If you are going to stay in Sidney, Montana this hotel is a fine choice. Our check in experience was a little strange but once we made it to the room we were thrilled. We often find our rooms in the rural towns are run down, older. But this was updated and beautifully presented. It is probably the cleanest hotel room I ve ever been in. My grandmother used to make jokes about bouncing quarters off of bed sheets when we were little by gosh, THIS hotel you can actually do that. I ve never seen a bed made so well. Soft sheets, perfect pillows. We would definitely stay here again. The only downsides:* fan in bathroom doesn t work.* tv has a bad picture/hard to watch.* water tastes bad from faucet & no vending or ice on our floor.

The shower did not work at all. The little water that would come out if the bottom spout was cold - if you turned it to the warm position it shut off. And don t even try to use the shower head - I literally took a cold shower in a small drizzle of water! Plus - check out is 11, but housekeeping came knocking at 8:30 to see if we were ready to leave. I get they are busy, but at least give us a chance to get ready & leave before coming in.Walkability: Close to a lot of stuff in town.

This is a centrally-located, well-maintained Holiday Inn Express. It is very clean and modern, and the staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was phenomenal. Tons of selection. Not overcooked and hygencially prepared. The attendant was very capable and on top of things. She was frying bacon and bringing out food right up until the end time. They don't rush you out either. This hotel had a nice pool, with an interactive wading pool, a nice 4'6" main pool (with basketball goals), and a good sized hot tub. It has a business alcove and a fitness center as well. We felt nothing lacking! Very pleased.

The staff there is cheerful all the time. The cleaning folks are also very outgoing. The General Manager makes a point to seek out conversation and makes sure you are getting what you need. The only small small small negative is the hot tub could use a good scrub down. Has rust floating around a bit and is getting built up around perimeter. Wouldn't stop me from staying here again. " mainly due to how great the staff are"

So I have a mixed review for this place. Staff friendly and willing to help. Will give 5 stars. The hallways looked to be clean. The pool needs some love. 1st visit the hot tub was cold and dirty. (1star)Didn't use the hot tub this trip. This trip is mid-April the 1st room was nasty nasty nasty dirty. And that is giving my true feelings about the room. The front desk moved me to another room thankfully. Can say the room was cleaner. I get the fact the hotel is short staffed and seems to me they are rushing the cleaning they are trying to do.The beds are very firmMaintenance needed in bathrooms and rooms. Might to think about updating with paint and a good deep cleaning. But for over all I'm going to give this place 3 out of 5 for clean. Staff gets a 5 stars.Rooms: They need to be deep cleaned

Extremely disappointed with how this hotel is ran, especially with it being an IHG hotel. Arrived to find the front desk empty, and a phone number to call only to be told we are closed as guests are walking in? Not, we re booked or no vacancies. They had rooms available according to the IHG website. It turned out they had no front desk person working that night. From my experience in the hospitality industry, when staffing is short and there is a call-out without someone able to fill the position, it s up to management to fill it and fill in for the duties of the lower positions. It comes with the responsibility of being in a management position. Highly disappointed.

The staff was amazing. The manager, the day time and evening women at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The pool, children's pool and hot tub were fantastic. Our kids ranged from 3 years to 25 years old and they all thoroughly enjoyed swimming every day.I definitely recommend this hotel if you're in Sidney. Stay for breakfast - totally worth it.Rooms: The suite was huge and very comfortable for the week we were there.Food & drinks: The breakfasts were fantastic! There were scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, pancakes, muffins, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy and more. Everything we had was fantastic! In town, the Footers sandwich shop was 100 times better than any other sub shop.

The front desk clerk, Sue, was friendly and provided us excellency recommendations for dinner and breakfast restaurants in town. The pool area is very well suited to families. The rooms were clean and had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The continental breakfast offered a good selection as well. I recommend this place to anyone staying in Sidney

We had a fantastic time all three nights we were here. The front desk was very accommodating and made us feel at home. I have no complaints and look forward to my next stay in Sidney. I won t go to any other hotel but this one.And I m telling you, the coffee was excellent and always hot. Beds are comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Overall, it was a great stay.

The GPS address stops in the middle of an intersection, it's up about half a block or more before you see it (at night anyway). Front desk is available from 8am to 11pm. Pool/hot tub need work, but at least the hot tub was hot and jets worked. The room was spacious and worked for us. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, which is fine. Coffee though was Luke warm piss water .Rooms: Big rooms, plenty of space especially for the suites.Noteworthy details: Make the coffee in your room, it might be hot.

The staff was incredibly nice, the room was clean, the beds were comfy, the pool was a huge hit and the breakfast is the BEST!!!! I ve never encountered such a great continental breakfast! It had everything you can imagine plus options you don t usually see like Greek yogurt, strawberry cream cheese, hot cinnamon buns. It was a great stay and start to our day!

Very nice hotel. There s is no staff after 11pm so make sure you have your room key if you leave. Not sure how you would get another one lol.My room was very nice. No complaints at all. Breakfast was your typical IHG breakfast. It was good and they had the pancake maker.

Seriously annoyed. I booked a King room months ago, to find out at check in it had been given away. I get to my hotel room and it was dirty and not been cleaned from the previous guests. Then when I go to the font desk the clerk said I was not the only guest to have that complaint that night when they went to their room. After driving for work for 13 hours and getting to the hotel at 8 pm, not a great experience.

Great hotel, spent the weekend here with the extended family. Pool is fun for all ages, has a toddler area with fountains, a big pool with basketball, plus a hot tub. Breakfast was good, and breakfast room was a good place for us all to gather to spend family time. I would like the thank the staff for the great weekend and for letting us take over the breakfast room.

Comfortable bed and seemingly clean bedding. Front desks staff at late night check in and mid morning check out were kind, knowledgeable and professional. The rooms and all common areas definitely need a good scrub - dirty grimy handprints around light switches, dusty tables, some stained towels. Provided Soap dispensers in the shower were good quality however the condition was empty.Got an early knock on the door from house keeping - that definitely wasn t appreciated as it was hours before checkout time.Clean the walls, wipe all the surfaces routinely - it ll go a long way.

Called at two in the afternoon to make a reservation while visiting family, front desk clerk was over worked and sleeping, tried again.. still sleeping. Don t know why they felt it was relevant to share such info. Two stars with a name like Holiday is pretty wild as well, Get it together buds.

Thermostat and or heat unit doesn't work right. Ended up turning it on 80 all night to get it comfortable near 70 or below. Bathroom door wasn't hung properly as it shuts on you. There are water stains from a plumbing leak and the paint touch ups look horrible and stand out. The shower needs to be fixed as you have no option to take a bath and yes it has a bath tub. They have a fancy shampoo holder that claims they use a fancy shampoo, conditioner and body wash that should be a green tea product which if it was well it would smell like green tea.

Our family traveled up to Sidney so that I could entertain at the fair. One of my little ones did not travel well and the first night got sick on one of the beds. John at the front desk and Karen were both very understanding and helpful. All the staff is incredibly friendly. My littlest made friends with Victor who does maintenance. The breakfast is wonderful and plenty to choose from. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

Hotel was dirty, with the trash bins right out outside the front door overflowing with garbage, the stairs going up to the room looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in about three weeks. My mother room upon check in had about 6 wet dirty towels still in it, and it looked as though a blind person who was sick with altitude sickness made the bed.None of room phones worked as neither did their coffee maker. It looked like this was due to poor management and oversight. Worst Holiday Inn I've stayed in

Best hotel I ve stayed at. Very reasonable price. Huge room. East of all was the pool and spa. It was 9 degrees outside when I arrived. Pool and spa area were at least 85 and spa was perfect temperature to warm up. I would live in this room if I could. Love it
