Room was dirty and we had a broken refrigerator that made very loud noises. We spoke to the desk twice about it but they did not fix it. Less than 3 hours sleep 2 nights in a row. For 335 per night this could have been resolved so easily. At least acknowledge a guest. The food was incredible and other than the front desk the staff was amazing.

We stayed at Kwataqnuk a couple years ago. The room had a small deck and the view was amazing. They also give great military discounts. The downside is that things seem to be going downhill there. The menu at the restaurant isn't worth a special trip now. Basic bar food. Just a list of burgers, chicken, and sandwiches. The casino and especially their other casino at Grey Wolf, have a number of machines that aren't working properly. No sound, touch screen menu not working, or they're just dead. Black screen. They have what looks like newer machines, at least newer to Kwataqnuk, that look pretty cheap. You can't adjust the volume. They have two play/ spin buttons and the one used the most on the right, isn't working on more than a few of the machines I was on. Very few payouts at both casinos compared to previous visits the past few years. Walked out with empty pockets. We live in the area, but have become disillusioned with our experience there. There are usually a lot of people there pouring money into their machines, so they must be making some money, but just not investing it into a better overall experience for their customers.

Bartenders, Front desk, Custodians and Security were great! Oscar is A great Security Officer making sure I got to my room safely! There was A disturbance across the hall and it was quickly handled by two other officers from my suite. My tire was completely flat in the morning and Thomas from custodial & maintenance helped me even though he was busy!

Bad front desk service, there were three people standing around when I went to check in, finally one of them called for someone to check me in. The hotel list free wifi we weren t given password for wifi also states microwave upon request. Requested for two microwaves for our two room see booked. Were told they had none left. Rooms smelled bad.Not a good place to stay. Will be my last time staying here especially for the fact that we booked it for my son s bday. Pretty disappointed.

The room was nice but not what you would expect from a hotel that calls itself a resort. There is no microwave or sink outside the bathroom. For these prices, you would expect breakfast, but not only is it not complimentary, the restaurant wasn't open in the morning 2 of the 4 days we were here. There was a fight with over 25 people involved in the parking lot last night, and the people working here acted like it was normal. We are here annually for business and would not stay here again.Noteworthy details: We will not go back.

Had an excellent time at this casino. Not only did I receive excellent customer service but actually won a little money I am usually not so lucky!!! Love that it's on reservation land therefore they allow smoking in the casino. Will be visiting again when I have few extra bucks to throw in the machine!Noteworthy details: Smoker-friendly for tobacco users!!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Sauna was lovely after a long drive. The waterfront is very nice. Sadly the restaurant was understaffed the entire weekend of our stay. We rented a speed boat with a company that docks at KwaTaqNuk. Flathead Lake is deep, clear and peaceful. Conveniently fueled up at the casino's waterfront fuel pump. Lovely stay.

Awesome staff. Super clean, super quiet rooms. Only thing was we got charged $307. For two nights with a players club half discount. The rooms were cheaper online. Feeling a little riped off.

I'll keep updating, but so far, the experience has been greatMany things at this hotel are a bit dated, but there have been upgrades made. In general, everything seems clean and in pretty good shape. Some of the exterior doors are a bit tattered but understandable since we are on the water. Views are amazing, and the customer service has been great.

Beautiful setting but filthy windows, curtains, room that they attempted to deorize with some hideous cleaner. We could still smell the cigarette smoke. Grime everywhere and never saw anyone cleaning the door handles and public areas. We kept the windows and screen door open 100% of the time and still got headaches and nose bleeds from that smell.

This is our 3rd year staying at Kwataqnuk Resort and we have so enjoyed our past stays, but this stay has been extremely disappointing. We reserved a pet friendly, ground floor, lakeside room. The screen door to the patio did not latch so we could not keep the interior door open because our dog could get out through the broken screen door. Requested repair twice during our stay with no results. Requested our room rate be discounted since our room was not what we reserved and was advised we would have to speak with the manager who was gone for the day. I requested a business card for the manager and was advised there was no card. I asked for the manager's name and was told it was "Gordon". I also inquired why I was being charged a daily $20 pet cleaning fee since i discovered rooms are only cleaned at check out and not daily. I was told "it's part of the pet fees". And among other things I was also disappointed to find they no longer offer coffee in the lobby and very concerned to discover the exterior security doors are left unlocked 24/7. Overall the room was not what we paid for, front desk staff not very customer oriented and it has not been a stay that encourages us to stay at Kwataqnuk again on our trip to Flathead Lake next year.

Shower was filthy (took pictures) shampoo bottle opened and half used Kleenex box completely empty windows very dirty cobwebs hanging everywhere on tiny deck. Needless to say I wont return for the ridiculous price they charged even with 50% discount. Women bartender on morning shift was amazing and very friendly. Service was lousy everywhere else.Rooms: Rooms not clean.

Went to restaurant because of impressive menu seen online at website. Once seated, was given a 5 item menu. Inquired about other menu and was told "that menu is outdated, sorry". Since we didn't want a hamburger or chicken strips off the 5 item 'Garden Menu' we got up and left. The BOWLING ALLEY had a much better menu, service was great.

Beautiful property and location!I highly recommend getting lakeside view room. There is not a casino on the planet with a better view! Our only complaints were that the on-site restaurant was out of quite a few dishes, mid way through a holiday, as well as several unmanaged kids running wild in the hallways and banging on doors. I realize that the hotel management is not responsible for the actions of its guests, but it was aggravating none the less.

We had a a group rate and plan that was not honored the weekend of event. Ended paying for rooms that were part of the agreement to be comped. The only positive experience was the head of security as he was outstanding.Best room floors were sticky and no hangers in closet along with room being next to and above HVAC system

This hotel is proudly local Tribal government owned and operated, and has a fantastic view of the area's pride and joy; the crystal clear waters of the thead Lake. In my personal opinion the rooms are a bit too much on the spendy side. And very much to my disappointment, the discount that is provided to any of the local tribally enrolled members, is not much of a discount, but that is truly a perk given that is not something that is required to be offered, I am very grateful, as an enrolled member, that our resort considers offering this discount in the first place. I would suggest this stay to any single traveler, couple on a date, or the vacationing family. Especially to anyone that likes to relax and enjoy winning off of a variety of line games and a friendly and helpful staff. If you are coming through I would suggest a stop, and consider the stay.Nearby activities: Not too far going north, one road past Polson main street, there are two local swimming areas, one on each side of the bridge, that are very enjoyable. And to top it off, further down on the south beach area is a great little business that offers jet ski rentals, paddle board rentals, and more. And at very affordable rates and a variety of time packages.Walkability: If you love the views that your room provides, you may feel more than a little spoiled that you are only a few steps from the ability to touch the amazingly clear, clean and crisp mountain lake water. But to be aware the lake front closet to the hotel not a location to walk in, but it does have a dock with slips. If you do want walk in beach ability you will not have to go far at all.Food & drinks: You have Soo many awesome food options close to this resort. My personal favorite, family owned and operated, within local distance, and highly suggested to not pass up, is Cherries BBQ Pit. This Polson gem is within walking distance, on the very next road to the west of the resort. All meat is slow cooked fresh, starting their slow cooker up with local cherry wood around 4 am and opening its menu to the public at 11. This very small drive thru trailer doesn't look super fancy, but the freshly prepared dishes and sides are almost always accompanied also with the option to choose from the special of the day, that can almost always be promised to be extremely unique, and worth a try because you never know when or if it will be offered again. The owners of the restaurant will be there to cook, serve, and enjoy watching the smiling faces the amazing food will bring. But I would hurry, because they will only be open until they are sold out, and that's how you know it is truly fresh food.

We booked a room online for three nights and drove 3.5 hours to get to the lodge/casino. Once we arrived the woman at the front desk looked up our name and then said unfortunately when you book online, it is booking rooms that aren t available and we are completely full for the night. Sorry. Why we didn t receive a phone call or email telling us the room we booked wasn t actually booked is beyond me. Extremely poor customer service.

80% of the rooms we were told are gutted and remodeled every decade or so due to the large amounts of drug residue found in the walls, carpet ceilings and furniture. The pool and hot tub are a lemonade color. Customer service is appalling, only to be out done by their high school cafeteria quality food service. Location and views of nice.
