They did not have the radiator hose we needed so it had to be ordered. The part we needed was sent to shop. After it arrived it was an easy fix but they took hours to do the paperwork!! When it was finally time for payment they didn t know what to do. I had to provide information company information again. They should have already been in contacted with our company to get approval. So we couldn t get payment and they would not let us out of bay till payment was completed. I had to put it on my credit card. When I got outside shop I opened hood and there was no radiator cap. I went back inside and they handed me a broken ran over radiator cap like nothing happened. It had been run over!!! They went to another shop to get a replacement. We don t get paid when our trucks aren t moving. Please be respectful of our time. Trevor was helpful but because he put in his 2 weeks he couldn t get us taken care off. We should have been given more than a radiator cap to compensate for all our wasted time. The poor guy behind us got to shop before us. They ordered the wrong part for him .. They told that poor guy to go to bay we were stuck in. He had to wait for us to only be told they ordered the wrong part. Go somewhere else if you can.

If you find a worse shop I ll give you a million dollars .An absolute disgrace!!!All 4 bays were empty, they had like 5-6 employees inside and I needed a simple tire job on my trailer.They told me to go to bay 1 BUT for almost 30 minutes nobody open the door.I had to leave and fixed my tire at Love.This TA shop needs to be shut down immediately!!!

I'm giving them a mixed review because you're kind of at the mercy of their learning curve. They're oldest mechanic definitely knows his stuff but their younger ones are learning and you'll get charged for those extra hours of them figuring it out. Definitely likable and personable but they'll leave greasy handprints all over everything of your vehicle as well. My bad for not speaking up and telling them go wash your hands before you touch anything else or mess with that gasket or new parts but I shouldn't have to tell them. They're probably good for tire changes, brake pads and oil changes but I recommend somewhere else for more serious

This location is good nice and also nice Coustmer service on fuel desk and also nice service on shop they don t have county pride restaurants it s permanently closed I think so big clean parking lot on shop they work perfectly

Beside having a big parking for everyone, all other services goes to bottom. You buckets to clean windshield are always empty and nasty. You showers are closed and come to find out they been out for a week, only because of computer issues and could not figure out to help customers take their showers and are ok to take their money on their overpriced items. They don t even care to fix their parking and cover pot holes right in front of their gas pump. I have seen driving literally get stuck in them. Restroom is nasty, no body to monitor them and make sure they are clean. Whoever runs this place obviously doesn t know how to do their job. I would spend money here, their services don t earn your business. Sorry, but it s the truth, not gonna sit here and lie and say this place is awesome and had a great experience.

Arrived at 1.30 pm estimate time for oil change was 3 hours after 5 hours I m asked why it take so long to get in ?. They sent me to the bay right away. Additional 1.5 hours left, the door still closed . Now 8:00pm they even didn t start oil change Do not waste your time, avoid this place.

I came here last night sept 29 and nothing has changed here.. still same small low ceiling showers but clean and hot so ok with me being 6.3ft tall Dutch but that it gonna cost 18 bucks ... to steep for a shower in my opinion.You still have to shower above the casino and don't park your semi truck on the right small dirtspot besides the fuel island because you will year off your suspension with such a deep piece of ground gone like it's a ditch now.The people are super friendly and helpful this morning. got my coffee and breakfast and wish them all a great weekend.

Local owner op. Been going here since 2017. They charged me $390 to put a pancake diaphram in a brake chamber. A $25 part i couldve and shouldve done in the parking lot. Last one i did took 45 minutes from time i stopped till i was rolling again. They lost a repeat local customer that day

Useless and unhelpful in the service department but the lady in the main store whose been there 9 years was friendly and super helpful.

need parking lot repaired they charge for some parking after all we have to pay out we shouldn't have to pay for parking

Shop is very slowly and unprofessional. It took 5 hours to change 2 tires, one brake shoes and two hub seal. And it s start leaking again

I was dissatisfied because I do not like it when they work incompetently. I have been waiting since 10 in the morning for them to start working from 2.00-2.30 and change the part on the trailer. and in a place for them to call me, I myself go to them at 3.00 and they say that they will not be able to change the part, because the workers do not have enough experience. I, as a client, am very dissatisfied, because they had to calculate all this and then give an answer to the client about the replacement.!!!!!

Showers are broke again and who knows how long that will be like that. They are fast to take 700 dollars for fuel but sure in no hurry to fix things around there

These guys wasted an entire day of mine, because they didn t tell me that the reason the alignment guy couldn t do his job was because he had a seizure. No one told me how seriously sick he was so an entire day was wasted waiting for a mechanic that couldn t do his job. Despite having promised that they could do an alignment the next day.

The desk clerk is very friendly and helpful. The tire guy (don't think I'll call him a tire tech)took an hour to check tires, and could only have been less motivated if he had been motivated enough to put more effort into it. Again, nice people, but so much slower than anywhere I've been

I had waited 7 hours to replacement of tire . Each time I asked them how long we gonna wait they said half hour . The half hour turned to 7 hours

Previous driver left Master lock on trlr. Per dispatch I went to TA shop told them my problem. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I was in and out in 22 min total. They are Awesome ! Highly recommend this shop.

Man these guys are the best. Usually TA ain't that good. But this facility is great. They got me in within an hour and fixed my trailer airbags within two. So total time here three hours and I'm back on the road. Very professional very courteous. Makes me want to stop here each and every time

Oil change and one tire change took pretty long. Wheels flew off next day. But they covered the fee to fix it.

Normally this a good place to get a PM, or minor maintenance done.Today, however is not one of those days. I arrived mid afternoon, and was told the wait time to get in would be about one hour. It is 18:30. They are telling me soon in about another hour

Overcharged for oil change $500, mechanic suggested I pay $800 for two broken air brake cans. One of which was not broken. I replaced the cans myself for a total of $160 with the tools I had in my truck.

Called ahead when I was 5 minutes out to change mudflap and was told they could get me in ASAP. Checked in and was reassured I d get immediate service. I ve been sitting behind an empty bay for 40 minutes now. If they would ve told the truth, I would ve kept going on with my trip and got mudflap replaced at a more convenient time. Waste of my time.

This ta truck stop has little wait time to get your truck in the shop because of the lack of trucks that serve this area. We do a really great job and their prices for maintenance on the hourly rate is exceptionally well priced.
