I slid off of a narrow driveway in the slick and slushiest of snow, my car was barely on its drivers side tires and not too far in front of my car is a little bridge over a creek... so limited options to get me out.He had to pull out all his tricks and show a ton of patience, but got my car out safely and undamaged (besides what I did to it). I cannot recommend Dragon Wagon enough!

Very professional see these guys multiple times a week with tow ins to our shop and they always do a good job. Would and do recommend to all my customers, friends and family who need towing

Thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They lie and steal just to get more money. I am going to out this scam. Very shady business practices and they have no problem lying. They will deliberately hurt you, to make a profit, not return calls to force you into paying days of excess storage fees, if you leave negative, and real reviews they will punish you by keeping your belongings. Sharla doesn t answer calls, is petty, and plain rude. The business practices seem borderline illegal and most definitely unethical. I am reporting them to every bureau and licensing department as they are obviously not BBB accredited, not shocking given their practices. They scrap cars before owners have a chance to get their belongings, they seem to be skirting Montana state towing laws regarding their two lots, they will also lie to you about which lot has your vehicle to create confusion and extra costs for you. My medication went missing from my locked vehicle in their custody and I believe they stole it. Please avoid at all costs. Polson and Ronan have other ethical and honest tow agencies.The employees here have messy personal lives and make customers pay for their affairs by creating chaos and excess fees. They stole life saving medication, even after they were paid in full, refused to allow me to get my vehicle for an extra day so I would have to pay more fees. Go anywhere else. If you have been scammed by them, please report to Montana licensing bureau and AAA like I did!

My fianc� and I got a flat tire heading back to Missoula from Glacier. I was able to get my tire 95% off on my own, just needed help getting old tire off the car because the metal corroded the lug nuts. JD at Draggin had already checked on us when we first got our flat and was quick to come back once we needed some tools to remove the tire. $60 for a weekend call.

This place is a scam! They won t return calls just to charge you more money! Don t use them if you can help it! They are extremely rude, and they lie. I believe they set this up as a money making scheme to steal from people in our towns. They are terrible humans and I pray karma takes them all down

We needed a tow of a 24 foot boat, still on the trailer, on a Sunday afternoon in 100 degree weather.....Draggin Wagon provided! They (as in every person on the phone and the driver) were kind, professional, timely, and excellent. Lou even helped us in guiding us where to have tire work done (Beacon Tire - see their amazing review as well). What an awesome community in Lake County!! We were stranded with a rental car in remote Montana. Roadside assistance sub this out to Draggin' Wagon. Jenny and Jacques were the only positive a part of this experience. Both of them bent over backwards to try and help us and get a replacement car and get us back to our dream vacation, despite everything Avis tried to do to thecontrary.They were both super friendly, amazingly helpful and just incredibly nice to deal with. I'd already had a friend and another towing company try to jump start my battery with no luck. I was prepared to get towed to the dealership and buy a new battery. Logan came and magically got my battery to start! He had a special tool and tried a few unique tricks. He saved me a ton of time, money and stress!! A++. Huge thank you for helping me and my kids when our truck got totaled in the middle of no where, late at night! The tow truck driver calmed me down, checked on the well being of my kids and got me out of there pretty quickly. Honest, reputable company! The people who work here have big beautiful hearts!

I was in a car wreck and this company was the one that towed my car. They were extremely kind and considerate and helped me through the process. They were understanding and professional and helped us more than we could have asked. Every staff member we interacted with was excellent. I'm so thankful this company helped me. Will not be using Draggon Wagon . I called 2 times for atow . Dispatcher said she would call me back . That was yesterday 12/7 and still never got a call back . Me and my dad used them alot , but will be taking or business else where cause our money isn't WHITE enough. We always paid with cash or AAA so idk what the problem is since they don't know how to call people back .Service: Special vehicle towing

Unbelievable customer Service. Lou was a great help. Showed up at Midnight on a Sunday to look at issue and returned first thing in the Monday AM with the parts to get us on our way again. Sure wish there were more people out there with there work ethic and care fir people traveling through towns on vacation in Diesel Pushers motor homes.Thank you again

It was the 4th of July and very hot weather and our motor home had a flat tire. They arrived quickly and changed the tire and it was the inside dually so they had to take off 2 tires. The rack holding the spare tire had not been opened in a long time if ever. They were very nice. Recommend them highly.

Great service! Was broken down with my truck and trailer hauling my sled dog kennel of 20 dogs! They kept me well informed of when they would arrive. Took care with my truck and took great care of my gooseneck trailer and all my dogs! Great family oriented business! As a single women felt very safe!

I want to say this company went well above and beyond for my family, yes there were a few things that could have went WAY DIFFERENT. But The owners, and the mechanic, and mechanics wife all made sure my nephew and pregnant wife and myself with many medical issues were very well taken care of. Thank Thank you for getting us on home safely.

We Broke down 50 miles from the nearest dealership. Draggin Wagon was torally professional, helpful and did everything they told us they were going to do. Not sure if this is a woman employee only company, but I hope so! they have this down to a science. Driver they sent was not willing to help us out or even try to see if he could. Seemed as though he just didn't want to work. As soon as he showed up it was it can't be done and that was that. Didn't even try after we waited over an hour. Would not recommend.

Stranded be ware! Rude as all get out. Don't be surprised if you have to stand on Hwy 93 and help load your own vehicle. Don't call to find out why your vehicle doesn't show up. The man on the other end hung up on me. Hook up your vehicle and harness yourself to walk it down the highway. You'd be better off.

Nice, understanding, and helpful. We got stuck in Polson after camping for the first time with our camper. They came picked up the jeep and had another tow truck pick up the camper. They also helped us with aaa and getting that all good. Then they took us all the way back to Missoula stopping on the way to drop off the camper and taking our jeep home. Thank you so much dragging wagon you made a stressful situation easy and painless and getting us home. We will use you when we need you and would recommend you to all we know.

Quick pick up and affordable, straight forward service. My car broke down a few miles out of Polson and they picked me up and were able to drop me off at a local mechanic in under an hour.

Draggin' Wagon retrieved our tractor and trailer after thieves got stuck stashing it in the heavy trees east of Ninepipes. Their knowledgeable crew and careful use of cables and hydraulics pulled the equipment free! Highly recommend for all your towing needs! Thank you!

Bit off more than I could chew after going down a gravel driveway on Kings Point that turned out too steep for my hooptie to escape from later in the day. Dude showed up and winched me out in 10 minutes. Super nice, courteous, and not a chode about it. Being from Missoula, it was refreshing to call a tow truck for help and not have to deal with a chain smoking mouth breather. Cheers to you, Draggin' Wagon Towing!
