My wife, daughter, and her parents were on their way to the Seattle area for new years weekend when our truck motor blew up on the highway. Superior towing got them off the road safely figured out it was a big problem with the motor. Worked with us over the holiday weekend to get the truck to Kellogg ID for repairs. This is one of the best group of people I have ever worked with. Even with my wife being on the road and me at work. they worked with us over the phone, kept me informed what was going on. Going out of their way to help us . Will always recommend them.

My husband and myself was traveling from Seattle to Charlotte when our trailer driver side tires lug nuts broke. Not really knowing what else to do since we couldn t use the spare tire we had to call a tow truck. They finally got to our destination! To make a long story short, Josh the owner looked and said I can tow it to my shop, and you can pick it up whenever you can on tomorrow. We go to get a new trailer, get back to the shop to unload and put the items on the new trailer. Josh says after all he s done for us the day before if you need a hand I ll be in my office just call me ! When I tell you he had our back from the time we met him on the side of the road up to the time we drove off! We offered him money to his cash app, or dinner but he said tell your story about my company is good enough for me! If you re ever in a rut call Superiors towing he ll get you unstuck. These guys saved me on the side of I-90 after my truck spun out on black ice. They waited for us and then went out of their way to help us get to our other vehicle. Super friendly and kind on a hard day. Highly recommend them! Thank you!

Really a wonderful experience, all things considered.. our car broke down on the side of a Montana Highway, superior provided really great communication, they came quickly, and towed our new car 45 miles to a service center and then our family home. They also offer to Bill our insurance for the work. Really nice clean vehicles and professional service. Hope to never need a another tow, but will definitely call again if we do.Service: Car towing

Goes above and beyond every time!! Very competent, great communication, knowledgeable about all things vehicles/trailers/towing. I needed axle service on a large travel trailer and Denny handled it perfectly. Diagnosis AND a haul on a large flatbed. I used his services twice in the past month. He was very accommodating and even worked with me on the price of the second tow. He had top of the line equipment with businesses conveniently located in a few towns across Montana. so I d recommend you give him a call if you re in need of a Tow or some Road side help Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

My puppy decided to lock my vehicle while I was getting gas and of course all my items were inside the vehicle including my child in his car seat. So as a mother I was panicking and was trying to keep my s*** together and the gentleman with Superior Towing showed up fairly quickly had the door open within a few minutes and went on his way and even though it was just a short period of time I spent near him he was super nice, professional and overall I was just satisfied with his work. Brian was our tow truck driver. Absolutely professional and friendly. He gave us a recommendation for a mechanic and called that mechanic on our way into town to insure he was able to work on our truck. Our Uhaul broke down in the middle of the intersection and Uhaul said ot would be over an hour for anyone to show up and move us. These guys were just driving by and offered to help move us out for free. Super nice guy and will totally buy their services again.

Josh was our saving grace. We were moving across the country from Northern Idaho to Minnesota with a 9 month old baby, two dogs, two cats, and a trailer. Our truck's engine died on our way up over Lookout Pass during a snow storm. We were stranded when we got ahold of Josh. He came out right away. Our whole life was hitched to his truck and he got us to saftey in Missoula. Even during white out conditions. Josh was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I hit a deer in the Swan valley and trashed the windshield of my Subaru. My insurance arranged for my car to be towed to Missoula, the Superior Towing was the company that provided the tow. Brian picked me up and he was so friendly, and we passed the hour to Missoula with great conversation (ask him about being a Monster Truck driver!). After he dropped the car off at the auto shop, he even gave me a ride to the hotel where I was staying that night. Above and beyond customer service! Although I hopefully won't need another tow any time soon, I would use this service again!!!Service: Car towing

These guys did a great job! My husband and I got stuck outside of St. Regis with a flat and these guys were super efficient and very nice. I ll be sure to call them again if we need help!

We hit a deer and by chance Josh was nearby. He helped walk us through the process of insurance and what happens. He went above and beyond making sure our daughter was taken care of and safe. I would recommend him anytime to anyone. He waited with us for our ride. I ve never came across someone so friendly yet professional. Originally called for a jump to find out alternator was bad. Broken connection. Found that they were open on a Sunday. Thought we'd be stuck. Brian was fantastic! I was having a very bad experience when I called Superior Towing and spoke with Josh. He went above and beyond to help me. Bryan picked me & my car up and he was excellent. For the first time on my trip I relaxed and didn't have to worry about safely arriving where I was going. We were on vacation travelling 600+ miles from home pulling our raft trailer when we experienced two flat tires in two days. Having no spare left, and now two damaged fenders, we needed the trailer towed by flatbed the last 20 miles to Missoula. AAA did not provide any help (despite the trailer being covered), and we called Superior. They were there in 15 minutes with the right equipment. They stored our trailer, took off the wheels, and took all three to the local Les Schwab for new tires while we continued on with our vacation. This service was offered, not requested, which is certainly going the extra mile. They stayed in communication with us all week. They cut off the damaged fenders and helped me mount the wheels again six days later. They coached me on how to get reimbursement from AAA for their effort. Saved our vacation and got us underway for the trip home. I cant say enough nice things about how we were treated! Thanks Brian!Service: Special vehicle towing

We were stranded in the middle of nowhere on a weekend. We'd called several places with absolutely no luck - how fortunate we were to call Superior Towing! They were exceptionally kind and speedy getting out to us - on a weekend! - drove us all the way out to Missoula, and helped us find a shop open on the weekend (truly an impressive feat out here!). Not only was the service amazing, but these have to be the kindest professionals we've ever interacted with. They were very kind, empathetic, and made an incredibly stressful day and situation feel resolvable. When our travel trailer broke down on hwy 200 Josh got the call from our insurance company and was there within the hour. When he arrived he not only loaded up the trailer but after surveying the break down, called a colleague of his and arranged for repairs. Then he and his dad helped us find a way to store our foodstuffs inside the camper, bought ice and went out of their way to make sure we were safe and good to go. Josh was amazing! He totally saved us in a very critical situation. We had lost our keys and were out of range and our car would not start. We couldn t put it in neutral and were sitting at the gas pump 73 miles away from Missoula and 1000 miles away from our home. We were on our trip when this happened. After the usual runaround from Honda roadside service and Aaa, Josh came and got us at 12:30 at night from Saint Regis and towed us to Missoula Honda dealership. He was friendly, extremely patient and very kind. I hope we never have to use a tow truck again when we are on vacation, but Josh saved the day. Do not even bother calling the others.
