Bought a brand new commercial gooseneck trailer with 30,000lb specifications on the deck, costing 40% more than a regular dual tandem trailer. PJ denied all claim because we showed a 4 wheel vehicle weighing 20,000 lbs bent the outer frame rails within 2 days of purchase. They say we overloaded the trailer 3,000 lbs over GVWR so all warranty claim is denied. The warranty does not specify loads have to be under GVWR. Broken welds on ramp springs first week broke lights, and broken toolbox latch first week. No help from Timberline or PJ Trailers after 3 months. Now due to lack of flexural strength, boards are already popping off the deck. Paint falls off the trailer. Timberline tells us to deal with PJ although all warranty literature says to go through dealer. Beware The Low Profile PJ trailer Deckover is junk and can't handle point loads outside the I beams, You'll see it when you look at the tack welded gussets underneath, with no supports over the wheels. Dealer knew I was going to purchase this trailer to pull 4 wheeled 20,000 lb equipment from time to time, and stated that others were using this trailer for the same use. Obviously lied. But nice smiling likeable guy. I guess all con artists are that way......Update, yes after I left this nasty truthful review, trailer was repurchased by the dealer, I drove it back 7 hrs to them..... Go google reviews!

I have done business with Timberline (Tyler) for many years and he has always treated me exceptionally. Always fair prices on new or trades, incredibly knowledgeable, and always willing find exactly what I m looking for, even if they have to complete the work/modifications in their own shop. I won t go anywhere else for any of my trailer needs.

A true pleasure to do business with these guys. Despite others reviews...Matt was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional.....and yes he was real in his language etiquette....previous review attacked him for this. Wow...snowflake! Never got the office lady's name with the "guard dogs" haha I'm jokin.Thank you for the dog fix.Anyways on point professional shop, walked in drove out with a badass dumpbed! THANK YOU!

Tyler, Matt is Terrible for your company. If he is the face of your company I recommend a demotion. He does not want to do quotes for free which is fine, but the fact that he cursed at me while explaining that is quite a turn off. I will be reaching out to Bradford Built Directly to inform them of the service I was provided.

the belgrade agent, JW at first seemed real nice, but when it was decided that i could not fit my trailer in his borrowed shop due to too much junk sittin around outside the shop, and he realized that he was gonna lose the labor for installing the boxes he tried to add an extra $50.00 to the price of the noxes and when i picked the boxes up he would not help me load them. will not use this dealer again

Was passing through and had a spring break on my trailer. Fortunately they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. They could have easily taken advantage of me and gouged me however they were very fair in price. Will definitely do business with them again!

These guys are great! They've done awesome work in a short time. If they don't have something, they will either order it for you, track it down for you. Very helpful people and I don't feel like I got ripped off after leaving. Will be returning here for their services.

GREAT Service and Prices! One of smoothest transactions I have ever made. Tyler took the time to explain the different constructions various manufacturers use. The price he quoted was the price out the door, including a spare tire and rim. No "gimic title fees". I will surely go back to his shop for my future needs. Thanks again for the superb job to all!

Exceptional service from Timberline Truck & Trailer this morning! We're in the middle of a 3000 mile cross country move, and have been having terrible problems with our cargo trailer. We found this shop on Google and pulled in before they opened. Thanks to their super competent, knowledgeable staff they identified the problem right away and had us fixed and back on the road in no time flat. Thanks guys!

I was basically stranded in Missoula because of an axle problem with my RV. Finding a place to do the repairs during RV season seemed impossible. Just finding the parts proved to be a challenge. The owner of Timberline made it happen! I dropped the RV off in the morning and picked it up later the same day. I'm back on the road thanks to the great owner and worker at Timberline. I'm so appreciative they were willing to do whatever it took to help a total stranger passing through. You don't find this with the "big guys" and rarely anywhere in today's business world!

Needed an axle swapped on an enclosed trailer to make it home. Timberline fit me in even though it was late afternoon and got me ready to hit the road in a timely manner at a great rate. Highly recommend! Thanks again.

Our trailer hitch wouldn't release, there was a short in the lights and the wheel on the trailer jack broke as we are driving cross country. Timberline told us to come right over the evening we arrived, got the trailer off the truck and had us on the road the next day! Good people and reasonably priced. I can't thank them enough!!

I was looking for a trailer to haul a tractor and implements from Spokane to missoula. Double W had fantastic trailers to rent at fair prices with great customer service. I would definitely recommend for rentals or purchase. Great local business.

I was stranded with my pj gooseneck up in Montana found these guys and they are the best being on the road I was out of there in an hour or two I picked some used extra pieces I need for my slider rail ratchets at an awesome price everyone was so polite and helpful they understood this trucker needed to be gone running ASAP I would highly recommend them and do business with them without blinking again Thank you guys for helping me

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, lots of parts and accessories on hand. I rent their equipment trailers monthly. Best rental trailers I can find around missoula that I trust to haul hazardous materials.

Been over 4 months since ive purchased a trailer and continue to get the run around on a title. Ended up being refunded. Take it as you may. Make sure there's a title on hand when purchasing a used piece of equipment.
