Brian went above and beyond today with amazing help and customer service. He really spent extra time to make sure things were right for me and I understood exactly what he did and how much time he spent with me. Customer service like this is hard to find these days and it is so comforting to know it's still out there thank you sir.

Removed our corporate account and went elsewhere because there was a female that is rude Smarmouth and disrespectful to anyone in the store regardless if she was waiting on you or not. not worth the insulting attitude

Great service! Needed new windshield wipers. Sales associate took the old ones off, replaced them with new ones and I was on my way home. Prices were perfect, since 2 out of 3 were on sale. Thank you again, NAPA!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. What leads me to leave a review is my visit yesterday. My car was acting up and I needed to have my battery tested. The minute I walked in I was greeted by a young man who asked if I needed assistance. I explained my situation and he wasted no time coming out to help me. He worked with my difficult battery setup (under a bunch of other stuff), found a new one for me, and installed it all while remaining professional and engaging in conversation. I planned to just do it myself but was incredibly thankful for his assistance so my heavily pregnant self didn't have to struggle in the heat to do it. Didn't catch his name but it was refreshing to work with someone of his age with the level of professionalism and ambition he displayed.

Employees are very helpful and friendly. I recommend NAPA if you want quality products, courteous cashiers, and honest sales people.

Stopped in on my way to Missoula to have them check my oil and he checked my coolant , was a bit low so he filled it also. Always great customer service.

Our boat broke down in the middle of a wedding weekend, and these guys went out of their way to help us get the part we needed and get the boat back up and running within mere hours! Thanks again, Todd!

My first few visits to the Napa in Polson was very nice the staff was courteous polite knowledgeable got what I needed. Looking forward to going back.
