseeing. Sara assured me that she would be getting a vehicle in late but she'd clean it and get it to me even after hours. Fair prices, friendly service and the cleanest rental I've ever gotten! I was able to enjoy this vacation because of how I was taken care of here. I would recommend without hesitation! Thanks so much!

Hi guys! Sara at Richland and the whole rental experience could not have been better! Highly recommend them in whatever capacity you might need them. Have delt with Sara in the past and she is a wealth of information even when i didn't end up needing a car on that trip. My last trip, the car was excellent, clean, everything I needed. Had to extend my stay and they were more than accommodating. Sara meet me at the airport, all was ready. Please use them if your in the area! Completely satisfied! Thank you! Steve Thomas

Excellent service from Sarah and the rest of the Richland Car and truck Rental staff!!! I was in need of a rental truck asap and was setup with what I needed quickly and with no issues. I will definitely use Richland Car and Truck Rental in the future and will let my friends and business associates know about them. Much better and more friendly then the big three in the area (Budget, Enterprise, and Hertz). Thanks again, Sarah!

I have rented from Richland a few times over the past four years and they have always been great to work with my schedule and needs. This week was no exception, but they went above and beyond. I found myself stuck in Sidney after a flight that didn t work out. Sarah offered several options and made it possible for me to get to the location I needed to go. Thanks so much for taking care of me. This is the only place I will rent from in Eastern MT.

The staff is friendly and helpful, as well as comfortable and professional working under pressure. They assisted me when I was in a pinch and in need a rental car for no more than 22 hours. They were patient and courteous as I upgraded my personal insurance to meet their minimum legal requirements. The entire team was observant to any guest walking in the door; at the ready to provide exceptional customer service all with ease. Should I find myself in Sidney, Montana, in the future they will be by first stop after stepping off the plane. If your day ever turns into "a series of unfortunate event," the exceptional team at Richland Car and Truck Rental is the place to go and rent a vehicle, hassle free without owning a major credit card. Forget major car rental companies while in Sidney, there is no other choice than Richland Car and Truck Rental.

During travel to the area, I rented from this local owned, woman run business. The vehicles are immaculate, customer service is top notch, very friendly, and helpful. I was promptly greeted as soon as I exited the airport, check out was quick and easy, and I was on my way in no time. I recommend this business for anyone traveling in this area.

Bryn was extremely helpful and flexible when I rented a vehicle on a Sunday, outside their normal opening hours. The vehicle was in perfect shape and sparking clean, and the container of sanitary wipes was a nice bonus. So much better than the faceless giant car rental chains.

Richland Car and Truck Rentals took care of my last minute needs for a car with less than 24 hours notice. Their establishment is clean and welcoming and the car worked out great. I will be calling them again!

Richland car rentals was an absolute pleasure to rent from. Sara was one of the most helpful people I ve dealt with, she came in after hours on a Saturday to get us a vehicle which got us home after a mechanical issue with our aircraft. Thank you so much A+

Great experience. I had a close connection between the time my plane got in and a presentation I had to give, so I was worried that I'd get caught waiting for the car or filling out a mountain of paperwork. They had a nice car ready for me, and even let me change in their bathroom. They also helped me with directions. I highly recommend them!

Going above and beyond.Sarah, at Richland Car and Truck Rentals at the Sidney airport certainly went above and beyond for me. This included working outside of the normal working hours and responding to my many questions about insurance and availability, even changing my collection time last minute due to unforeseen events. In my many years of travelling throughout North America and abroad, this is certainly the most comprehensive assistance I have ever received. Being the only true car rental facility in Sidney, one would expect that because the options are few/limited, the service would be challenging or difficult to receive, not at Richland Car and Truck Rentals. Top Notch! Thanks again for helping me complete my journey. Until next time!

There's not many options for ground transport in Sidney, or Eastern Montana altogether. I had to drive an hour into North Dakota and back in the same day. I showed up at the airport, which is right next to the car rental place, and the woman, Sarah, who was on was very friemdly, and even helped me before they were open; they open at 8a and I was in the office at 730a, no issues. One thing to take into consideration is they don't carry their own insurance, so you'll have to have that coverage with your own auto policy. Fortunately I did, and she even called my insurance agent in California and set it up for me. All in all a good experience. I would reccomend them, as they are the only car rental place up in that area.

Working with Richland Car and Truck Rentals was super easy. They are close to the terminal and have everything ready to go when I get off the plane. They have the vehicles warmed up and running for you, which is so nice on a cold day!

I periodically fly in for the day and work around Sidny and the surrounding towns. The crew at Richland Car and Truck Rental are easy to work with and make the car rental process quick and painless. You ll have a great experience working with them when you need a car in Sidney, MT!
