If there was a way to do 10 stars I would. Very professional and got my trailer repaired in a very fast manner. Super friendly staff. They will be getting all my business for my RV repairs from now on.

absolutely great experience! I told my husband I would never go sit through a car buying meeting again, but this was pleasant and actually fun each person we dealt with was genuine and kind.I would recommend anyone in the northern Montana area go to RV and trucks....they are the best!

Horrible after sale customer service. Purchased a fifth wheel a few months ago. The living room slide out was supposed to be fixed upon delivery. It was not and I have been getting the run around since. Now I can t even get a call back. Sucks because I have to use a crescent wrench to open and close the slide out. The video below is their fixed/new motor assembly the wobbly gears bound up and causer the motor shaft to bend and those gears do not mesh properly.

We where passing through Missoula on a 3 week camping trip from southern Utah in early September. I suspected our batteries on our travel trailer fried and we needed to get the problem diagnosed and batteries replaced. I called a few places some no answer and another one said can t help us. I called RV Truck Sales and the nice lady on the phone said, we can help you out. I then asked can you do it today and she said no problem. We dropped the trailer off and had to go to an emergency Vet appointment for one of our dogs (when it rains it pours). The time we got done at the Vet the trailer was ready to go and we spend the night at Jim & Mary s RV, which was only a mile down the road.RV Truck Sales - thank you so much and I wish I could give you a 10 star rating.

RV Truck Sales was great to work with. I found them on the internet to have a generator installed in our 5th wheel. Connected with Brad who answered my questions, made sure he had all the parts on hand when I dropped our RV off while on a trip. 5 hours later we were back on the road. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Great service experience! We are on a months long road trip West in our Airstream Classic travel trailer and developed a problem with the water heater and fresh water system. I called ahead to several Airstream dealers and received the predictable response - We are completely booked for the next three months. Thankfully, the Airstream dealer in Missoula recommended Tim at RV Truck Sales. We drove in the next morning and Tim was able to diagnose and repair our trailer within two hours; no long wait and no big hassle. Jeff Green, the Parts and Service Manager and the young lady who helped me with the paperwork were super friendly and helpful as well. It was a great experience from start to finish!

Waiting to see if these guys will stand behind their warranty repairs that didn t hold up. I hope they do the right thing. 5/22/22. Well, sadly they did not stand behind the repairs they made less than a year ago on the camp trailer we bought from them. The service department manager was condescending and rude. Once we knew that they would not stand behind their work we went shopping for a new trailer. Sadly they lost a customer over a few hundred dollars in repairs. Word of mouth is still important advertising for a company. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their service department or the company in general.

An insincere operation, very disappointing to see this establishment live up to the used car salesman stereotype.Taylor in the office is a wonderful, honest assistant, but she has no power to change the shady operationI gave this place a 2nd chance, hoping I was in the wrong with my initial poor review, but it is what it is, folksIf you re looking to be swindled, swing on by RV Truck Sales Missoula today! :(

Hi, we bought a 2004 Jayco 24 foot travel trailer. Was a fun experience for sure. We called an hours early to look at this trailer, and the owners turned on the heat, refrigerator, etc, everything, as it was a very cold day, we really appreciated this gesture. They showed us the trailer, and then allowed us to look at it by ourselves, and look as long as we wanted,which was about a half hour. The price was a great deal, and they allowed us a slight reduction because of a blemish in the shower area. They even helped us hook up the truck to the trailer. They also supplied a new power plug and pigtail. They were kind and courteous and very helpful the entire time. The only thing we disliked was the not telling us of the $99 DOC FEE. We did not mind having to pay it...but thought it not respectful to mention it until we were doing the final paperwork. All in all, we were very happy with this company and would surely recommend them to our friends. Thank you guys !!!

I highly recommend this place! We had the unfortunate experience of a COMPLETELY clogged black tank!! YUK!!! After a couple failed attempts to unclog it ourselves, we called RV Truck Sales Missoula, after reading some of the previous reviews. I am so glad we did! Jeff told us to bring it in and they would look at it after they were finished with their scheduled appointments. To our surprise, after only a couple hours, Jeff called us and said our rig was finished! The cost was very reasonable too! We were also given some very useful information so it never happens again. What a relief!

Outrageous prices. Service dept failed to order in filter for our generator oil change. Made the appointment two weeks in advance. Charged over $150 for something that would take under 30 minutes to do. Attitude when I told him that was really steep, just shrugged his shoulders. Never going back.

After finding the camper I wanted on RVtrader I could see that the best deal was going to be here. I spoke with Colter and decided to drive up from Wyoming. Had a great experience. Everyone was honorable and fair. Highly recommend.

We purchased a 2015 camper from Shawn and Darrin. They were great to work with and made the process simple and fast. The camper was everything they said it was was and more. 2019 we bought a 32' 5th wheel camper and a 7x16 car hauler/flat bed trailer. We are very happy with the service and trailers we got. Describing our intentions for use of the trailer, we were going to get a different trailer, but with the knowledge they have weighing pros and cons they suggested another option and we opted to go with the flat bed car hauler trailer for a similar price but for more versatility.Even after we had purchased everything i noticed a minor issue but no problem Shawn got us all taken care of.As new to RVing, they have also been there to answer all my questions that have come up. Excellent customer service before, during and even after the sale.

Jeff Green and his crew were outstanding. We were 300 miles away and took a call to help us as we blew a fuse which we didn t know at the time. We drove to Missoula, he said he would make room for us but needed it there by first thing in morning. So we drove here and got in first thing. They were so cordial and helpful and did t over charge us. Asked us if we were military and said we both were so he gave us a discount for that too. So appreciate that they took time to help us as we are traveling from Mississippi. What a great group. Even the office girl was sweet. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts. Don t forget to come to Mississippi where winters are shorts and flip flop attire. Crystal and Carl Schossow

Highly recommend RV Truck Sales for their honest and extremely helpful service!! I recently had a major issue with the blackwater system in my 2019 RPod. I couldn't get any advice, or even the needed parts from the local dealer that I purchased from two years ago (Bretz, strongly do not recommend...) to get this relatively simple issue fixed this season. Jeff Green at RV Truck Sales was extremely helpful in providing expert advice and getting me the materials I needed to fix the issue myself, and all without an additional service charge for his time. The other guys want $200+ just for a quick consult scheduled out by over a month.Saved our summer! This will be our first stop for all future service and purchases!

Recently bought a 6x12 enclosed Criterion cargo trailer and couldn t be happier! Dealt with Jeff and he was awesome and very friendly. They weren t at all pushy like many salesmen out there. Would purchase a trailer from them again in the future!

My boyfriend and I purchased a toy hauler from here on their online website. Process was super easy and simple. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. They did a walk through with us to ensure that everything worked properly. Definitely well worth the drive!!

The crew at RV truck sales did a fabulous job fixing the several issues with my 30 foot bumper pull unit. Great service friendly people they got the job done in a timely manner and most importantly they were significantly cheaper than the other RV dealers in town. I would recommend RV truck sales to anybody that is looking into buying a unit or fixing any issues in their current camper. Thanks guys & gals!

Great pricing and equally great service! The transaction was done quickly and efficiently. I also had a blown fuse in my truck and Shawn helped me diagnose it and gave me a new fuse so I had running lights. I will be coming to Shawn for future trailer needs.

I came with only the intention of looking at campers and after about two weeks I actually bought a camper. They were very friendly and professional. Im the type of person that asks a lot of questions and takes my time when coming to a decision. During those couple of weeks I felt like I exhausted them with all my questions and negotiating. I appreciate that they didnt force me into the deal and had my best interests in mind to give me the best deal.They were very patient with me and answered every question I had. I definitely recommend them and would absolutely do business with them again.

I was an out-of-area purchaser using their new online store platform. I made a large purchase after talking to the salesmen, who assured me that if I was not happy when I arrived for pickup they would issue an immediate refund. Turned out it was not going to work out once I examined in person, but there was no hassle in issuing refund and staff was very helpful throughout the process. Despite not having bought anything, I would still recommend based on the customer service.
