Northwest Montana Adventures was so special we doubled down and came back a second day! Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The team got us checked in and suited up quickly so we didn t waste a minute of the adventure. Our guides were relaxed, knowledgeable, safe and moved at our pace. They empowered us to have a wonderful tailor made experience. The trails were gorgeous with many special spots to take it all in or zip around and have fun. We highly recommend and will be back. Worth every penny.

We had an incredible experience snowmobiling with Northwest! From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of. They geared us up in high quality winter stuff and were so kind to our 5 year old. Our guide Steve was amazing and the trails were so beautiful. It is truly a winter wonderland out there. Steve checked on our 5 year old throughout the experience to make sure she was comfortable and gave her hand warmers when she got cold. We even stopped at a cool yurt to warm up by the fire and drink hot cocoa halfway through our ride. Highly recommend these guys, they are true professionals at what they do!

These guys were top notch from the reservation process to checking us in the day of and everything in between. Vinny was our amazing guide and the kids loved him. He was very personable and we all loved it. We will be back next time for sure. Go check em out, you won t regret it.

We just got back from a long weekend in Whitefish and the snowmobiling excursion with NW Adventures was absolutely the highlight of the trip. We almost cancelled the excursion because there was little snowfall leading up to our trip. But the team at NW Adventures said they were going to do everything in their power to make it happen. I know BJ & Dan spent a full day on Thursday grooming trails and then we happened to luck into some good snowfall the night before and the day of. They are a first class outfit and every single person that we dealt with was super awesome. We'll definitely be back in the future!!!

We had a blast. Great equipment, fantastic guide (Meggie) and a wonderful half day experience. Trails were soft, weather amazing, hit some powder for the off trail experience and speeded across a lake. Any time recomended!

Had a great 1/2 day snowmobile trip yesterday with our guide Scott. It was my daughter s first time and he made her feel very comfortable with his instructions before the trip and his leadership during the trip. First time renting from this place. It was extremely well run and friendly. Def going to visit again.

Jessica was absolutely amazing, beyond friendly and so helpful with everything from the gear (they have full suits so you don t need to worry about anything) and their machines are all brand new. They even had our burgers waiting for us (ask for the smash burger special with onions) it was AMAZING. They also have an amazing yurt about 1.5 hours into your sledding experience that has a fire place and table to sit and warm up for a bit.

We had a blast on our adventure this last weekend. Trails were nicely groomed. Loved being able to warm up in the yurt. Even though we went out without a guide, we ran into guides along the way and they were always willing to take a picture for us or answer any questions we had.

Just completed our first ever snowmobile ride! Every step from information gathering, booking all the way to machine instructions and rental gear was absolutely flawless. Super friendly folks, easy trail signs and routes if you go without a guide. There is nothing I would ask them to improve on! Can t recommend enough! Super super fun!

Great fun to be had. As a family with young kids and two adults that have never ridden a snowmobile, these guys were great and made sure we had all the information we needed to have fun and be safe. My kids are 7 and 8 and the Polaris 550s were wonderful machines. We did not take a guide but all the guides are super helpful and friendly.

My boyfriend and I scheduled a tour the first weekend in January. Lucky for us they had just got about 16" of fresh powder the night before! Us and our guide, Nathan, were super excited about this as it made for a much more fun tour. Nathan is the oldest big kid you'll meet! He was awesome, fun and made us comfortable traversing this beautiful part of nature that can only be likened to Narnia. We even went out on the frozen lake and played in the fresh snow. This was the first snowmobiling adventure for my boyfriend-who is now apparently ready to own a snowmobile of his own, lol. Everyone was great at NWMT Adventures, whether we were calling with questions, checking in/out or just trying to keep my fingers warm. HIGHLY recommend this group if you're looking to enjoy some fun time in the snow!

Kevin, our guide, truly elevated our 4-hour tour. Ensuring every moment was captured, he expertly led us through breathtaking areas, always prioritizing our safety. Kevin's genuine care and attention made our snowmobiling adventure in Montana unforgettable. A fantastic guide I'd choose Kevin again without hesitation for our next visit. He turned my first snowmobiling experience into an absolute blast!

We went on a half day snowmobile trip. Our guide, Hatter, was amazing. Personable, knowledgeable and just a great person!!! He even made us some hot cider and cocoa. We 3000% recommend. We ve already begun planning our next trip to Whitefish and will use Northwest Montana Adventure again.

My family is in Whitefish for the holiday and kind of bummed about the lack of snow. We reached out to Northwest looking for a way to spend the day. They told us trails were groomed and ready to go for snowmobiling. We had never snowmobiled before and were nervous - but it was an amazing experience! It was smooth from checking-in, to gearing up, to getting acquainted with the snowmobiles. I would recommend a guide, the guides cater to only your group. The yurt is awesome too! They made our trip! Thank you, Northwest!

We had a great experience renting snowmobiles with these guys. Neil was super helpful getting us set up and explaining the route to us for the afternoon; even though the weather has been pretty warm recently, the trails were in great shape and my wife and I had a blast. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had the most amazing day with our guide, Kevin last week. Five stars doesn t really do the day justice. Kevin was beyond knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He took our family up through the mountains safely on the snowmobiles and even stopped several times for photos. He was wonderful with our two boys (ages 10 and 12) and engaged with them consistently. I can promise when we return we will make sure to schedule another trip. What a beautiful way to see Montana in all its glory. Thank you again Kevin for making this such a memorable part of our vacation!

Your knowledge and expertise was wonderful! You do grill pretty well also!! Keep up the good vibes! Best snowmobile tour if you re looking to book in this area!! And if you tour guide happens to be Vinny ask him what funny shirt he is wearing!!

Go here ! The Best time ! Hell of a time with a great guide! Kevin, our "guide" and his little helper ! Words can't express how much you made our trip to Glacier Country special. Could not ask for anything more, they were ready to pack the sno-mobiles in for the season, and we called with only about 2 hours notice. We went out for almost 6 hours and had an absolute blast, lost track of time, got to see what it's like at the top of mountains, got some perfect pictures, hung out by a fire to warmup, had some hot chocolate, made our way back, my GF and I are in AWE. We will be supporting this business, whether it be coming back for other off-road adventures, word of mouth, and our social media posts, awesome down to earth people, we can't wait to be back. Ask for Kevin, awesome guy !

Our family had a fantastic snowmobile adventure yesterday! None of us had been on a snowmobile before, and we had a blast. The trails were nicely groomed, and our guide Maggie was so fun and helpful. Northwest Montana Adventures had all the equipment we needed. Can't wait to do it again next year and to try out their ATV rides in the summer.

This place is top-notch! We rented two snowmobiles for an unguided tour. I feel the prices were reasonable for the half-day trip. The lady checking us in was super friendly, and the guy helping us with helmets and gear was very nice too. The scenery on our trip was everything I expected to see while visiting Montana. When we had a mishap on our adventure, we radioed in with the radio provided to us. The store was quick to reply and send someone to help us. They were very understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an adventure!

These guys are great! Had a fantastic snowmobile adventure with them. Was entertaining for the whole family, we had a 6-year-old with us who had a great time! We did the two person snowmobiles and the self-guided to her, highly recommended! A half a day was plenty long for our crew.

Vinnie was took great care of our group of 7 riders. We are definitely glad that we took a break from snow skiing to go snowmobiling. The views were amazing as well.5 star for sure!!!

It was all our first time on a snowmobile. Our guide Kevin was awesome and showed us beautiful scenery. He also made sure we were all comfortable and had so much fun! Would definitely do it again!

WoW....the reviews about this business and it's people are accurate! We hired a guide to take us out and get us into the powder.....beyond amazing! Our guide, Cousin Vinney was truly an exemplary professional. One of us was a guide from Utah and I was a newbie. He taught me a lot that day and he knew how to get me from point A to Z and had a blast doing it. Your experience is totally changed if you have someone who knows the scenery, terrain, challenges and how to get you out of trouble:) I will be back.....cheers!!!

I blew my ACL and was looking for fun things to do that my injury wouldn t limit me on. This was a great choice! I went with my other half and we got a guided half day trip with Dan. Dan was super nice, friendly, really knowledgeable, very accommodating and attentive. Had a blast with him seeing beautiful sites and it was very relaxing to not have to navigate or drive. We just kicked back and enjoyed the scenery. Probably my favorite part of my Montana trip!

We had the best time! Check in was easy and quick. Our guide, Vinny, was one of a kind! He made sure we were all comfortable, very personable, and took all the pictures. He entertained us and our kids. He was very knowledgeable of the area. Can t forget our stop for hot chocolate at the Yurt!

Kevin W. Was a great guide! We are experienced riders from MN and had a great time exploring the trails and off trails around Onley. We booked Kevin to guide us for the first half day of our 2 full day excursion. That was well worth it as Kevin showed us around and gave us pointers regarding off trail deep snow maneuvering. Armstrong at the front desk was great at getting us checked in quickly both days to make the most of our limited time in town. Great time!
