I have asked to have our tank picked up twice now and no one has done so. I have asked to be contacted by Amerigas and no one has done so. You can never talk to anyone local. Most of the time when I have called I have ended up talking to someone that isn't even in the Untied States.

Website is horrible. Couldn t change to paperless billing. Please use my comments for advertising and let people know how all your customers feel. Your phone service and customer verification is also tedious. How many ways do you need to verify a customer. Also your foreign representatives are nearly impossible to understand.

The delivery man was very personable and went above and beyond during bad road conditions. Our dog absolutely loved him (she s usually quite leery of strangers) but then it may have been the jerky treats in his pocket.

Delivery was and always has been Great, But I had a Billing question and found I was talking on the phone to someone I Could Not Understand!!!!!!!!!! They told me they were from India!!!! I then called 4 other phone #'s, Plains, Mt., Libby, Mt. office branches and 2 other #'s, A total of 5 Numbers and the 5th call was the Phillipeans!! the person told me the calls are all routed out of the U.S> 5 out of the 5, I had a very hard time understanding and I really do not want to talk to someone in another country and tell them my Billing imfo. Can you tell me a Billing Question phone # in the United States????? I also rent 2 large tanks for the gas and that is the only reason I do not change where I get my Propane!. Monty

No issues with driver or delivery. All good.Amerigas is charging me $4.41 per gallon when other local propane companies are at $2.56. I called three times for an explanation and NONE of the ladies in Manilla could help me.

no longer local and it shows! Your automated system is impossible to navigate. And overpriced in comparisons to several other suppliers, that at least, answer their phones . I have read your responses to others who complained and they are generic in nature. robotically generated?

Poor experience, you forgot about us. I to call several times to finally talk to someone to get put on emergency list. 6 month old baby our only source of heat in Montana in the middle of winter

They will hold you hostage by taking your money and not delivering in a reasonable / within a week of they're own estimate. Abysmal service I will be switching to Johns Fuel Farm in Ronan. A much more reliable and legitimate provider. Amerigas has gone full corporate with holds ranging 15 - 30 minutes to get through to someone halfway across the country with no care for the customer. Owner will encourage you to email them to no effect.

Since Amerigas ceased to be local in Montana, no one can get through to a local person to order propane or address other issues. I have had renters run out of propane because of this, and we recently switched all of our tanks to Energy Partners. We have -5 rentals in Western Montana, so Amerigas lost all of those accounts.

Paid for my propane. Have not received my propane and the delivery date has passed by a week. Left on hold by an out of country call center for over 20 minutes just for them to not be ABLE to help because they are an out of country call center. I would love 5o take my business elsewhere but at the moment I've not received a refund or my propane and am essentially being held hostage byshady business practices.h

Customer service that doesn't speak English and overpriced propane. Also it takes forever to get a tank filled

We have been customers for over 10 years. So dissatisfied with the new call system. It takes forever and is not local. You have no idea when your propane will be delivered. Also- price gouging does not help but sure does provide cover by making folks oversees take your calls and deal with it all. Nothing against them- we all need jobs. Sure would be nice to support local jobs and speak to someone locally. Corporate model is convincing me to switch back to electric appliances.

Been trying to call for two days and have yet to get through or be able to leave a message. An answering machine at very least would be convenient, but no luck.*update*I went in person to the office which is closed for Covid, but I happened to see a guy outside who agreed to let me in. I set up an account, two weeks later they filled my tank, and now I have to figure out where they sent the bill cause they didn t bill my account. I m on hold for an estimated 85 minutes. Reading the other reviews I don t know how this company stays in business with how terrible the customer service is.

The phone operator was very kind and efficient. The delivery driver took time to address the pilot light issue. He tried very hard to help beyond what was required.

Paid several hundreds of dollars for half a tank they said they would be here on a specific date weeks later with no communication they still haven t provided what we paid for so we reached out then they say they would be here in another couple of days few days go by still nothing and without a single phone call they canceled our delivery. Every time we call it s somewhere out of state or some foreigner this company is The absolute worst

Holy cow!, I would never recommend this business, The phones don't work at their call center, They are not helpful. I ran out of propane and an "urgent" delivery would have a $300 surcharge when it was their fault the propane ran out. What an awful way to manage their business. I found an alternate supplier, they were out the next day and I talked to REAL LOCAL people who were not on a badly connected call center with an IP phone, whew!! Thank heavens the world has not completely gone to HELL.

Stay Away! They are no longer a local company. Wait times on the phone ridiculous & if you decide to terminate service they do not prorate you back for remaining gas but charge you 150 to pump out remaining gas plus 65 to pick up the tank. Super difficult to deal with. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

A little shady. Was showing my review of Polson Propane from 5 years ago. It is no longer Polson Propane. Went out there and sign on door said they no longer service there. They no longer fill RV tanks, they are exchange. If it weren't for reviews from when it was still Polson Propane there would be no five-star reviews.

I've been trying to call for weeks now...never get put on hold with less than a 1 hour wait. This is ridiculous! My tank is getting emptier and emptier and it's getting colder and colder. What are we supposed to do?I know...switch providers! Done with Polson Propane!

Corporate America takes control and has no idea how many customers they are running off. When it was managed locally it was great. Montana people know how to take care of their own!!!!!!!!!

The local phone number is answered by a national office that proved to be of no help. Local contact needs to be provided or we will look for a different supplier.

This company has an entire town running out of propane because they will not answer their phone calls. Can't pay my bill, can't get a refill. Completely unacceptable.

I cannot believe I had to wait on the phone for one hour. This is no way to run a business. I needed to talk to a person because your website did not address my needs either.
