Wouldn t warranty truck batteries without a receipt, last I checked there was only one NAPA parts store in Sidney MT. I know I purchased them there November 2021.

I needed help finding out what I actually needed and the staff was kind and helped me figure our exactly what I needed. There was 2 staff and I was greeted by both at different times. Lots of items to choose from including specialty tools. The only down fall was the amount of time or takes to check out. It was like a 6 step process to run my debit card and get me a receipt.

This store constantly price gouges customers you are better off driving to Williston for parts then ever using this store. Charged me 53.99 for a filter Williston had for 22.15.

Jen and Josh are the friendliest, most knowledgeable people you could ask for. Quick, next day delivery of almost any part you would need. And the store is clean and well kept. There are also literally thousands of parts in-store to get you back on the road. As far as I am concerned, there is only one auto parts store in town, Napa.

Rude, substandard customer service.Christal at Carquest is much more knowledgeable than the rude adolescents behind the counter at napa anyhow

There's often a wait, and prices aren't always the best, but in my experience, you're more likely to find oddball parts in stock. They happen to be the only local place that I know of that stock Optima batteries and AMSOIL.

The kid that was helping me took a call and instead of putting them on hold he proceeded to help them then hung up the phone and went to grab his cell phone completely disregarding me
