If you plan of bringing small children beware they charged us a pet fee once we left after we cleaned up all of our bedding and towels we used. They said there was dog hair all over even after there was blood all over the bed in our room. All they did was give us extra sheets to cover it. Super awesome management.

1st time we did online reservation , staff in Sidney Montana were very helpful with things at hotel and information in the community. We loved our 1st visitSafety: Secure well lit parking, nothing walk away from our pickup.

Can't judge a book by its cover. Upper management and hotel staff care about customer satisfaction. Ty, ty again thank you.Rooms: If something isn't to your liking, they will go out of their way to accommodate you beyond what you expected.Noteworthy details: Above and beyond care. Made me feel more than a customer. I felt as if I was Family.

Amazing hotel hands down. I travel often long story short 15 road trips cross north America .By far this is been the best hotel i have stayed at comparing the price and amenities. Plus the people who work here are really helpfull and always go above and beyond! This place is a hidden gem this town has plenty of things to do for a outdoorsman , or just a family passing through . If your traveling to yosemite or california or towards canada , you want to stop in sidney for a amazingly good night rest with a free amazing breakfast.The rooms are super clean you will not always get it to this extent the people here reaply know how to make you feel welcome when you stay with the .Beds are super comfy rooms are big and up to date not like a lot of hotels in a 350 mile radius of sidney MT. Place is so clean you could sleep on the floor .Pool and hot tub is super cool place to chill. Super cozy chill spot for family next to pool

I ve been staying here for the better half of 3 months. They staff is great. They re very helpful with any questions or issues. My room gets cleaned frequently. They ve accommodated me to a room away from other guests so I can sleep peacefully without disruption. Chris who works at the front desk always makes sure there is hot coffee, cups, lids, and anything else needed before I m leaving for work which is great because I work odd hours. I stayed here before about 2 years ago and had a horrible experience but this time has been nothing short of excellent. Definitely recommend staying here especially for extended stays. My only complaint is the WiFi sucks.

Seems like this hotel has a lot of potential, but just isn't met at all. There is a super nice pool and hot tub area, but it's closed. They have a nice elevator, but it's dirty, and floors are sticky. They have a lovely entrance with white lights, and all the perks, but the chairs are always in dis array, and nobody is ever at the desk. They have a tea/coffee stand, but there are no liquids to make the tea with. There is sugar, and tea, and creamer, but no hot water, or, no sink + microwave to make your own hot water with. There is a waffle Making station, but the only utensil they have to offer were plastic knifes. There was yogurt, but they were sitting out on the counter, not being refrigerated. The rooms are lovely, but it smells like dirty diapers in the hall. Etc. I could keep going. I think they must be understaffed, and poorly managed, or something like it. The facility is great, the people who run and represent the place are not.I thought some of these occurrences were just a one-day kind of problem, but we stayed several nights, and they were continuous.We switched hotels after a few days.So sad to see a 5 star facility become a 2 star experience because of the staff.

Spent one night for work. Was able to use the fitness room for the dumbbells (the cardio machines were not in service). The room was fine for one person (single queen). Really bummed the pool/hot tub was out of service and I guess if I had checked the reviews, I could have seen it s been that way for months. It is a good hotel to sleep, but not much more.

I stayed here last night. The lobby, rooms, and grounds were modern and well kept. The front desk folks were nice. All in all a nice place to stay for the price. Two gripes though, the shower curtain didn't extend much beyond the rim of the tub, which put water on the floor. The night stand/shelf is situated in such a way that in order to plug anything in behind it, you have to get on your hands and knees to plug anything in. I would stay here again, the price was hard to beat.

Room are clean, and the staff attentive, and the breakfast was different each day and very tasty. Would highly recommend.Nearby activities: Sidney is in a beautiful location, the Yellowstone Ricer is outside of town. Lots of recreation and downtown shopping.

Hot tub and freezing pool was perfect for my travel worn body. Originally given a dirty room, bit easily fixed. Room lacked hot water. Luke warm, at best. Remote didnt work for tv so I had the choice of Fox news or nothing. I chose nothing. No wifi password given, nobody at desk. The lady at the desk was overwhelmed as someone called off so she was running both hotels.

If I could give our stay zero stars I would! Our room was dirty, it was missing the mattress from the hide a bed and there were holes and rips in every towel... when we brought up the mattress issue to the night clerk she was helpful and courteous. This was the only bright spot in an otherwise terrible stay. When any other issues were brought up to the day clerk she looked at her fingernails and said " yeah well you know"... all of this and they have no ice makers on any of the upper floors and the one on the main level was broken. The clerk had to go to the hotel next door to get ice for us! Microtel will NEVER get our business again!

The hotel is really nice. But it was built so cheaply that you hear water coming down the pipes when people above you flush, opening and closing drawers. It was like being in a college dorm dealing with loud walkers and people doing who knows what. You could hear people above, below, next door. Rooms are smaller than your average hotel room which is what makes it so cheap I'm sure. Overall a nice place, friendly staff but bring ear plugs or be a sound sleeper.

Room was relatively clean. Didn t have a remote control for the Telly so I went to the desk and got one but the tv still didn t work. Called the desk and desk guy said he would check into it and get back to me. He did not get back to me and really didn t have a clue about the television anyway. This is the highest priced hotel in this town and there is no tv. At least the microwave works.

When I got there, the desk clerk was handling checkins at two different Microtels at the same time & running back & forth to check people in. So I checked in online, then when she got back, she could not find the reservation, so she would not honor the online room price. So, I agreed to the higher price & checked into a single room with one double bed, for one person. Then, after booking the room, she said they did not have a room of that type clean, they only had a room with two double beds. Instead of renting me the double room for the price I checked in at, she insisted on charging me an additional 10.00! I thought that was unfair, as it was their responsibility to have clean rooms or to at least know what they had available before they checked someone into a room they did not have available!...especially since the hotel wasn't anywhere near full, the parking lot was empty & online booking said they had numerous rooms for rent.

I stay here once a week for work. I have to say that the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They really take care of the customers staying here. The rooms are good sized and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you re staying in Sidney Mt.

The handycap suite is nice and wide. Plenty of room. The conference room was nicely set up. Everything is clean and tidy. Shelly the manager was very welcoming and was very kind to my son who asks 10 billion questions over and over again. . If you need a place to stay I would highly recommend here.

Hotel was clean and nice but has some big issues. There was no internet, nor anyone working the front counter. I stayed there for 2 nights and didn't once see another person at the hotel. There were 2 vehicles in the parking lot including mine. Hot tub and pool drained. No mention of this at all when booking .

Great staff, great house keeping. But lets be honest, i got a room so i can sleep. Walls are paper thin. I was literally able to pick up the voice from the phone that the person next door was using. There's also maybe four rooms checked for the night, and we are all stacked together.Not much for complaining, but if you have paper thin walls, then you should not line customers rooms up unless there is no other option. I'm amazed nobody else noticed in these reviews. If my work didn't choose this place for me $$, i would've given another place a chance.

I booked on Hotels.com and specifically chose the motel based on the beautiful pictures of the pool. Was very disappointed the pool is permanently closed. Rooms were nice and clean but my heat/cooling was not working reported to the desk and they advised someone would come up and they never did. Staff was friendly and it is an inviting property.

Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Our entire floor smellled like rancid rotting milk. The smell was so bad we went and bought a candle to make it thru the night. The day we checked in we find out the hot water is being shut off at 9 am and no time line for when it will be turned back on. The ice maker on our floor is out of order. The hot tub is broken and has parts on order. The breakfast was a joke. Almost all the food was gone. No eggs, no milk - but their milk order is on the truck will be here in 3 days! Thinking we are going to cancel the rest of our stay and find somewhere different.

Very helpful staff who are dedicated to those who stay here. This place is full of trade workers, oil field, BNSF, etc and the folks here running the show do a fantastic job. Breakfast is out EARLY for those early risers and stays relatively late for those who crawl in at all hours after a long day. Room was nice and clean.

Unbelievably poor site. Broken heater or thermostat, broken phone, clogged bathroom sink drain, back hair on toilet, liquid coffee creamer cup way past expiration and in a clump, not adequately clean. Put that into the Smallest room I've ever seen in this country! We did not see a staff member to report problems to when we tried, could not reach a person by phone, and left middle of the night to get to a place with a working heater. I am a frequent traveler due to my occupation and have never seen another place with so many shortfalls.

I m a trucker who travels all over the US. I stay in hotels in every state. I got a room here for two days as I was getting loaded for the southeast. They have a washer and dryer here so I thought I d do a load, but unfortunately I forgot the laundry soap. I hesitated to go to the front desk but from the start of my stay they were so nice and accommodating...so I went down and asked Tara, if by chance she had any laundry soap? She looked around and came back with some. You don t find many places that go outta their way to make sure we travelers have what we need. People like Tara are the true heroes in our society. The simple fact that she was able to provide something for me means more than words can say. Thank you!!!!

Very nice place. (CLC) Corporate lodging discount $64 Monday night. Staff is very friendly. McDonald's and Pizza Hut. 2 minutes walk away.Nice pool and hot tub. Great single room, comfy bed and clean !! Big bathroom and shower. Breakfast in AM but at the time of this review I haven't had it till tomorrow.

The pool was pleasantly warm, but hot tub was closed. The pool & lobby bathroom were not well maintained - no TP or towels. Water pressure in the room showers was painful, but otherwise the rooms were nice & modern. Breakfast was quite minimal - ran out of yogurt so mostly carbs.

My work team and I were there 3 weeks, so these 5 stars are rightly earned. Lol. The front desk is awesome. They do serve breakfast, and it is pork meat, so those of us who don't eat pork have no meat options. Any little issues we had were immediately resolved and everyone made us feel like we were at home :)

After the experience i had at richland inn and suites (horrible) microtel worked to get me in for the night on a super short notice, i greatly appreciate the girl at the front desk who worked amazingly to get me settled. She was a total sweetheart! we shouldve just stayed here to begin with, we will definitely stay here every time we visit sidney. thank you so much for the help today guys!

The room is nice and clean, breakfast is good albeit lacking in selection. Reception was super friendly and awesome, and if I could personally give the girl who checked us in a good word (if I knew her name) I would!
