Who is in charge of this place? I stop here a lot and see how the service is going down . The pumps haven t had def for awhile and still don t work. The note on it says no def at this time, like the other pumps don t have it either and they do. And I know this coming in and go to other pumps. Now the pump screen freezes and when I address the issue, they knew about it. But don t communicate. It s noon and all the buckets are empty of have and inch of just dirt to clean your windshield with. Your hot case food looks like a forgotten left overs. Dose TA appreciate truckers business or anybody s. Dose management have any knowledge of managing? A lot of opportunities missed out of this place, huge parking but really bad service.

Nice place to stay and eat. Kind of strange the lady said they don't scan reward cards cause they don't use them. It worked when I got fuel. Also I stood there waiting at the checkout while it looked like a manager was just talking she kept glancing at me with a look like I was interrupting her chatting. She wasnt even 3 feet away behind the counter and facing towards me.Took a while before she realized I wasn't just going to walk off.

Got here at 8pm and many truck spots still available. They have a huge parking lot.Showers are down as of 3-12-22 due to pipes busting.The restaurant is closed until further notice due to short staff.There was minimal food out for dinner in the hot box and no food at all out for breakfast.They have beer Bathrooms were clean.Many spots to walk dog but most of the ground is covered in trash.Beautiful view of the mountains.

Stopped at the TA truck stop for lunch today. I don t give truck stops more then a three star rating, however, this truck stop is filled with inconsistency and with that being said it only deserves one star. The salad bar was fresh, although had to wait for them to replenish the red onions, but the soup tasted homemade. The cream of tomato was very good. My wife ordered the grilled chicken dinner with a loaded baked potato /microwave. It wasn t quite loaded with all the toppings you would expect & I had the surf and turf which doesn t come with steak it comes with, A Not So generous portion of chicken tenders. FYI: No honey mustard sauce at this location.We visited back at this location for breakfast the following week and sad to say we where completely disappointed, (two tables w/ two waitresses in the restaurant) half n hour to get pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast, English muffin & home fries. Eggs over cooked, toast & English muffin undercooked + cold, doused with margarine when ordered dry. My wife sent the $10. Meal back only to get a smile and eyes rolling from the waitress as she apologized. The manager was so kind to to let us know that the meal we sent back would be removed from the bill? ?However, she did ask if we d like something else. Unfortunately, we couldn t wait another half hour & shouldn t have.

Half the pumps do not work.Update 3/12/23 now the other pumps are leaking and half of def doesn't work.And now showers are all inoperable. Place is sliding down hill real fast.Update 1/4/24 don't ask for maintenance to check out a non working fuel island pump. They claim the "turbines" need to be reset and turn around and file complaints that they feel threatened . Location has alot of real good employees and unfortunately a few that aren't.

probably one of the least desirable Truck Stops in the country.. Seems every time I stop here something is broken .. Fuel pumps,showers,DEF, No deli food out and restaurant is never open .. Ridiculous place!!!

Spent over $70 and the person traveling with me needed to use the restroom.. he's elderly and disabled. A young gal was cleaning men's room with her music loud enough that she couldn't hear me speak to her. Finally got her attention and asked her to step out and let him go. Instead. She sent us away and said he needed to go to the casino next door. Not even in that building, we had to go outside and walk across parking lot. He couldn't walk that far. Horrible customer service. So much for having welcome signs all over.

I gotta tell ya about todayFirst off we called TA truck stop at 8am and asked if they would do a trailer alignment they said they could in two hours for $126 I said are you sure and they were like yup. Got there and decided to have them do the tractor as well. Devan the guy that did it was super meticulous and got both truck and trailer at 0 and man what a difference!!Trailer tracks straight as an arrow and the truck was way way way out. Now it Drives straight and much much smoother. Didn't get out of there till 8pm but they did a great job and only charged $425 for everything. Super happy and satisfied.

What a dump... won't clean nothing... restrooms are a mess poop everywhere... saw roaches crawling around store and restaurants... made a comment and was told to leave... wow.......

They seem to have staffing issues. People who do show up are friendly and helpful. But there wasn't showers available as nobody showed up to clean showers. Seems Restaurant couldn't stay open later due to staffing. No clean water to wash windshields at fuel island.

You won t believe what an experience I ve had at this TA. I ve driven to every state in America more than twice. The great experience started from the shop where my truck needed repair. The manager was so nice to me and quickly worked on my truck. I was already having a bad week trucking and wasn t able to make it home for Christmas. I had $10 in my budget for food. When I went to make my selection the same guy who helped me with the remote control in the drivers lounge his name is ROGER, told me Merry Christmas and paid for my food. I ate it upstairs with tears in my eyes because I m so used to me being the one to do these things for people but very rarely does it happen to me. This place was awesome and Roger and the manager at the truck shop was awesome as well. You guys did a great job hiring the right people who live to provide a service. This made my entire week. It was just $10 and a meal to you but it was an unforgettable experience for me and in a good way. Thank you so much from a Driver.

Just for the amount of ample truck parking and the beautiful view gets 4 stars for me it s clean and well lit saved me because I had no where to go and the highway was covered in snow .

Traveling with my husband, who is a truck driver. While he got fuel this morning I went in to grab a little breakfast. I walked in and was greeted with good morning by the male at the counter, after getting directions to the restroom, I came back and stood in line at the little area that had hot breakfast items. The woman standing on that side never acknowledged me as she was busy talking to another gentleman standing on the other side of the counter. By this time another man came up behind me, I m thinking okay now she ll come assist me, well I was wrong. Finally after waiting about five minutes the gentleman who greeted me when I first walked in came over and asked if I had been helped, clearly you can see I had not been helped, but at least he acknowledged I was standing there. As soon as he helps me, the woman who has been on that side all along asked the white male behind me what can I get for you. My husband came in after pumping fuel and then we both we re getting stared down. There were two females working behind the counter neither offered any help and the store was not busy at all. We had been there parked all night and the night shift definitely had a better friendlier crew, the day shift is definitely stuck back in the past at least that s my take on it especially since we were the only one s in there that didn t look like them. My husband gets a lot of fuel from ta, but I like Pilot way better. I won t ever come in during the morning again.

I'll avoid this place at all coat. They started a dot inspection on my trailer told me they had a used tire then turn around tell they don't I expressed my frustration on them living about it then a chunky employee with an ugly beard proceeds to give me an attitude and invites me outside to fight. If he would have swung first it would have been on.these guys are not professional and should be fired.............

Nice place. Friendly and professional people in shop. Only 4 showers. Big parking lot.The most reason I stop here is the shop.

There was a Genzie employee that has pink purple green and blue hair and you already know you re gonna have problems when you come up on these people She had been at work all night apparently because she was trying to counter Thielen get out of there she threw together some eggs that have been sitting around for two or three hours because they were dried out and she charged me for a full order of biscuits and gravy when she only gave me a half hour order a biscuit and gravy and when I brought it to her attention she had a careless attitude

Think about all the TA's across America that you've stayed at good and bad, well this would be the ugly. By far the worst we have been to. Problem is, our clock was out and we stayed the night. You will get a pleasant view of an old, half-way boarded up Motel 6 with " colorful " people outside. Many maybe heading over to the worse looking strip club for fun. There is the overgrown grass around the building full of trash and feces. The Country Pride restaurant is only open 11am-4pm so no food there. The connected casino has no food. Now the TA is a treat. Boxes and janitorial supply everywhere, a strange smell and no food anywhere ( empty deli case) unless you want old room temperature spaghetti in a plastic box. The showers were suppose to be upstairs but they were closed as there was only one employee (who was new) that just didn't have time to clean them. As I said there was all the area to have standard food like hot dogs etc. But nothing. This was at 6-7pm. This is a place you want to pull your curtains, lock your doors and get some sleep. The early morning was the same, absolutely not one crumb of breakfast or warm anything. It was painful watching three or so drivers ( we added to that) casting their view around for food. Now I can defend giving it one star because the bathroom was clean. But I believe that the " caution wet floor" sign lived in the bathroom as plenty of dirt and debris had gathered around it in the 10 hours we were there. Just one of those spots that is not interested in providing a clean professional place for us drivers. What a shame.

No hot food in the deli again. The manager said he's not cooking cause only 2 people working. Asked about showers and he said only 1 clean one left then they will be closed.Not very impressive for a large chain. Maybe ya'll should pay better.

I come here A few times like 25 nothing ever works always dirty just don't trust anything to eat or drink here look at expire dates. No EXCUSE

Always plenty of parking, but don't come hungry, because you'll leave starving. If u park here, you'll have to walk over to Loves to eat....and don't come expecting a shower, they close the showers in the evening...this is pathetic

01.30.2022 at around 5:40pm, I came in to get a cup of hot tea. They didn't have sugar, and i asked employees kindly if they could get me sugar. They did not have any customers at that time. Two employees were discussing who should bring sugar, and finally the girl went up to three TA mechanics and asked them to bring sugar. I was shocked with the amount of laziness those two employees possessed. I'm a hardworking, professional driver who values his time. Unfortunately, I was forced to waste 15 minutes standing. I couldn't tolerate longer and left there with no sugar. I had a load to deliver and couldn't escalate the situation to the managers attention. But this issue needs a closer attention and begs for some reprimand.

Water in non ethanol fuel side on 9/7/22 10pmPump 5/6I called and they didn't even care$300 down the drainAnd thank goodness my razor is okay after we drained and cleaned lines
