Mr. Brian and his crew. I translation our top notch. You will not find better services anywhere else. They were very transparent. They met every need that I asked for. I am so grateful that I went with them. Anybody looking for a good auto shop? This is it! I wish there was a higher rating in five stars.

I was highly disappointed after taking my truck in to have some minor carberator adjustments made. When I went in to pick up my truck that first night, I could barely get the thing to run as they were closing up for the night. Had to bring it back after it ran worse then when I first brought it in and still the truck had major issues. Took it to J&K Customs who was able to diagnose the problem which was simply crossed wires on my distributor. But Transolutuon charged me over $400 for nothing. Wouldn't recommend this shop at all!!!

These guys were fantastic. Great customer service and took care of our vehicle same day. We had our wiper fluid system not functional and they had it fully cleared and replaced within an afternoon. Would highly recommend calling them for your car issues and we will definitely be back.

My car died while I was at the vet picking up my dogs who were just spayed. I couldn't believe the bad timing! These guys showed up 10 minutes after I called, did a quick diagnostic of my drained battery, got my car running, and back on the road to home. Superb customer service. Call them, you won't regret it!

I highly recommend Transolution Auto Care Center. I was traveling from Illinois to Washington state in a BMW X3 and experienced brake issues in Butte. I called several auto repair shops and was fortunate to find the most optimistic one. Brian at Transolution Auto Care Center understood my sense of urgency and while they were booked several days out, he offered a drop in to look at the car as it was a safety concern. We made the drop in arrangement, met with Brian, they inspected the car, and suggested a positive and safe resolution. Brian and the staff at Transolution were very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They clearly are a respectable business that takes pride in producing positive results for their clients. Traveling, when I was experiencing an electrical issue on my 02 Chevy 1500HD the dealership recommended Transolution, called and spoke with Brian. Great service and they even accommodated my wife and I by letting us park outr travel trailer out back. Beautiful view of the mountains and some livestock, they had me back on the road in a short time. Highly recommend these folks, very knowledgeable and caring. That's it ... I would highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicle into Transolution Auto because of their customer service and willing to help anyone who comes into their doors. My power steering in my Dodge Ram was on working and they quickly inspected and made sure to solve the problem to fix the electrical issue. The whole time the Brian and his team were communicative and explained the issue to me and quickly helped me get my Dodge Ram back on the road. All of the people at Transolutions were extremely courteous and wanted to help.I also came in twice for two separate repairs and every time they were very empathetic and willing to help me get my vehicle back on the road.Five stars!!!!Service: Electrical repair

I dropped my car off for a repair here, but ended up having to tow my car to a dealership 500 miles away. It wasn t their fault, the dealership was just able to get the parts in much faster.I was expecting to have to pay a diagnostic fee, but these guys didn t even charge for that. 9 out of 10 shops would ve charged me. Very nice people and great service.

Amazing experience and very friendly staff. As we were traveling through Montana we had a brake issue that needed to be resolved before we could continue our journey to the PNW. The service writer and Kyle got us taken care of within hours of calling. After doing a quick check over they helped to show that the issue was resolved and allowed us to be confident in continuing our journey. Highly recommend Transolution Auto for a friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy experience!Service: Auto maintenance

It's been a long time since I've taken any of my vehicles into a shop, but this time I needed help with the A/C. Brian, Jared and Luke were the best people to deal with! Each one was there to help and explain the issue and take care of me and my family van.Fast service, and great quality work and willingness to answer all my questions. If you are in the Missoula area I would suggest these guys for your automotive needs. LOOK FOR AN HONEST BUSINESS INSTEAD! Got invoiced almost $1000 for a part that was available online for $150. A part that didn't even fix the issue my truck was having. Was refunded $750 several days later when I called them out but still paid over $1400 for a repair that wasn't needed and didn't fix my truck. The problem was a simple misfire solved by checking ignition coils and spark plugs yet they did transmission work. This is the type of place that gives mechanics a bad name.

Transoution is fabulous! Our car had the check engine light and one other warning light come on while we were driving towards Missoula heading back to WA. Transolution told us , of course they would look at the codes for us just come on over. They took the time to thoroughly check AND research the codes to be sure we were safe to continue traveling. They got us back on the road safely. All were super friendly and courteous. We would highly recommend them to averyone! Thank you, Transolution!!!

They are amazing. While traveling from Wisconsin, my son (22 years old), started experiencing problems with his camper van. They were able to get him in the same day & fix the problem. The owner took time to help me out with a diagnostic on my truck to make sure I got over the mountains with no trouble. Took time for me and didn't even charge me because it was a simple maintenance reset. Refused any payment at all. Great people and very responsive. I called up and was there in 20 minutes with no appointment and back on the road a few minutes later!!

My husband and I were passing through town pulling our camper when the clutch in our f250 power stroke burned out. I was able to call and speak with Brian right before close, who gave us permission to spend the night on his lot and told us he would look at the truck first thing in the morning. After taking a look, he was able to replace the clutch and a few other parts before 5pm same day and get us back on the road.We weren't over charged and we were treated really well by everyone we spoke to. I would highly recommend anyone in need of transmission or auto work to give them a call. Five star service.

Had an awesome experience here, brought in the transfer case to my 78 Wagoneer to have some nasty, rtv stuck, seals replaced. These guys were prompt, knowledgeable and beyond friendly and had my transfer case back in a couple days. Our van blew a turbo hose while passing through Missoula and the local dealership said they wouldn't be able to even take a look at it for 7-10 days. Luckily we found the team at Transolution and they were able to take a look at the van the next morning. They had a new part ordered shortly thereafter and as soon as it arrived they had us back on the road. They did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process and we felt their pricing was very fair.

Decided to use Transolution as they were very convenient to our home, and as it turned out it was a very good decision.Chris was awesome, worked with us on the pricing, took advantage of every possible price break he could find as we had brake change, oil change, transmission flush and sensor issues on our Chevy Silverado.Couldn't say nicer things about these guys, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Best mechanic place I ve gone to since I moved from NV. ( I tried other places before I found transolution)They are very professional helpful- and very friendly. I just bought a car from Carvana which comes with a 7 day return window. Because it s 7 days, I needed to get the car in for a PPI (pre purchase inspection). The car arrived on Monday and Transolution got me in Thursday. They went over everything and even showed me the fluids. My car is newer with low miles so I didn t anticipate anything but you re always a bit anxious and concerned about upsells. My car came back as expected with no issues and they recommended no work at this time. That s honesty, and it s hugely appreciated. You guys are fantastic and we have 5 vehicles that will all be taken to Transolution from now on. Also, really, really nice shop. It s rare to see things like drinks and snacks for waiting customers anymore, but these guys take great care of people too! Thanks so so much!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The crew at Transolution went above and beyond to get us back on the road after hitting a large animal on I-90 that caused significant damage to the front of our car. We had just started out on a road trip from Washington State and we were too far from home to fix the car ourselves. We called the shop Saturday morning and they were able to work on the car that same day. They replaced the radiator and repaired the front end damage the best they could and got us back on the road by 4 pm. While we were waiting for the repairs to be completed, they even went to pick up the lunch we had ordered. The repairs saved our trip and because of the work they did, we were able to continue on to Maine and then on to North Carolina where we were able to have the rest of the repairs completed. We would have been stranded for a few days in Missoula or had to cancel our trip if the crew at Transolution hadn't helped us out. Highly, highly recommend!

I highly recommend using these folks for all of your vehicle repairs and maintenance. They went above and beyond. I m from out of the area and I needed to get back on the road ASAP. They got my truck fixed and back to me in plenty of time and at a reasonable price. The mechanics did a fine job on the repairs, customer service was fantastic, and my truck is riding great again. I wish I lived nearby so I could use these folks for all of my vehicle repairs and maintenance. Do yourself a favor and start using Transolution Auto Care if you are not already.
