AutoZone has excellent service and staff. Kim went the extra mile and changed my truck battery when I was in a pinch. She and Martin were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, exceptionally accommodating. Thank you!

Thanks so much to Kim S. and John at the Polson AutoZone. I had a headlight out; and while that was getting taken care of, they discovered my battery was corroded and showed me the right products.So friendly, so knowledgeable, and so helpful. Great store! I'll always go there.

Stopped in real quick on my way to the KOA in Polson. My trailer tow lights had quit working. They were nice enough to test all my fuses. I was hoping that it would be a simple fix, like a fuse was out. Well, all my fuses were just fine. At least I know that isn't the problem.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, willing to go that extra mile to assist guests. I bought an emergency wiper blade (drivers side) and the cashier offered to put it in for me. Of course, I said yes & he had it installed in seconds! I will be buying all my automotive needs here! I am impressed at how friendly, courteous, and helpful these people are!

Stopped in to your Polson, MT Store after a long 1500+ mile trip through several states from my home state of Washington, and I was greeted and assisted in a manner no less than if I was a long time customer and friend!The person who ended up assisting me, Mr Keith Coker, turned out to be the Assistant Mgr, and after interacting with him and being assisted by him on an unusual part request for a 2023 model year vehicle, it was more than self-evident why this young man was the Assistant Manager. He not only knows (much) more than the average person about anything automotive, he is also very savvy about the logistics and supply chain for ordering and obtaining unusual parts from the massive Autozone distribution network in the minimum possible turn around time.Later during my visit I was offered assistance by one of Keith's staff, Skyler, in the kindest and caring manner, and it was more than obvious that a certain "corporate culture" of exceptional service and respect for customers exists at your Polson store - no doubt a reflection of working alongside the Assistant Manager Keith as well as whoever the head store manager must be at your Polson store!Thank you to those in Autozone regional and corporate management for caring enough for your customers to hire, train, support, and inspire the likes of Keith C., as well as his manager, at your Polson, Montana store!

Head light out on the car but bulb is fine but 30 minutes later after the employee checked fuses. Connections power sources finally found a wire in the wheel that had been worn down and broke the cost of electrical tape. And we're on our way thanksYour workers there awsome

Josh & brandon installed 2 new batteries in my truck, awesome job only 20F outside. Didn't have the correct size so they upgraded me to the platinum at no extra charge. Great business, excellent customer service!!!

I think like most places these days they're understaffed. I give extra points because this might be the first AutoZone I've been to where the sales person didn't talk to me like I was an idiot for asking questions about a part.

They never get the parts right but they are nice. We alwayd have to go back 2 or 3 times trying to get the correct part but the customer service is great and we usually get discounts for being return customers..

After firing all their employees then start asking for help. I pulled up before 630 and went pick up the order I payed for. Got a sorry buddy with a locked door and that's it. (Apparently the desire to drink on pattys day was too temping) After this purchase I've already payed for. I'll be moving onto other parts stores. Napa has given great deals and oriellys has helped more.Edit: day 2. Now they close at 6. Staffing shortage it says.

Had a dilemma while traveling. My daughter left her keys in our truck during our visit with family in Hamilton, MT. We were headed to Lake Koocanusa with our 5th wheel when we noticed her car keys in the glove box. We stopped at the Auto Zone in Polson, MT. and asked the pleasant store staff if they could hold them until she could make the 2 hour drive with in-laws to pick up keys.My daughter just told me how nice they were when she arrived. I was very happy that they treated her so nice as she was pretty stressed out. As a Mom I thank you, and traveller I will be sure to use you store for here on out!!!Thank you!!!!!

The staff is AMAZING! Especially Martin! He went above and beyond in helping us fix our vehicle when we experienced trouble getting a belt on. I will definitely be coming back for any parts or advice!

Always helpful with great customer service. Bought a pair of new windshield wiper blades yesterday but never expected that the price would include installation. Wonder if I bought some wax .....

These people are amazing and go above and beyond to take care of customer. From installing parts like wipers and headlight in the freezing cold to researching for a part they may not carry to make it available to the customer. Cant say enough good things

Went to return used parts, many customers and only two employees to assist. Had to wait a long while, felt sorry for the tech he sincerely apologized for the wait and in the end did not get full refund as there was a cliche in the computer, I assumed, because their computer did not acknowledge that a certain part was bought even though the receipt DID indicate it. In the end was given store credit instead of full monetary refund. What is going on? ?? So a person initially buys products, it's on the receipt, but doesn't show up in the computer? ? And credit is given instead? ?? Makes a person wonder. ....

Amazing customer service. Martin went out of his way to help me withy older car and kept me on the road for a few more miles. Hopefully, many more miles. Store is well worth the stop.

Barely step foot in the door and had three people asking if they could help me very knowledgeable at what they do friendly go out of their way to make sure that their customer is number one if you need an auto part or anything for your car washer fluid windshield wipers even air freshener stop by AutoZone in Polson their number one in my list

Excellent customer service from the manager. My GMC has odd wiper blades. After I failed trying with a traditional blades. The manager helped me get the right one for my specific car put on.
