I'd give 0 stars if I could. Completely displeased with this shop.I brought my vehicle in on a Wednesday and was told days prior that they do 3rd party warrenty work. On Friday, I was told that warranty was approved for half the parts and labor. I told them to go ahead and do the repair when I was able to get the funds to cover the rest.They sat on my vehicle all weekend clear through Tuesday afternoon without a single call. I know they are closed on weekends. I called Tuesday afternoon to check and see if the parts had come in.I was told that parts were on order and hadden't arrived yet. She didn't know who they were ordered through. I said ok and ended the call.I received a call back just minutes later to be told that he was going to opt out of repairing my vehicle with no explanation as to why, he just stated because he was opting out and hung up the phone while I was trying to ask him another question.Very rude, unprofessional. They waited until the last minute to tell me he didn't want to fix it, knowing I needed to get it fixed to go back to work.Not a happy customer, I will never consider bringing my vehicle or business here ever again.

Unfortunately we can't make everyone happy here we do our best. Fortunately us business owners talk and find out the people who pay bills and the ones who don't pay we are not a bank.
