Fellow Canadians and of course locals too I can not possibly rave enough about this shop ! We all know it s hard to find a honest shop when your not local or even more if your a woman but I can Promise you this is the shop to go to ! I got quoted over 1500$ in work I supposedly needed done - to find out I didn t need any of it ! He could have easily taken advantage and made money but he was honest he went above and beyond making sure my truck was safe and sound for the rest of our trip ! I can honestly say I ve never ever found a shop I ve liked or trusted more !

This guy can work on anything. We had a problem with our RV, drove in and Scott handled it. He is also very responsible to inexpensive. Scott deserves your business!

These guys really care! We've been using their services for both our vehicles since they came to Shelby and are super impressed. They are nice people and hard workers. Most recently had them detail our extremely dirty car and it's sparkling clean now, inside and out! Highly recommend them to anyone needing mechanic work, oil changes and detailing.

We came from Canadaand my brakesgave out. Found them and they took my car and replacedmy brakes and I was on the roadagain in 90 minutes. Fantasticservice.

We were coming back from Havre, MT, to Kalispell when our Excursion that was overheating broke down in freezing cold January. We called Regina at McQueens who told us to bring it in. She met us in the tow truck, took us in, and offered us coffee. We talked for a couple of hours, so friendly, while the crew worked on our car and took it on test drives. After repairs, they sent us on our way and when we asked how much, they said no charge. We were flabbergasted and invited them to dinner in Kalispell the next time they stopped in. The kindness of people in Montana is exemplified in Regina and the crew that work there. Highly recommend! Nicest people you will ever meet.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was stuck in Shelby for a couple of days waiting for my COVID results to come back so I could get across the Canadian border. Regina and Scott were able to find time to squeeze me in to replace a leaking wheel seal and make good use of my downtime. Scott s work was quick and thorough, and he did a great job getting my truck fixed. Regina was great to talk to and made the time fly by while I waited for Scott to finish up. Thanks Regina and Scott!

Came into Shelby July 28 thinking my truck fan clutch was done. Got a new clutch tried all shops in town no one wanted to help keep us on our family vacation to Idaho. Came in asked if they could fix us said yes got right to work on it. Found broken wires to clutch, they fixed it up an got us back on our vacation. Would highly recommend to anyone passing threw an having issue to stop in an ask for help.Service: Electrical repair

My AC compressor seized up while I was traveling through the area for work. Scott and Regina were very nice and got me back on the road quickly with little delay. If I'm ever in the area again and having mechanical problems, they would be the first people I call, without hesitation. (Also, they have the most amazing shop dogs.)

McQeen s Auto Repair saved us! We were driving an RV across country and had an issue with a vroken exhaust pipe. They fixed it immediately for a reasonable price, and were also so nice and friendly! Thank you!

Honest, affordable, quality service. Scheduled a Pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle and was walked through with Scott and Regina on the entire vehicle in 45 minutes. Was given an honest opinion on work that will be needed done and wasn't upsold or given any unnecessary recommendations. Will be back for any issues with this vehicle.

I won't be going to any other mechanics, I found the shop I trust. Honest, friendly & quick. They showed me photos of exactly what was wrong and explained everything so I knew exactly what work I was getting. The problem I have is actually a pretty big expensive fix, but we managed to find an affordable option for now to keep me going until I can afford the rest. Do yourself a favor and get your work done here, you won't regret it!

OMG! I can't give him enough stars! Our transmission overheated on our trip from AK. We called from the road and he met us at the shop right on time and figured out that the shear volume of bugs plastered to our grill (traveling through Canada) had made it so the engine and transmission couldn't get any air. He blew, scraped, and scrubbed out our grill to clean out the bugs and then DIDN'T charge us! Bless you Scott!

These owners/mechanics went above and beyond to help me. From my windows not rolling up in a snow storm, to having to tow it in,because the timing belt shredded! They were professional and efficient, as this was my only transportations, they handled it ahead of schedule with no extra/ surprise charges!
