Had my winter tires and wheels taken off and the highways put on. Highways were mounted and it only took them about 20 minutes to get it done. IMPRESSIVE! Very friendly and professional. I ll continue to do business with the Polson store.

First they lied to me and said when I got my winter tires that they put on my sensors. Then when I had them switched I found my sensors in the bag with my lug nuts. I then bought new summer tires and got half way down the road and my lights came on saying I had a flat. Took it to a Les Swab in Missoula and he couldn t find that they put in my sensors. And they over filled all of my tires to over 40 lb. You suck!

Les Schwab has always been my favorite tire place, with good prices and great customer service you just can t beat Les Schwab! P.S. (The front desk lady is incredibly nice!)

Edited because my original review was not specific enough.I was told I needed new front brakes on my Hundai Santa Fe, because apparently the brakes are not fully touching the wheel, and after showing them paperwork showing that the last brake service was done there, less than 2 years prior to my visit. I was told they've never used that type. Even with the paperwork showing it was done here? ok, logic tells you that's false when I have paperwork that shows the last brake service was done here. I don't ride/burn my brakes, so there's no possible way that I could need new ones that quickly.( it's actually an improper install apparently)I will not be submitting any reply or report because I feel like the tech was trying to take advantage of me.As a business you need to understand that your employees behavior has consequences.We trust you to be truthful, I had paperwork in hand from your business showing the last brake service was done there, and was told I was wrong.So I guess I imagined that I had the brake service done before and that the paperwork just magically appeared in my vehicle.I will not be returning there except for warranty work on my last and final purchase there on my tires.

This place is a rip off! They told me a price to replace a tpms in my truck, so my wife takes in the truck on the same day and they charged over 30% more. Along with giving her the used car salesman speech about replacing other components that are in perfect working order! This location is not up to par for a les Schwab tire center

I MUST share my experience!The morning was extremely hectic with the rush of customers, trying to get snow tires on. There was a long line outside, before store was even opened.But upon entering, there were nothing but big fat SMILES on the workers!Amazing customer service, here! I thought I was going to be there for hours, but wait less than expected.Thank you for making my experience most pleasant!You guys made my day!

Awesome customer service! I had a tire light come on, so I went by there to see if they could air up my tires. I didn t buy my tires at Les Schwab but I plan on it now! Thank you!

Great tire care center. So far I have not experienced any weird racial transgressions here. Not like a lot of other businesses in the poson city limits which is a township located on the Flathead Indian reservation that has an illegal form of PL280 jurisdiction exercised on it by the state of Montana.

Shout out to Les Schwab! Not only did they come to my rescue and fill the tire up so I could get to the shop safely but afterward, they didn't charge me a dime for the fix. Thank you for the wonderful customer service! Definitely made a repeat customer. So grateful!

2022- I needed to have a tire patched from a hole and rotated to my spare spot on the back of our Jeep. The staff was thorough and timely. It is a first come, first served location. Prices are fair too!

I scheduled a brake check recently. They were courteous and timely...I made an appt on line for a free brake check. I also.get my tires there. Can't say enough for the great service!

I shopped online and ordered 4 new studded snow tires ...made an 8:30 appointment online, they texted me vehicle when was ready to pick up in 30 minutes. Summer tires in bags so vehicle stayed clean. Fast and easy.

I was on a road trip with a friend of mine and one of my tires started to leak. We took it into Les Schwab on the recommendation of a friend and they were wonderful. Extremely friendly and found the nail causing the problem right away. They were so friendly and sweet and sent two women from Kentucky happily on their way! Thank you so much.

I called the Polson store, talked with a man who said he was the manager and made an appointment to have my brakes fixed. He said that he would order the parts and they'd be there on Thursday. I had also told him that I lived on Swan Lake in rural Montana and that it took me an hour to get to Polson. When I arrived on Friday morning, I found that my appointment was not in the computer and that the parts he had ordered "won't be in until this afternoon". So I wasted a morning, still have bad brakes and the young lady who "helped" me didn't seem to care. In fact, her comments were more than uncaring, they were downright flighty. I wish someone would give me a good reason for ever going back to a store with such bad customer service. UPDATE: This morning I talked with Chris who said he was the manager. Explained again what had happened on Friday. I found out that the parts were NOT "on the truck" last week. There WAS a work order in the computer, but no appointment. I was also informed that they don't like to make appointments these days. It's easier for them to just have everyone drop in and wait. He told me that the parts would probably be on the truck "this Thursday", but there were no guarantees. I got the impression that if I did go ahead and make an appointment, I couldn't be confident that it would be honored. So-----once again. If you have to drive any distance, find someone else to fix your brakes. Otherwise, you'll be making 80-mile drives for nothing other than the scenery.

Took three hours to get a couple ujoints changed, next day carrier bearing bolts fell out luckily not while going 70 down the highway. Called and they wanted me to bring it back. Not a chance. If you value your life go somewhere else.

Excellent service. They gave me exactly what I needed without trying to tell me I needed to effect a fortune in repairs on top of what I asked for. They didn't hesitate to call me before making any changes to my service without my consent. Definitely will be returning for service here in the future

I was in a hurry for snow tires. They ordered them, got them in, and installed them within a week. Their customer service was excellent!

Stopped in for an oil change and tire pressure check. They did it. Forgot to fill up windshield washer fluid. I haven't rechecked brake fluid nor power steering fluid but will when I get home. Expensive for what they did but it got done.

Superb Customer Service.During a quick stop to check out a knock coming from the frame of the car, the mechanic identified a fairly critical item about to fail which made my journey north unsafe at freeway speeds. Jeremy stayed back and made sure our car was safe to continue. Much appreciate it.

Came out of Red Lion and discovered I had a dead-flat tire. It was 4th of July weekend. Called the shop and Levi literally dropped everything and showed up with the service truck. Good thing too. My little emergency compressor wouldn t compete with the puncture I had.The service and friendliness I encountered were nothing short of 5 Star - and I started life in California - so 6 stars!I am so glad my flat happened on a Saturday when they were open. It was imperative that I get back to Alberta on Sunday, for the next holiday adventure.Thanks so much for such great service, Levi.

I always get great service from this store. In the past, Jeremy has helped me and was very good at his job. Today, I had a flat and was rolling in the loose tire, Mike saw me and came literally running to help me. I was very impressed by that and he was good behind the counter as well. I highly recommend this store!

Called to make an appointment to have my snow tires put on. I was told that they were only providing this service for new tire purchases. I purchased my snow tires last year from this Les Schwab. Ronan Les Schwab took my business without a fuss and will continue to do so.

I bought a set of tires from them the tires are nice but one of the workers torqued my rim on wrong and bent my brake rotor

Twice was told one thing over the phone then another when I arrived. Les Schwab used to operate on honestly and integrity. Now they operate only off of bottom line.

I've been an exclusive customer since 2000 & Polson since 2002. There have been few minor problems which were corrected @ no charge, it is just a little inconvenient. 2 yrs ago, 1 of new employees forgot 2 torque both front wheels on 1t pkup. Only 1 lug tight on right side & 3 on left. They were reluctant 2 replace studs. After 3 attempts 2 retietent, I went 2 replace calipers, right side had > 60lbs. As I put 3rd nut on, stud broke off & U could tell it had been partially broken 4 a long time. I had a truck machinic & parts man both tell me it was probably the stud holding wheel on& saved my life. I brought this issue 2 Polson Manager & he decided that it was time 2 guarantee work & replace front studds. Even thou it was a long over due process, I will continue 2 be a lifelong customer 4 all my tire needs. Good job Jason

If you have a Les Schwab account, just drive right on by the one in Polson and stop into the one in Ronan. Better customer service and they won't try to sell you things that you don't need. The Ronan Les Schwab is probably the last of their kind for honesty and dedication. Polson location should take notes.

Tried to buy 2 i repeat 2 tires for my daughter's car they wouldn't sell them to her she had to buy 4 told her it would ruin her transfer case. Since when do the tire shops get to dictate what we buy and what kind not that it matters but their off the appove list!!!!!!!

Great service have a very pleasant staff. You may want to call to see how long their weight is before you go to get an idea of how long you will be . Earlier the better.
