No customer service. Last time I did business with them I ordered obscure glass. They sent clear glass and forced me to pay for it They came out to my place in Polson and measured up 5 IGs and a screen. Over a month they never called me. Called this morning to find out what was going on and talked to three different people and they gave me the run around. I still have to wait 3 more weeks before they receive it. Trying to cancel my order because I wouldn t have ordered it if I knew it would take so long. Now I am stuck paying for it. Could have been avoided if they were honest They over promise And under preformed

receptionist seemed to find us a bother when we went to ask them to cut a piece of glass for us. It's a shame, we'd rather not have to go to Kalispell or Missoula for a piece of glass.

Ordered our windows with valley glass. They were very professional, made sure everything was correct, and we were getting what we wanted at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend them and return if we need anything else.

We ordered a window that had gotten broke at our home. After much time waiting we decided to just get our money back and figure something else out. They refunded our money but lost our frame that we had left at the store. I didn't realize how important that frame is until now. They haven't got back to us about it still, they said they'd get back to us a few times and still nothing. Very unprofessional business. If you can go with someone else I'd do that.

(4/4/21 continue reading for follow-up posts)We bought approximately $80,000 worth of Anderson windows from Valley Glass 2 years ago. The sales contact I dealt with at the time was very informative and helpful. I did need to follow up carefully on the order though. Before the order for our windows was placed I found some errors, but I also made changes to the initial order and most of the errors were related to the changes. Of course, as almost all glass orders go in construction, they were late. I expected this, so it wasn't much of an issue for me. The critical issues began when the windows arrived. Some were incorrectly put together. Some were not as ordered and some were just shoddy workmanship. This is not something for which I blame Valley Glass, but Anderson Window company. The windows had to be replaced and repaired thus further delaying the project. Now, two years later I'm having troubles with some of the windows and asked Valley Glass to do warranty repair work early March, 2021. I had to call them back several times and finally resorted to personally showing up at the store before they made a firm appointment to look at my windows. They missed the appointment, so I called and rescheduled. They did show for the second try and the tech. did a great job at checking out the issues. Before he left, he said that he would contact Anderson windows about warranty coverage for the issues he found and let me know how to proceed. That was over a week ago. Still waiting.......So, to sum it all up, here is how I would rate:My recommendation for the product: -5 out of 10. Don't buy Anderson Windows. My recommendation for Valley Glass: 3 out of 10. Sales good, Follow-up not so good. This rating might get worse, but I'm hoping it gets better. We will see as the saga continues.(4/25/21) I waited 2 weeks and didn't hear anything back from Valley Glass so, I made another personal visit since calling didn't seem to work well. I found that my issue had been passed on to a new guy who had placed it in with a stack with other work. I explained that I had been trying to get them to address the issues for a month and needed to see some effort on their part. The new guy came out the next day and again, checked the issues out and said he would contact Anderson. Apparently the initial data collected by the first technician was lost. I waited a week and after not hearing anything from Valley Glass, I called to see if any progress had been made. The technician said that Anderson had asked them to supply some more information about the project, which I provided to the tech. during the call. He said he would relay the info on to Anderson and get back to me. I haven't heard anything back to date. I've been trying to get my windows fixed for almost 2 months with no real results, Therefore I'm dropping my rating for this business (mostly due to poor communication with me as a customer) and of course my opinion of Anderson Windows remains unchanged -- Don't buy their products.7/10/21 I received a call from Valley Glass about 3 weeks ago. My replacement sliding door had arrived. Unfortunately we were away and had to delay installation. After our return, we called Valley glass 7/5/21 to schedule a time for installation. Their response was great. Two guys showed up and installed the door 7/8/21 and did a great job.Final comments:1) I will never buy another Anderson product.2) Valley Glass was initially, very poor in follow-up communication, but in the end, they came through and did a great job supporting their work. I have to cut them some slack on the communications problems due to the recent industry wide issues of the surge in new construction and difficulty finding competent workers to meet that demand. I will work with them for future projects and fully expect to receive 5 star service.Service: Installation

We have been ordering from the Polson store now for a year now and 20 jobs later they still can't get 1 order right. We have 1200.00 in doors sitting in our barn we cant use because of their inability to get any order correct. We keep using them because of their financed department which makes running a business easier. But sure wish the people who order our doors and windows could get at least ONE order right!!!!!

Best prices in town for windows and shower glass by far! You just have to know which brands to go for and Chad is always helpful with that.

Really nice people but I couldn't afford $400 to replace a few glass pieces in a frame. However they were willing to try and I truly appreciate that. :)
