I moved to Polson a year ago and was happy to find a local Ford dealership. Such great people and such an awesome dealership. Johnie In service is amazing and has helped me out multiple times. Great customer service! I recommend this spot to anyone in the area!

Needed a newer vehicle for my new job and found a local dealer with a great price, no pressure and knowledgeable sales staff. For being an older guy, Gene was very informed about the newer features on the Ford Escape and on the rare question he didn t know the answer to, Gene looked it up for us on our return.All of the sales staff were very patient with my hyper 5 year old and Henry helped us breeze through the paperwork. The no-pressure sales technique really worked for my wife and I. The price was a great deal and their follow through was greatly appreciated. I d recommend anyone looking for a deal on a used car to check out Don Aadsen Ford.

They got my truck scheduled to get diagnosed very quickly and were able to get it repaired within the week. The service department was very helpful with dealing with my warranty and they had good communication.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and drive an hour only to find out they couldn t change my oil. Poor customer service, didn t feel sympathized with. At the very least i wish they would have called me to let me know they couldn t do it or canceled the appointment so I don t waste time and money.

Cannot say enough good things about Don Addsen Ford. Our sales representative Maralea was very helpful and knowledgeable and truly made our experience easy. All the employees were friendly and we felt absolutely no pressure or stress. Don Addsen Ford is doing things right!! My wife and I love our new 2017 Fusion.9/21/18 Just picked up our brand new 2018 Ford Edge SEL Absolutely an amazing vehicle. Don Aadsen Ford has once again exceeded our expectations. MaraLea McGill hands down made this the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever done. From initially reaching out to signing the paperwork she was a tremendous help. I had multiple technical questions up front and she promptly was able to answer them all. She was quick to respond to emails, calls and texts. I really enjoyed working with her. Gordon, Eric, Bob and the staff at Don Aadsen Ford made us feel very welcomed and at home. Was never pressured into buying, which was a breathe of fresh air from a car dealership. Highly recommend. Will definitely buy our next vehicle here.

We ordered our Bronco 20 months ago and you would think we would have bad things to say but we had a great experience. MaraLea was amazing. They were patient and understanding with us and provided regular updates. When our Bronco came in they sent pictures and got it ready for us within a couple of hours! We are so happy with the relationship we established with Don Aadsen and every future vehicle will be purchased here.

excellent service from sales to maintenance and repairs. we recommended to a friend and they purchased nearly new vehicle using Bob Ludlow as did we, and they are pleased too.we had a similar 5* experience buying our 2nd vehicleOur 1st service on our new F350 was delayed more than two mos... apparently a staffing problem. We were called regarding our scheduled date and the new date was pushed way out. Unfortunately we were going on an extended trip in the interim and the vehicle notifications got really tiring to ok out of.

After an arduous search, I found a great used SUV for my sister online at this dealership that was exactly what she was looking for. I live out of state and she lives in Helena but she went and bought it today and was absolutely thrilled with the process. She normally hates dealing with dealerships but said it was straightforward, low pressure and the team was great to work with, she's really happy with the car and called me from it after she left. She asked me to leave a review on her behalf as she highly recommends them after her experience today. Thanks to Gene, Ty and Bob specifically who she said were really great.

Not honest "friends" at Don Aadsen ford sold me a very expensive used vehicle earlier this year. Upon test drive I noticed a shimmy/shake coming from somewhere in the drive train. Prior to signing to make my purchase I brought up the issue. The owner test drove the vehicle and said that if I brought it back later they would take care of it. He said he thought a tire balance would solve the problem. The vehicle came with two sets of tire/rims. Prior to picking up the vehicle they got it in and balance the set that was mounted on the car. I picked up the vehicle after hours and noticed no change. I contacted them the following business day and informed them of such. They wanted it back. I brought it in and they told me they fixed it and the vibration that was left was normal. I told them that it wasn't. A few months later after spending money at other tire shops to have them investigate we found that the set that was originally on the vehicle had two bent rims. Cost of $500 each and the other set had one bent rim. Cost of about the same $500. Upon bringing up theses findings to the sales manager Robin, he said they fixed the issue when I was last in and said that the tire shops are lying to try to force me to buy a new set of rims. He must think I'm a fool! Obviously this is what the issue was from the start. They don't honor their word or work. Deceptive sales and service. As a longtime local resident I'd highly recommend not buying a vehicle from these guys. It will only be a matter of time before theses guys go out of business. Cost to myself is approximately $2000 to make the repairs that they promised to make prior to my purchase. I should have known that they would not stand by their word. Also shortly after my purchase I found that the air filter was so bad that it was falling apart and getting sucked into the engine. Time will be the only way to know that damage. Strange when they say they did their how many ever point inspection. I guess that doesn't include air filters or oil changes. Crooks

From the first time I contacted Don Aadsen Ford about my interest in one of their used cars, and through many phone calls and texts over the next 2-3 weeks, I never felt pressured, never felt rushed, always felt comfortable discussing my auto need. When I was finally ready to make the purchase, everyone at the dealership made me feel welcome and appreciated, and the price was exactly, to the penny, what we agreed on. Maralea was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on the model I purchased. They truly know how to treat the customer with respect and caring. I most definitely will recommend Don Aadsen Ford and will visit them first when I need another car. It was well worth the 3.5 hour drive.

Our truck got hit from a big rig and aside from cosmetics it damaged the radiator , tires, alignment etc. I'd like to thank the crew especially Brandon Dunkerson (serv tech) for going above &beyond to ensure we got back on the road in a safe and timely manner. Thank ya'll!

Great People, decent experienced people, but bad management at the lowest level. Mismanagement happened a lot when I worked there, a lot of impeding from secondary job duties to primary duties on the job, high turnover rates for new people entering the door.Some unprofessionalism, from scoffing at employees, to belittling, disrespect, and harassment. Service Manager is too complacent between the lines of management to his staff.Buddy buddy system happens a lot at this Dealership.Talking behind employees backs exists as well.My words to those who work there, whats said as an A and B conversation, leave it at that level. Gossip makes you look unprofessional.If an infraction is made on workers rights, report it. Do the right thing.Fix how you hand down assignments, ask before compiling more jobs.That's all I had seen when I was there.But overall, mostly good people.

My friend bought a rig from this place. The tire iron didn't match the lug nuts. It's good we were at home when the tire went flat. There was no owners manual to help me figure that out. Then to ice the cake the headlight died. Minimal effort for maximum profit. Then I called to complain and they raised their voices and passed me off as a whiner and hung up. More proof that the real American dream is for the chosen few to make as much money as possible for the least work. And smile like they can do no wrong must have been trump voters.

Traded a truck and bought a lightly used 3/4 ton truck from Don Aadsen on 4/5 . Great dealership professional and honest every step of the way. Gene as our salesman was easy to work with and provided excellent customer service. Robin the sales manager was straightforward with us and put a deal together that worked for our families budget. Ty in finance got everything wrapped up with no issues and provided a rate I couldn't beat anywhere else.Great overall experience- the way buying a car should be. If you are in the market for a vehicle and want a great deal and to be treated well make sure to stop in and see them.

This dealership is amazing. MaraLea and Ty were a joy to work with. We never once felt pressured and they were so patient with us getting our down payment together. When I went in to sign paperwork, I had to bring my two year old daughter with me and MaraLea sat and colored with her and when we finally went to purchase the vehicle one of the staff had given her a toy to go home with. I cannot recommend them enough, I'm so thankful for their service!!

Love the small Family dealership! Ford needs more dealers like this. Humble, honest, fair, friendly and great communication. What else could you ask for?! Bob lead the way but Ty, Mary, Etta, Eric, and Gordon, were all such friendly people that helped through the process as well. It was refreshing to meet so many friendly people and receive a good handshake along with a great smile. Clearly, a close knit team that helps each other out which which stems from the leadership and history of the dealership. No question I ll be back and for any of those reading Absolutely worth the drive and should be your first choice for your next Ford!

Our salesman, finance and everything was great about Don Aadsen Ford. We really appreciate all the help our salesman Mar gave us. She was there every step of the way, answered questions (even on a Sunday). She was awesome as well as the dealership. We moved to Montana 1-1/2 years ago and had to find a Ford dealer. We highly recommend Don Aadsen Ford!

The people at Don Aadsen were the best! They were informative and kind and truly helped me with buying my first car. They made sure I was getting the best deal and coverage and took time to ensure it was the best option for me!! I have never had or driven a Ford before but now I love it and it s such an awesome car. I would 100% recommend them and would go back.
