I am SO grateful to these guys!! I was driving a work truck with a loaded trailer and I was a LONG way from home. Like a day and a half drive from anyone that I knew. The truck blew a hose and suddenly I was stranded with no cell service on a Friday afternoon. Ya, it was going into the weekend when stores and shops are usually closed. Well I hitchhiked into Plains and called Valley Towing. They not only towed my truck and trailer into to town, but preformed the repairs since the repair shop was closed. They went above and beyond for me, offering me all the help I needed, repairing the truck and making sure I was taken care of as long as I was in Plains.Thank you Valley TowingServices: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

I was driving back at 3:00 a.m. with my family through plaines and my car was taken out by two separate elk 35 mi away from each other same night my family and I sat on the side of the road for about 3 hours after state trooper showed up and was absolutely no help we're in a dead spot where there is a 6 mi radius where there's no cell service whatsoever until you hit the hot springs I've lived around here all my life and I know the area well the state trooper did not offer to give me nor my girlfriend a ride to the gas station so we can make an emergency phone call to contact a wrecker or contact a family member or friend to come and get and get us off the side of the road to the Walmart trucker who stopped by to see if we're okay needed water or blankets or to see if anybody was injured I thank you finally when VALLEY TOWING SHOWED UP! they immediately asked if we're ok asked if we needed medical assistance then took us off the side of the highway to where we can make an emergency phone call and got us safely to a place where we could get picked up I was still an hour away from home MY DEEPEST GRATITUDE TO MEN OUT ON CALL FOR VALLEY TOWINGSINCERELYTAYLOR CASAULONG.

Thank you Valley Towing! My son broke down outside of Mossoula. Valley Towing brought his car home, traveling 60 miles one way. Price was reaonable. Tow crew is also mechanically inclined. Great service! Great company! :)Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Great service. Had a flat tire on one of the gravel roads and he had the right tire to put on my RIM. And even better, he had the right tools in his yard which my car was missing for lowering the spare tire and a proper jack. Thank you so much.

Very helpful very friendly prompt great customer service her son came out to help me get the car out we already Pulled it out of the snow. Great Customer service nice people very reliable recommend them highly

Insurance Ripoff Artist. I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. Wife hit a deer with the car and Highway patrol had to have towed as it wouldn't run. Valley towed it 7 miles to their lot. They had it two days. Asked for the total, and it took her a day plus to figure it out and.... $350. What?!? For a 7 mile tow and 2 days of sitting? Tried to convince me it was most likely totaled as well. They get to drag it to salvage if it is totaled. I argued with her and she asked me what I thought it should be. I said 50 to 100 for the tow and maybe 25 a day to hold it. They live at the tow yard and this wasn't late night, it was 5:30 in the evening. She said her min was $75. She said I would get it all back with my insurance. Sorry not covered, thought it was otherwise I would have AAA. She then said she would take off the storage fee. Bill? $300. So it was $75 to hook it up and $225 to tow it 7 miles? That is over $30 a mile for towing. Insane attempt to price gouge as it is a remote area. Here is the kicker. I had asked for a quote when I first touched base with them the day after the accident , regarding towing it to my town. Mind you it is close to 90 miles from their yard to the town I am in in Kalispell. $450 total. So they will take a day and tow it almost 100 miles at $5 a mile but a quick local run? $30 a mile. Nothing like working the insurance angle. As she had my car in her compound I had to pay it to get my car. She again tried to tell me I would get it back with the insurance claim. She also told my relatives the same thing when they went down to collect the car. Towing is not covered by my policy. Must have told her that 3 times in conversations/ Talk about pumping the bill thinking insurance would take care of it. No wonder insurance is so expensive any more. I caution you highly to ask for a different tow service if possible and definitely report them to your insurance if you are forced to use them. NEVER EVER will I recommend nor use their service again! In fact I think the Highway patrol should take them off their list of tow companies to call.

Appreciated Valley Towing so much. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They also were willing to work with me on price/pickup time. Also, super beautiful drive to get there.

The driver was very respectful and cordial to our needs. Fair price and great service. Yard is up in the boon docks but worth the drive for the service.

I called for my husband whom broke down in the middle of the highway. They were prompt, friendly & professional. My husband was extremely thankful for their service. I would recommend them again.
