If I could give zero I would. Worst customer service I have ever received from the service department. I am incredibly understanding and accidents happen but being talked down like I'm a child to is unacceptable. Save your time and go to glendive.

From the start, Marissa was so wonderful to work with. She answered every question I had about anything and was very helpful in making the process of ordering a vehicle go as smoothly as possible! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting a new vehicle!

Refused to order parts for open recall on my truck without inspecting when I was calling about the issues related to the recall, red rock ford in Williston had the parts and scheduled me for to get the recalled parts replaced that day. Eagle county couldn t even schedule me for an appointment for them to even look at it the same month, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE THEY DONT HAVE THE TIME OR KNOWLEDGE TO REPAIR YOYR VEHICLE

I went in to set an appointment for an oil change and replace the batteries in my key fobs. Friendly greetings. I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. I love working with the people there.

My family has done business with ECF for more years than I can remember - We have always been treated fairly when purchasing and/or servicing. Trina and her crew of top technicians are among the best in the region. They have always taken excellent care of our vehicles fairly and on time. Dan in parts is by far the most knowledgeable. We wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for our vehicle needs.

Top Quality Service and Competitive Pricing. We have had several repairs thru Eagle County Ford Service Department and have always been more than satisfied. Trina, the Service Manager, is top-notch for communication and service. She makes a bad situation of vehicle in need of repair and takes the stress out of it. Highly Recommend the Service Department.

Had a pickup go in and once picked up i noticed something else was broke on the pickup after, and then the dealership had tried to blame me for it. There is usually good customer service but not so sure about there mechanical abilities

Absolutely horrible,I have nothing good to say; even spoke to the Service Manager, Kelly and he was the worse (so sad). The climax of my experience with Eagle Country was when I did the mistake of asking over the phone for a verbal itemization i.e.. How much gasket, labor cost, how many hours of labor, diagnoses, dye need for leak and that's when I was advised to just pick-up my vehicle and remind they don't have work on my car as if there doing me the favor for even looking at it. I'm not surprised with the level of customer service in the Bakken area, this unfortunately is VERY typical. Oh and I came in for a oil pan gasket to be replaced but... Mr. Service Manager told me I had to get a new engine block which, would take at least 8 hours of labor. That's the equivalent to needing a manicure and walking out with open heart surgery and don't forget the enema! I truly wanted to give a great review and was hoping I could receive better service especially because I was taking my vehicle a dealership to be serviced. I hope Eagle Country gets better with the service they provide.to be continued...

My so. And I went in and looked at a used truck. The used car sales person was there to help with our purchaseAll the staff was very helpful. This makes the 3rd vehicle that we have gotten there. We have and will have and continue to come back. Really top knotch team.

My husband's car broke down on his way back to ND in Sidney and just barely made it to Eagle Country Ford. He walked in and asked for help, needing to get back asap. They were not only able to help him find the parts needed and work on his car, but also able to finish the work and get him back on the road before they closed that day! They worked hard to get it done in time! They made my husband's day and he was 150% satisfied!! Thank you so much Eagle Country Ford!!

Do not trust these people, they will charge you for warranty work that should be covered under warranty and you will have to call ford customer service and thats a big headache too. Please people be aware of these crooks...... please drive the extra miles to some other place that cares about there customers.......

Took my truck in for it's 10000 inspection and upon checking my oil level it was a quarter quart low... The tires where supposed to be rotated but I'm not sure if they where? I just didn't as if I were a wanted customer.

stopped in there with a friend that had to get parts and I am in the market for a newer truck spoke with a salesman about a truck and asked him a few questions the truck had a chip in the windshield and a dent in the a pillar and some chips in the paint and brought it up to the salesman he the had a terrible attitude and said it is sold as is and there will be no negotiating on price and he didn't care that it had damage walked away mumbling something I will never go back there for anything I was already pre approved for the truck amount but horrible service will take my busness elsewhere.

Even though we were from out of town they did their best to help us solve the problem by sending us to a place where we could get our vehicle checked out for free because they were swamped
