Exceptional Service from Trustworthy Car SalesmenWe recently had the pleasure of working with Andy and William(I believe also goes by Cole) at Young Mazda Missoula when purchasing a new 2024 Mazda CX50 and we couldn't be happier with the experience.From the moment we pulled on the lot, William greeted us warmly and was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. We later came back in hopes to purchase a vehicle, and at that time William was helping another customer. We were then paired with Andy.What stood out the most was Andy's respectfulness and straightforward approach. Unlike many other salesmen we've encountered in the past, he didn't try to push us into purchasing things we didn't want or need. He listened to our preferences and budget constraints, and he respected them every step of the way.One aspect I particularly appreciated was Andy s honesty. He never once tried to lure us into a deal that was beyond our financial means. Instead, he remained true to his word and consistently provided us with options that aligned perfectly with our needs and budget.Overall, I highly recommend Andy and William to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Their professionalism, integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them exceptional car salesman. Thank you, Andy and William, for making our car-buying experience a pleasant one.

Without detailing out all the service issues, it s been a complete nightmare. Ultimately ended up having the car repurchased from Mazda due to enormous amount of time it was in the shop, MONTHS. Every issue I brought up an issue it was met with resistance and / or deemed as normal for the car. Every issue was ultimately repaired via a recall or new parts ordered. Continual need to prove myself was exhausting. Lack of proper training with techs was ultimate problem that turned into an assumption that the car was normal and I was wrong. Lemon law saved the day and thank goodness Mazda corporate had common sense and no excuses. Never again with this dealer or service.

This is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Mazda Dealership (I've had my Mazda serviced in Texas and Oklahoma and NEVER had as abysmal of service as I have in Missoula at Young Mazda). I called for my 30k maintenance and was quoted originally almost $870 for the services, and was later told since my car was not AWD therefore no rear differential the price dropped down to $769 plus a 10% coupon off the oil change so it was $760 total for everything which was fine. I brought my car in for my 8am appt where I dealt with Emily. She was friendly at first and told me all in I'd be paying over $1100 for my 30k service... I explained to her that I was told it was $760 and she asked me if my car had AWD which it doesn't. The super nice young blonde gal at the side desk had assisted me on the phone prior and even chimed in saying she remembers me getting the $760 price quote and it was notated in my account by Diego but he didn't specify which services I was getting. They started talking about not doing certain services which I was initially never told were needed which is frustrating. Emily argued with the other gal about pricing and how she can't change things in the system even though it is noted in my account what I was told I d be paying. She finally came up with a price over $800 and I told her I can't do that, I budgeted $760 cash for this appt - Emily had the audacity to tell me "it's only $100 more" which was uncalled for and condescending. I told her again I budgeted for what I was told - Emily refused to honor what I was told by the staff multiple times when I was setting up the appointment. The blonde gal told Emily to call Diego since it was his notation about my quote to talk with him - and Emily refused to do it. I ended up canceling my appt and I will NEVER return to Young Mazda. They clearly try to nickel and dime you and won't honor prices that you are told by staff even if documented. I checked my owners manual after I left and some of the services they said the 30k maintenance included is NOT even listed in the manual as a service needed. Overall I am hugely disappointed with the professionalism of Emily and Young Mazda.**I called the Mazda Dealership in Spokane to inquire about the price for my 30k maintenance - it is $585 and they told me the services Young Mazda wanted to do are not even recommended at my mileage. AVOID YOUNG MAZDA. Save your hard earned money!**Young Mazda texted me saying it was about my service appt this morning - so I called back and spoke w/ Gabe. It was not about my terrible experience this morning but instead they wanted to buy my car from me.. I told him they have officially lost a customer after TERRIBLE unprofessional behavior this morning and all that Gabe could say was "sorry you feel that way" and disconnected. yikes, this place does not communicate between departments.

When we bought our Mazda, our salesperson Jae, was excellent to work with. We had a car brought in from another dealership. Jae kept us up to date on the process of the delivery. He definitely worked with us to get the vehicle that we wanted in our price range. It even came with some free merchandise and 3 free oil changes. Jae and the Mazda sales team was very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you Jae, for your hard work.. we will definitely keep you in mind when it comes to purchasing another vehicle.

Was generally satisfied with the car buying process here, but extremely unsatisfied with the fact that they didn't send my title and registration paperwork to my state for TWO MONTHS, only after I called to see what the deal wasEdit: Lowering review from 2 stars to 1. I wrote an email with my frustrations to members of management at the dealership and received precisely zero response. Not even a sorry or acknowledgement, just complete silence. What a poorly run organization, would never deal with again

We worked with Jae today and he was extremely helpful and provided us so much information. The test drive was completely customer led and not just down the road a true Montana experience to see if it fit our lifestyles. Jae was so kind and restored our feelings regarding car salesmen too! My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-50 from Young Mazda Missoula. We are located in Billings and our local dealership was not able to get this particular vehicle in stock, so wanting to support Montana, we looked to Young Mazda, secured a vehicle and sent over a $1k deposit.... Then radio silence.The first few weeks of our experience at Young Mazda were less than desirable. We were dealing with Jonathan and all contact had to be made by me, no reaching out on his behalf.After getting frustrated and not getting anywhere with Jonathan, I finally reached out to the general manager, Garrett, who then assigned us Jae and Andy with the Young Mazda Team. These three men completely changed our experience. From the moment these gentlemen took over, we had a delivery date, clarification on our purchase price, and follow up. We have had our Mazda CX-50 for about 3 weeks now and so far, so good! Jae has been following up with my husband and I weekly, and we have had follow up with both Garrett and Andy.While our experience started poorly, these men completely changed that and I would highly recommend Garret, Jae, and Andy at Young Mazda in Missoula. And if you are having any issues with them currently, reach out to one of these guys and I hope they make it right like they did for us!!! Thank you Young Mazda Missoula!!!

Be cautious buying a car here. I saw my car online and called to inquire. The salesman was very helpful but it all fell apart after signing paperwork. I bought this car on August 12th, 2023.Upon picking the car they informed me the liftgate wasn t working and said they d check it when they fixed the broken screen. I got it home and fixed it by simply disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it. Also the car was not detailed well.The car had a broken screen which was agreed the dealership would replace included with the sale price. It took them over a month and us calling them several times only to find out it was never sent to the GM to be approved so the part had never been ordered. Finally got that fixed after that.The service department was relatively efficient but did make a stink about allowing a different person to hand me keys to the loaner car I needed because I had to pick up after 5. Mind you I live in Kalispell and they re in Missoula. They did detail the car again and it was better this time around.I was also informed there was a secondary key fob that the previous owner was going to get the dealership which I have still never received.However the biggest issue is that I still haven t received my title to the DMV. They NEVER got it from the previous owner. I called a few weeks ago and the newer gal had to track it down because it was from August and she started in October. She found out they never had a title and is having to apply for a replacement. I am still waiting for it.They never call me back or keep me updated.Next time I need to buy a new Mazda ( still love the brand) I will drive to Spokane to avoid this dealership.

Jae is the best. Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Garrett in financing is a dream to work with as well. For a small dealership, they have a big presence. I highly recommend!!

Bought a CX-5 here May of 2021. It only had 11,000 miles and I was treated well. In fact the entire experience was much different than I had at the local Subaru dealer a few blocks away. They gave me a great trade in price for my Subaru (so happy to see a car go!). As a single woman, it's not easy to feel comfortable buying and negotiating on an automobile, but here at Flanagan I felt respected and very happy with my deal. Also the car, now almost 40,000 miles, has not had a single problem. LOVE the car!! Mazda rocks. I'm a lifer!PS: Love Conor in service!11/23 Update. Experience in service under YOUNG is not good. Very disorganized, gave me a car during a service that had no plates, awful detail. Stained the dashboard with some chemical. Can't get it off. MISS FLANAGAN.

Saturday, October 14,2023, my wife and I went to Young Mazda in Missoula to drive a Mazda CX-30 just for fun. We already have a CX-3 and wanted to check out the newer bigger CX-30. We were met by Jonathan and we told him that we were only interested in looking. He was showing us a CX-30 when his manager Garrett came out to see how we were doing, asked us some questions and suggested that we look at the CX-50 instead. We drove both and decided that we liked the CX30.They sell cars of course and asked us to sit down to discuss a purchase; there was no pressure. We agreed. They shot us an offer on our CX-3. We reminded them that we were only looking, but did take the time to discuss a possible trade. We could not agree on terms and parted ways. Again, no pressure and a really pleasant experience.Fast forward to Thursday and Jonathan texts that they worked out some details and will agree to our terms. We had decided that we wanted the loaded CX-30 instead of the one we talked about. They did not have one in stock, but got what we wanted from another dealership. We finalized the deal on the different car over the phone without a bunch of hassle. We plan to go get the car next weekend.This was the most pleasant in-person buying experience we have ever had, and we have purchased lots of cars over the years. The car we wanted was priced right, they were fair with our trade, and Jonathan and Garrett are truly professional.This will be our second Mazda and we are complete converts. I highly recommend the Mazda brand, Young Mazda in Missoula, and Jonathan and Garrett.

Shannon was great to work with and we're really enjoying our new CX-30. You couldn't ask for a more polite and honest salesman. I think we test drove four or five vehicles on the lot and he explained the benefits of each. There was no pressure to buy either. He really made us feel like he was there to help us find the vehicle that was the best fit for what we needed.

I came in without an appointment because I was in the area and my CX-5 had a tire pressure warning. they got me in in less than 10 minutes, mechanic told me which tire and what pressures to use and I was off. No charge and great service!

My husband and I are younger and had never bought a new car before going to Flanagan's. We did a ton of research about the cars and the actual buying process. We even watched mock negotiations from the finance and sales offices! We were prepared for the worst stereotypical car salesman tactics, but ended up having a wonderful, stress-free, and transparent experience. Chase made a very fair trade in offer on our car, never attempted to lower the offer, made it clear the add-on's were optional, and there was no pressure from the finance office to purchase a warranty. I'm not sure I can express how much I appreciate the honest, straight forward, and kind service my husband and I received. I highly recommend Flanagan Motors!!!

Called to see if they had a vehicle in stock, and they wouldn t tell us. The snippy, little, man who answered the phone demanded my first and last name, as well as my phone number, in order to find out if they in fact had it. When I refused, he hung up on me. No wonder this place is a shadow of what Flanagans used to be, we don t want your spam texts or calls from desperate hungry salesman, thanks! We ll be going to Spokane or Boise for our new car! 08/21/2023 at approx noon.

Been there a couple times now for service and they always are helpful, knowledgeable, and honest about what needs to be repaired immediately and what can wait until another time. They're always able to answer any questions that you have about your vehicle.

Best experience at a dealership ever! I have been to many dealerships over the last 2 years looking for just the right car. I have been pressured, discouraged, and bought a car before my Mazda that was reliable, but had a few problems that I felt could have been pointed out by the salesperson. The first test drive at Flanagan was an older model of the vehicle I ultimately purchased, and Chase pointed out the damages on the car for full disclosure. Asked if I wanted to test drive and handed me the keys. No ride along was even hinted at which is a huge indication of a good experience. After the drive, I still wasn't sure if I wanted the size, so I walked away, and Chase was very accommodating, no pressure. When I came back and wanted to purchase the new model, I was not treated any differently, Jim showed me the car and explained the different features, but again, no pressure. I once again was handed the keys for a test drive with no ride along mentioned. Afterwards, Shannon helped me with finalizing the deal and talking numbers and I was not given the run around when negotiating at all. The paperwork portion was just as enjoyable. Since I came in late, I had to come back another time to get a coating on my windshield for the warranty, which they accommodated my schedule very well and even offered a free loaner for the 30 minutes it would take. Best experience from all staff, such a friendly group of people!
