We had a bead leak on our rear right tire. It loses 10-15 pounds pressure per day. I was using my pancake compressor two times a day to maintain 24 psi. All this happened in early November 2023. We went to the Tire-Rama store, not this store, where we bought these & other tires costing almost $2,000 over an eight year period and expected reasonable accommodations, like fix the bead leak within 2 hours. We were told that we might have it done by end of day. NOT GOOD, inadequate - should have some consideration for being an 8-year loyal customer who spent $2,000.We then went to this Tire-Rama store, arriving at 0630 and had the bead leak fixed and a tire rotation by 0745. We informed the tire guy we had a bead leak BUT when the work was completed the tire guy informed us there was NO bead leak. Inspection of the wheel that had a bead leak showed traces of sealant used to fix the bead leak.Funny stuff - tire rotation & denial of leak but indications of tire leak repair on alloy wheel - we have lost confidence in Tire-Rama. Long term customer loyalty and many dollars spent means nothing. General contempt of customers.The Tire-Rama store where we traded for years looks run down, shabby, and staffed by disinterested employees. Work environment looks sort of hazardous.

I was able to get an appointment to repair a punctured tire the next day and I was out in 30 minutes. I had a second puncture in the same tire within 6 months and they patched it for free. Great service!

I called yesterday to have a screw removed from my tire as it was leaking about 5-10psi a day and asked if they had any upcoming appointment spots that I could get in and out quickly as I'm a disabled veteran with a failed spinal fusion surgery and have a son with autism and ADHD with me, and Melanie there said "yes" and scheduled me for 1pm. Unfortunately at about noon I realized my tire was only about half of the psi it should be and I called and apologized and let her know I had to wait on someone to bring me a compressor and asked if I should reschedule, but she said it was okay and that "she'll be there until 6pm. I waited and watched for an hour and a half and asked if I could get a time estimate as I was in major pain and my son was having a hard time, and was told ,"we are JUST about to get to it"(with a smirk)There were several employees in the bay and not one single vehicle or customer left! I was the only person (with my son) in the shop waiting for that hour and a half. I would have happily and understandably rescheduled, but you take the entire day (it does take that much planning when you are single, disabled and have a child with a disability) just to be "taught a lesson" by a disgruntled employee for something out of my control. This petty behavior is going to get a review at every place I can find, so no one else has to have something similar happen to them. I know getting a screw out of a tire isn't a big ticket item, but please just communicate with customers instead of taking it out on them. I'm certain none of my family or friends will be visiting again either.

Had an appointment to pick up a trailer and on route we picked up a screw in a tire. This location has always had amazing service, but we were on the other side of town so we tried the tire shops closer to us. That was a mistake, we should have just come here first. When everyone else in town told us it would be hours or days to fix a simple flat tire, these guys got us taken care of in under 30 minutes. They didn't try and give us excuses of how busy they were, or sell us services/repairs we didnt need. They just greeted us with a smile, took the vehicle in, fixed the tire and got us the road again, with the amazing customer service they always have. Bring your vehicle here and they will treat you right.

We live 2 hours from Missoula and find it very difficult to get our tires rotated when they only take first come first serve customers. However I was hopeful when I called Downtown to try and get on a schedule. They told me they have a list of tire rotates for the day and I was #6. He told me approximately what time to show up and I did to only learn that it would be another 2-3 hours. I have errands to run so I checked with every other store in Missoula to find out they had 3-4 hours wait. What are out of town customer suppose to do? We have gone to Helena where they actually make appointments for a tire rotate. I guess we won t be coming back to Missoula.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! paused in Missoula on a road trip cause my tire pressure light was on and in less than a minute they checked and adjusted my tire pressures and got me back on the road asap at no charge. cannot recommend enough, very kind folks!!

I wanted to thank the team at the Pine St location Missoula MT for always taking care of me, and treating me like a friend, and not just a customer. I recently had to take my car there because it over heated, and they took care of me, and was up front, and honest. I have gone here for several other things including brakes, tires, and oil changes, and have ALWAYS left happy! I want to give a special thank you to Keith, Tyler, and Dave the manager. You are all amazing, and i appreciate you! I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys to take of you, and your cars needs.

I use to think very highly of this shop, however, I took my vehicle in to get an alignment. They did the alignment. Well, they did an alignment on my car for no reason. The ball joints were bad. I called for an explanation on why those vital parts were missed, the explanation I was given was it s not their problem. I have spoke to other shops as well as other mechanics. They all have said they would not have done an alignment on my car, without at least informing me, the customer, that the ball joints were bad and the alignment would do no good until those parts were fixed. I feel like I was ripped off, I believe, $80.. Now my tires are worn out! My tires weren t even a year and a half old and I do not have the money to replace those tires that are now ruined.. I work 2 jobs and I am a single mother of 2 children. I rely on my car to be able to provide for my children.. Sad you can t trust a shop to do the work honestly and correctly. This Tire-Rama should be ashamed of themselves..Best part of my experience... Keith was awesome when I called to set up the appointment. Very helpful getting me an appointment around my busy work schedule. To him, thank you!!

Took our vehicle in to have a leak looked at and have the rest of the vehicle inspected before a road trip. Expected at to at least pay $50 they gave me a bill for $0! Great customer service!

They were able to replace a couple tires on short notice. The mechanic who did the work was friendly and imformative. My only issue was trying to get someone's attention at the front desk. I had to walk in the back after spending 5 minutes fruitlessly trying to talk to an employee before I decided to call them from the waiting area. Thankfully someone answered the phone and realized I was standing in front of them. I realize that they were very busy and that is a good sign of a reliable business.

I went in one day and ordered tires for my pickup, I did not set a time for the next day to have them put on just when ever I was able to get there. It was not a busy time of year so when I got there they took my truck right in. Took about fourty five minutes to remove,dismount my highway tires, re mount my winter tires, balance them and put them back on. The price was the best I had found in town for what I wanted.

I installed new tires/wheels on my car and needed the TPMS programmed. I brought my car in and they programmed it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me, even though I didn't purchase the tires/wheels from them. Thanks for helping me out!

Have been taking my automobiles to Paul at Tire Rama for 13 years and never once had a bad experience. At any time if something doesn't meet my expectations or feel "right" Paul & crew fix it immediately. The shop is nothing fancy...no high end coffee machines or extras but if you are looking for honest service at a reasonable price, then go no further.

Went in to get an alignment. Paul (I believe he is the manager) told me that my tie rods and ball joints were worn out and I needed to get them replaced before an alignment could be done. He quoted me at $650. Thankfully I didn't put my trust in this person. I decided to get a second opinion before dropping this much money and sure enough, they were trying to take advantage of a girl. Got my alignment done at an HONEST garage for only $70. Don't let them fool you.

Took an older SUV in for an alignment, was told I needed all new tie rods and bushings, was quoted over $900 for the repairs. I may be female but I'm not stupid. Took it to the local Ford dealer who replaced a single tie rod and did the alignment for under $200. I don't know how these Tire Rama people sleep at night.

Please don't take your car here! We had my daughter take her car in to get the wheel rim relaced and an alignment done. When the work was supposedly completed and she drove away, it was pulling hard to the right upon braking. Had her take it right back and rather than taking it for a drive, they told her it was probably a suspension issue and they could look at it in a week.She drove the car home...an hour and a half drive...us not knowing it may be a serious issue. Took it in to our mechanic and find out the right ball joint was completely broken!!! My child could have been killed on the interstate because of this. Thank goodness she had an angel on her shoulder. I will be writing a letter to both this shop as week as corporate. This was unacceptable.

I had the pleasure of working for Paul this past fall. He and the crew are knowledgeable, polite, and like to do the job right the first time. I learned some things and was proud to be part of that team. Good location to go to. FYI it's the only Missoula location that can and will store your winter/summer tires. It was $5.00 per tire when i worked there.

Had a tire problem on the road, you couldn't have found nicer people to help you quickly get back on the road again. Honest. If they were Fair, quick, and honest with me they must treat locals like a million dollars

Absolute experts! I literally have been going here for 23 yrs. Always very honest, fair, and will not do work unless authorized. The staff is very professional and friendly. Best in town and I will not go anywhere else for my three vehicles.

I have used Tire Rama services for years. I started using this location 2 years ago. The work always holds up, they have never tried to do more than necessary, and the one time there was an issue with the amount of time I waited they immediately compensated me for it. I will never go anywhere else as long as I have access to a Tire Rama.

I had the same exact experience as Sarah Zielke. Got a second and third opinion on the tie rods and both said there was no way they needed to be replaced. Not good news for Tire-Rama if they keep doing this to women.
