Called Thursday and pre-ordered a tire for the following Monday as we are traveling. Monday morning 8am arrived at the shop and within 30 minutes tire was mounted/balanced and out the door. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a tire going flat. They helped me immediately. Removed the tire, patched it and reinstalled it quickly. Very helpful, nice, and efficient. I was inexpensive

Mark's is the best place if you need a tire repaired. We were on vacation in July 2021 and picked up a small nail in one of our tires. The guys at Mark's, even though they were very busy that morning, had us back on the road in under 60 minutes. Thanks again for the great service.

We were in Shelby visiting family for Christmas and got a flat tire Saturday night. We called the on call number at Mark Tire. Chris came in on a Sunday for people he doesn t even know. He found one used tire in excellent condition and gave us an amazing deal. Super friendly people. They are the best!

Ladies don't take your vehicle here. Had my car 10 yrs. I keep up on the maintenance, never had an issue with my vehicle! I went here for an oil change. An now I have a leak! Will not be back!!

Shannon is a guy that literally goes above and beyond what is expected for his customers. It's not often that you find that kind of service and dedication in a company and I would recommend them to anyone even remotely close to them. Well worth the trip!

Fixed a leak on my motorhome free of charge and sold my brother a tire for his trailer at cost that was better than the ones he had on it. Excellent service and honest. I would recommend these folks to anyone. They are more competitively priced than the tire shops in a major city and get right after it.

Super relaxed atmosphere, quick and courteous service, and the best prices I have seen in this area. I went there today to get my snow tires swapped out, only took 5 minutes and got a great quote on a set of tires for my other car. Definitely would recommend.

I had a flat tire and the guys here were amazing! We were in and out in under 20 minutes and they were super kind and delightful! Would recommend whole heartedly!

My husband and I were driving through on our way back from Michigan when our engine essentially blew up in Shelby. We were recommended Mark's Tire & Alignment with the hopes of them perhaps diagnosing the problem. While we didn't get our car fixed there (we needed a new engine and were still 3 hours away from home ), they went above and beyond to help us figure out what was wrong and help us find a way back home. It wasn't a simple " sorry, we can't help you".

I have an appointment at 8 in the morning. Shows up 20 minutes and then the mechanic not even there yes I understand he had something to do that was very important but a courtesy call would have been nice

Super disappointed with this shop. Tires were changed at a snails pace and tires were not even torqued before leaving. Mechanics just shrugged shoulders. Not professional.

I hear good things. Like if you buy tires from them they will make a home call to service them later on.
