This place is amazing!I won t mention names, but we do live in a neighboring state. In our town the RV center is nothing but kind and considerate.So, we loaded up and tried Amunrud s RV! LOVE THEM!!! Everyone is so kind, they were quick in fixing our heater, and we even learned a little something! This place is our go-to! Even if it s a $10 part, I m driving a 2 hour round trip just to support these guys!

I would not bring your camper here at any cost. You are better off taking it anywhere but here. Spoke to them about co-signing our camper and giving a quote to fix a slide out, only to find out 3 weeks later they never looked at it and did not want to co-sign anymore, then when we arrived to pick it up the front corner that we put tin on to make it look nicer was damaged and they refused to fix what they had broke. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your stuff worse then when you dropped it off.

My wife and I are bird hunters from Pennsylvania who spend the whole fall in northern Montana in our 40' motorhome each year. We suffered a major structural failure in our slide due to rough roads shearing off three of the six heavy bolts that hold the slide on to the chassis. Desperate for help, we spoke to Amanda (the owner's kind and helpful daughter) and Mike, the owner. He offered to try to fix the mess.Made it to Sidney late day after a slow, careful drive in the damaged rig. Camped in the Amunrud's RV parking lot, where Mike kindly offered for us to plug into 50 amp in his pole barn. The next morning, Mike and the gent who works with him dropped all their other work to fix our motorhome including welding additional strips of steel, so the slide system is now much stronger than when it was new. The work was fairly priced. too.They treated us like neighbors and family, even though we were out-of-state strangers.Greg and Nancy Hartman

Very poor experience here. Was referred to Mike to get a quote on a slide out as well as co-sign with them. Left my camper there for close to a month and nothing was done on it other than the front corner of the fifth wheel now smashed in and no accountability on who did it.

We were traveling home to NJ and our AC unit stopped working and the temp was 107.Called Amunrud"s around 9am and asked if they could look at our rv. They said to bring it in that day. We got there by noon, and the guys got on it right away. They worked on it for 2 hours plus in 95 degree weather, and were able to send us on our way with ac. These people are great. Thanks for the great work.Th

I have used them a couple of times to get stuff for my RV.And so far they have had everything that I needed.The Lady's was very helpful.I very happy to say that,this is my go to place.

Most unprofessional business!Dropped our camper off to be worked on a MONTH ago, went on vacation for 2 weeks and have been staying in hotel until camper is fixed. We wanted the slides to be looked at and order new waste tank. They ordered the tank 2 weeks ago, even though camper was dropped off a month ago.I called company today, a month after they ve had it to get dimensions so I could try and find a different tank since they said tank they ordered hasn t even shipped yet. They spent $14.95 and $20 on total parts on slides, and charged $990 on labor charges?Calling and asking for update on our camper and asking dimensions upset them and they said they are not working on our camper anymore and that I waisted 1 hour of their time by TALKING to me on the phone. When in reality I spoke with the owner Mike for 13 minutes total, trying to get info on our camper that s at there shop??! He said for every time he s on the phone with me it s $30 each time I called. Charged me $150 for phone calls.. and made us pay 50% ($272) of waste tank that hasn t even been shipped yet, even though they said they won t work on our camper due to me calling asking about my camper. Couldn t pay with card said only cash. What a joke?! I can t believe the unprofessionalism and fraud this business is.

Truly hope this is not the normal for this company . Quoted the price for water heater over phone when went in to pick it up was $300 over the original quote for same water heater. Thankfully I didn't take the RV in for all other repairs we had discussed.

He has alot if different parts for RV's and he also works on them he does a good job has alot of experience in the field of work I've had him fix a few things and every time I bring something into him he knows right away what the problem is and and gets right to fixing it very trustworthy rv mechanic and rv dealer also
