I am so very impressed with the service from this fine company! My daughter was in a pretty intense car accident during the middle of the night. The accident happened in a desolate area but Elite found her and her car and got it towed safely to Roundup. The rate was so reasonable and the customer service was top notch!! I highly recommend this towing company!

The staff at Elite Towing were absolutely incredible. We were driving back to Canada from a quick weekend in South Dakota. when our car broke down 20 minutes outside of Roundup. Kathleen came and picked us up and brought us to the shop in town. Rick took a quick look and realized that our car needed more then just a quick fix, and set us up with a family member at the Metric Wrench in Billings. They loaded us up and delivered us into Billings and even helped us find a hotel. Unfortunately, the repairs on our car were to extensive and it didn't make the trip home with us. I will never forget the kindness that was shown to us by these beautiful people. Thank you for everything.Service: Car towing

Man what a great place to go to get your car looked at and repaired.Excellent customer service. I came in today to get my flat tire fixed sue and amber are angels. Another customer came in irate because the schedule got a little bit crunched when it came to getting his car in and out . It happens sometimes especially when your aim is to make everyone happy . They go above and beyond the guy was very I rate . Sue and amber handled the situation professionally and diffused the situation . They did not get ugly back. You can tell the gentleman was having a bad day . Just to see that interaction and how they handled the situation. He was calm they he just exploded that was enough for me to spawn up this review . Thank you guys for going the extra mile for your customers. Also for giving out reasonable prices. I'm am happy you guys are in the community Chester

We experienced a flat tire 10 minutes outside of Roundup. A very nice gentleman stopped and helped us get the spare tire on and followed us to Roundup. It was after hours and Elite was still open. They took the time to get us back on the road and back to Billings. We were very appreciative.Service: TiresService: Tires

Rick just dropped off my old beater. I thought SURE it would be days b4 the poor thing would make it home, waited for ice to melt. He's a bit of a martyr but a GOOD egg most of the time. Kathleen's a tough cookie, absolutely LOVE Joe's dry humor..Wish I could afford auto repair. I USED to say I made a church mouse look like Trump; Don't want to offend the church Mouse...LMAO!Service: Car towing

We broke down outside of town they towed us to shop,they were booked out a couple weeks had us back on the road in 12 hours very good people and I highly recommend them thanks from the blue gypsy van you all fixed
