I normally have a good experience with Tireramma and have used them for all my tire needs, but this last experience was bad.I was told I could drop off my car after-hours to get the snow tires put on the next day. They did not take my name so I figured they had a lot of time and openings. When I called the next day around 5pm to pay my bill the woman mentioned that I wasn t on the list and would have to come back a different day. She didn t even bother calling me to let me know at any point I. The morning or day.So, I scheduled another appointment and dropped the car off after hours again with clear instructions to call when it was done so that I could pay over the phone and pick up the vehicle after hours that night. Additionally, a plan was made to lock the key in the car. And change the oil.I received one call with a message 5 minutes before the shop closed saying that I didn t pick up the vehicle and they were getting ready to lock it in the garage for the night. When I called back 10 minutes later there was no answer and I was unable to get my vehicle for another day.I live out of town so the lack of communication and professionalism caused a lot of trouble. I know they can do better but the front desk staff left plenty to be desired.

Love the fact that I wasn't made to feel like an idiot or put down for being ignorant when it comes to mechanics. They showed me exactly what and where my problem was, and by the end, I had better comprehension of my vehicle. Thanks so much for your time and care it shows!!!!

We were driving across the country pulling a trailer - kept noticing it losing air. When other shops said not today or said we would wait several hours, Tire Rama said they could help within an hour and they held to that! $26 and 45 minutes later, we had a patched tire and a safe drive rest of way! Super great service and staff too.

I am utterly appalled and deeply disheartened by the appalling treatment I received from the men working in the sales area at that shop. My family and I found ourselves in a dangerous situation when my SUV lost a tire on the highway, and instead of being met with empathy and support, we were met with absolute rudeness and disdain. From the moment I called for help while standing on the side of the highway, the man on the other end of the line made it abundantly clear that he saw me as an inconvenience rather than a customer in need. Every single interaction with those two men was filled with aggression and condescension, leaving me feeling belittled and uncomfortable.Even when I finally picked up my car, the hostility did not subside. The guy named Mark had the audacity to blame me for a window problem that was clearly not my doing. Thankfully, Todd, the only ray of decency in that establishment, came to the rescue and fixed the issue without any of Mark's infuriating excuses. Honestly Todd should get a raise. He actually knew how to speak to me and my husband. This whole ordeal has left me shaken and outraged. I cannot fathom how a business that I brought over $1,000 in sales to could treat me so disgracefully. It is evident that they lack any semblance of customer service training, and their behavior is utterly unacceptable.I cannot stress enough the importance of customer service and the impact it can have on a business. As someone who has owned a franchise for 15 years, I know how crucial it is to treat customers with respect and gratitude. A simple smile and a polite demeanor can go a long way in making someone feel valued. The fact that these individuals, especially the ones supposedly leading the store, are allowed to behave in such a rude and offensive manner is beyond comprehension. I vow never to give them my business again, and I will make it my mission to warn everyone I know to avoid this store at all costs.I implore the company to take immediate action and provide proper training to their employees on how to treat customers with dignity and respect. If they don't address this issue promptly, their reputation will continue to suffer, and they will lose countless customers like myself who expect nothing more than basic human decency when seeking their services.

I bought tires here 3 years ago for my truck that I don t drive much. I brought it in and asked them to check the rim on the rear passenger tire because it had a constant slow leak. I asked them to clean the rim and check for bad spots. They did not do this, because the leak was still there. I brought it back three more times and today they are saying they can t fix it because the metal of my rim is porous. This was never mentioned before and I am familiar with metallurgy, which leads me to believe that they are just trying to sell me rims because I am a woman and must not know about science. Do not go here if you are a woman. I was just mansplained to and not offered any kind of helpful service on tires which are under warranty.

Called to see if they could mount some tires on some wheels for me the same day. They said they could but they wouldn t be done until 6:00 right before they closed. I was more than happy to hear that since I was going out of town the next day. Once I arrived with the wheels and tires I was asked for a second time where I got them. I informed them they from Facebook Marketplace and they seemed to relax a little. The price was right. Dropped the tires and wheels off and went back to work. They called around 4:45 which was ahead of schedule and a pleasant surprise. I didn t make it to the store until 5:25 where I saw a friend from work who was being helped by the one counter salesman. The salesman went in the back shortly after I arrived and was gone a few minutes checking on my friends vehicle. In those few minutes two other employees came out of the back and looked at me and then went about there business. Not how I act as an employee. I would have at least asked if I could help. The salesman returned, helped my friend, and then asked for my last name. I told him, he typed for a minute looked frustrated, and then turned around and found a hard copy of my ticket. I paid and then asked it I went back to the place where I dropped them he said yes and I pulled around to where I had left them. The lady behind me me pulled up shortly after. She must have been low on air because a salesman quickly started filling her tires. I figured there was someone locating my tires. After five minutes of watching the man filling tires he disappeared back in the shop. I looked into the shop where there were three employees working on the same vehicle. Walked around a bit hoping to catch their attention. Nothing. Fifteen minutes after I pulled to where I left the tires my original salesman came out with the tires. He was friendly and I was loaded up and gone shortly after. Could have been way faster with a little cross training for the salesman/shop workers and one of the three guys working in the one vehicle had any sense of customer service. Not a horrible experience, but could have been better.

My first couple experiences at this location were absolutely amazing, the staff was nice and really efficient when I got my new tires and months later when I got my tires rotated. Recently it has been the complete opposite. The mechanics are great and fixed what I needed done (replaced a flat and got an alignment). The customer service in the front end of the store is severely lacking from one person specifically. (Mark Isaac) I was quoted a price to get my tire sensors fixed. I made an appointment to get the alignment and sensors fixed and when I brought my car in to get my alignment he was extremely rude saying that he saw nothing about tire sensors in the system. He also said that the quote was nothing close to what it should have been for fixing the sensors and he has no idea who would have told me that. I m okay with the fact that I may have been given a quote that was incorrect but the way he continuously talked down to me is unacceptable. The reason I bring my car to professionals is because I m not well versed in the knowledge of mechanics, so to be treated like I m stupid because I don t know how to fix tire sensors or if they are something that can be recalibrated is ridiculous. Every time I go into this location they tell me there is something else wrong with my car that needs to be fixed, when it was fine before. There are things that still need to be fixed but I don t feel comfortable taking my car here anymore. If he was one of the mechanics in the back I would have taken my business elsewhere because I would not trust him to work on my car. I will NEVER bring my car into this location again, solely because of how he treated me.

Just drove to Missoula from Tennessee on a Friday evening. I got in around 3:30 and realized my vehicle was messing up. I called multiple mechanics and no one would even look at it to give me a game plan. Finally called tire rama and they took the time to look at it, tell me what s wrong then go ahead and fix it. Last minute notice on a Friday evening. I m still able to continue my journey to Idaho tomorrow because of these guys!!! Great work and better service!!

Well our tire kept going flat on us , took it to tire-rama on Broadway, they got it fixed as there was a screw in the tire they fixed and repaired it.We have lifetime warranty on our tires so it was free and they honored that. They are always friendly and price are pretty good as well. They thing about this place is go early in the morning and make sure you don't have anything to do for at 2 to 3 hours or be able to drop off your vehicle. Every time we have gone to this location we always end up waiting for several hours this time I only waited 2 1/2 hours but last time we had an appointment and still ended up waiting for like 5 hours.Wait time here is ridiculous. There other locations are way faster. But they are always friendly.

Pulled in from the interstate today to your parking lot at 3:45 pm on Saturday in Missoula MT to your Broadway location. Your open sign is turned off. Sign on the door and info on website says you close at 4 pm. There are 2 or 3 employees hanging out by the service bay doing absolutely nothing, smoking or something. No cars in the parking lot. No customers at all. I call to find out if you're open. My truck is telling me service tire monitor system and I need my tires rotated. Someone answers after 7 rings. I ask how long it would take to to replace the sensor and rotate the tires. They say it will take 20 to 30 minutes. I ask if they are open . He says they are but don't have time to do it. I'm sitting in the parking lot.. they tell me I can't make an appointment for the upcoming week to get it fixed and to just come back whenever. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced!! I'll buy my tires from Les Schwab next time!!

STOLEN ITEMI specifically put a pocket knife that had sentimental value to me in my center console right before walking in the doors to get my tire patched. When the service was done I jumped in my truck to find it not there. I checked my whole truck thinking it might have fell but to no avail. I talked to the manager and he was little to no help at all. Said he'd ask his guys... of course a theif won't admit they took it. What a joke. I have no doubt in my mind one of the service guys or possibly manager himself took the knife. I detailed my whole truck right after just to be positive it wasn't there. So here I am... literally paid you guys to rob me. Awesome service guys. I'll never recommend your service after this experience.

Walked in to explain my tire situation he asked if my car was a four-wheel drive I said yes he goes well then I can only place all four tires. I have gotten singles replaced before here and never had a problem. I won't be returning if that's how they want to treat people. I don't mind if their policies all four but stay consistent.

Took vehicle into get tires swapped. Was told that my front brakes were shot needed to replace pads ,rotors and calipers . All for tune of about 800 dollars. I have been a certified mechanic for almost 50 years. Bought parts and pulled wheels to replace parts on the recommendations of tire drama and could find no problem with any thing.NOTHING.As I had the pads I replaced 5hose which I did not need to do. Took parts back for refund. Will never use this tire store again. Beware of this store!!!

Our daughter had a flat tire and AAA was amazing coming to change it. Once there they said the tire was ruined and since it was all wheel drive she would need 4 new tires. We called Tire Rama and they said bring it right in and we will see what we can do. This was 9 am on Saturday morning and the car was ready to go by 11. They were awesome! Thanks

Showed up at store with no one else in the lobby and two people came in behind us all for flat repairs. First there, last out. Only saving grace is that they did fix the tire.

This is the only tire shop we will go to in town. They can always get me in when I need something done. Friendly people who treat me fairly. I have never had a problem with them and have recommended them to many friends who need tires or service. They can even do tires on the motor home, a real bonus! I rate them excellent in all fields!

I went to get my snow tires put on today and when I got my car back my driver side door handle was completely busted to the point that I can't even open my door from the inside anymore. I went in and told the person working the front desk and they said it was like that when it came in and they didn't do it.Really? I'm not stupid. I'm a paying customer, the least you could do it not break my stuff and lie about it. I wouldn't be anywhere as mad if they just owned up to it and worked something out from there. Maybe not charge me for changing my tires because YOU BROKE MY DOOR!

Not very friendly. Barely spoke and explained anything. Even forgot to mention they broke a couple lug nuts and that they replace them. Tires started losing air less than a week after getting 4 brand new tires. Just a few of my dispointments I had with my visit

My family has been loyal to Tire Rama for 20+ years. I moved to Missoula 7 years ago and have been getting my vehicle serviced by Paul and his crew at the Pine Street location ever since. I decided to try out this shop since it is more conveniently located to my office. Since we purchase all of our tires at Tire Rama, they switch them out seasonally for no charge. Imagine my surprise when I show up and am handed a $50 service bill. When I asked what the charge was for, I was informed that one of the lug nuts was cracked, so I was being charged labor for their having to replace it with a new one. First of all, I keep all the nuts and studs together in a box when they aren t in use, so I have a hard time believing one of them got cracked while sitting idly in storage. Even if I did return a broken lug for them to use, I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know there would be a charge to replace it. As it turns out, they actually called my father while they had my car at the shop and told him about the issue and that there would be no charge! I only found this out days after I had already paid my bill. This was my first and LAST time using this Tire Rama.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, went to have a couple of tires patched and they told me the only thing they could do is sell me new tires because my mine were to old and needed replaced when there is still more than 3/32 or more tred on them . They are rude and the short man working up front had an attitude with me from. The moment I walked in the building. I would never recommend anyone ever going to that shop and will never go back there

I had a flat tire on my trailer and first went to the Les Schwab just up the street from Tire-Rama around 2:00 pm. They told me the wait would be 1.5-2 hours. They also untruthfully told me no other place in Missoula is open past noon on Saturday and that I should just do it there. Five minutes later I drove to Tire-Rama which was open. I spoke with Alan R. Not only did they fix the flat tire with a nail in it and check the pressure on all my other tires in about 30 minutes, they did not even charge me they did the work for free. I can t guarantee that will happen with everybody but it sure generates a lot of goodwill and this very positive review. Thank you Tire-Rama!!

Took in my truck a few minutes before Opening time and they already had their doors open, ready to help. Went for some coffee, a little walk, and it was done in no time. Very nice guys, not trying to take your money

Trusted service and timely as well. I'll go to no other store to purchase tires for my truck and car. Allen has always taken the time to determine my needs, provide options and make reommendations for my consideration.

They extremely over-torque the lug nuts. I was stuck with a flat and bent my lug wrench before I could loosen a lug nut, and had to call a tow service. If I were out of town I would have been screwed.
