Russes Auto Body and Paint did a fantastic job fixing/replacing/ painting both doors on the drivers side that was damaged in an accident. I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that looks like nothing ever happened! I am a 100% satisfied consumer!

Wanted to say thank you for having my bumper painted on my Porsche. Took awhile to get it into the shop because they re so busy. But I can see why. Color turned out great and very satisfied with the result.

Not only did this shop handle all of the work expertly and with professional customer service, but they got the work done in a timely fashion and handled all the billing with my insurance company. This alone is enough for a 5-star rating... Then about 3 weeks after I had my repairs made, I had a problem with my driver side door and thanks to these guys, I'm picking up my car today because they spent two hours working on it, until it was fixed.Honestly I don't know if you can find another body shop that will match this level of service and expertise! Thank you Russ body and paint!

Had our 23 Telluride serviced after being rear-ended within a week of buying. Tyler was very easy to work with, good communication during the process. Was super satisfied with the work done! I ve had them do work on my truck twice. Once was a major accident and although I thought the truck was totaled they fixed it up good as new. Second was a fender bender and they were able to fix everything in a few days. Really great work and good people.

I picked my car up from them earlier today and while I hope I won't need there services again(It was there because of a car accident) If I ever do this is the first place I will go! Great shop! Russ (the young Russ in this case, there s more than one) did a great job on my heavy duty Chevy truck, and was very good about communicating the status of the work to me as the job progressed. The crew at Russ's Body and Paint are amazing. After an accident I brought my vehicle there and the owner had an estimate to me the same day. They took care of all the communication with the insurance making it a completely painless process for me. After I dropped my vehicle off, they got right to it. The owner and his staff communicated with me frequently with updates while they did the repairs. They had the repairs to my vehicle completed well before the original estimated completion day. My Jeep looks better than it did before. I highly recommend Russ's Body and Paint! Thank you Russ and crew for a job well done!Service: Body & Trim

I've had Russ's work on my Subaru twice after deer strikes and they did a fantastic job both times. My car came back to me looking better than it did prior to the deer encounters. The only problem is they're so good, there's something like a month and a half wait for them to get to your car!

I have only positive things to say about these amazing techs and their flawless work. The only thing I could ever say that I wasn't necessarily happy about was the fact that it took a while to get my truck in for repairs, but it's obvious that there are so many people who legitimately want the work done by this shop. They worked directly with my insurance, followed up with me on a regular basis, called and reminded me of times and appointments, and even had my truck done a day earlier than estimated. The best part is that my truck looked brand new and better than before the accident. If you want quality work with extreme attention to detail, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thanks for everything and your dedicated craftsmanship.

Amazing team! My mustang has been hit 3 times and each time I took it to russ's and they have done a wonderful job fixing it, finding parts, and keeping me updated through out the whole process! They are the only shop I trust to take care of my car and I can't thank them enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family used Russ's to put a vented performance hood on one of our vehicles. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was kind to us and the work was of the highest quality. They painted the new hold and blended it into the fenders so the sparkle in the paint would match. They did it for a fair price and did a good job. No wonder they have a 5.0 rating on google

Russ went out of his way to help our family make a long distance trip in the family vehicle after we had hit a deer and damaged the side doors. He quickly got us in to make short term repairs so the vehicle was drivable and then scheduled the complete repair. The repairs were done on time with the highest quality workmanship. Russ communicated with us often and let us know exactly how the job was progressing. Top notch organization -- highly recommended!

Came in to get a estimate on our dodge truck that was in a hit & run. Within 1/2 min of entering there was help. He asked & answered all my questions. Looked at the damage, took pics, did the estimate (asked if I wanted to wait on it, I did) and within 45 mins I had the estimate and a date to drop off the truck.Thanks for the prompt service and talking to me and making sure I understand what is going on.

Russ and his son are an amazing team! They made our truck whole again after striking an animal on the highway. The workmanship and professionalism was above and beyond. Got hit from behind while stopped for a pedestrian in a cross walk. Everyone was okay but my truck's bed was heavily damaged. It took about 3 weeks for the repairs. I got weekly phone calls with updates and progress reports. They finished before the estimated 4 week time frame. Excellent service. Excellent body work. I can't even tell that the truck was in a wreck. I would definitely recommend this shop!

After my up close and personal meeting with a lamp post I took my auto to Russ's for repair. It's my first time and I was pleasantly surprised. They gave me a fair estimate and stuck to it. The work was very well done and timely. I will certainly bring my autos back should I have another personal encounter with a non-movable object.

Russ's Body & Paint did a fantastic job fixing my 2009 Chevy Malibu! I walked in with no appointment for an estimate and there was no wait - Russ walked out with me, took photos of my car, documented the damage, gave me an estimate, and scheduled an appointment for the repair. Before I left he replaced a broken blinker light so my car would be safe to drive for the time between the estimate and the repair. Russ was professional, respectful, kind, and very helpful and my car looks good as new! I hope to never have to go to an auto body repair shop again in the near or far future, but if I do and I am in Missoula I will definitely go back to Russ's. Highly recommended.Update: Welp, my parked Chevy "jumped into the way" of my neighbor's truck when he was reversing on our street and the bumper and headlight got pretty smashed up. When my neighbor let me know about the accident I knew right where I wanted to go for the repair and was very happy to find out that Russ's was pre-approved by his insurance! :) I had the same great experience working with Russ and his team to get my car looking like-new again, and would happily give them another 5 stars if I could. Thanks for your great work!

They did an awesome job on our 2010 Tundra repair and finished a head of time my truck was super clean no smell of paint inside Rick is super easy to deal to deal with would highly recommend their shop.

They gave us a quote and got our truck in quickly! They did great work and even came in under what they bid us out for. They could have pocketed the difference but were honest and passed on the savings! We will be sending all of our body work here now, as well as our referrals!

I recently had my 2017 Honda Accord in Russ's Body & Paint and they did an amazing job restoring my car. It looks brand new again. They were very friendly, professional, kept me posted on the progress along the way and finished ahead of schedule. For my money, Russ's is the only auto body shop in town. If the job is large or small, it's always been done correctly the first time. They are the only place we use and the only shop we recommend. Everybody we have referred to them leaves a happy customer!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have never reviewed any other business until today. Russ Body and Paint are absolutely top notch! They made everything extremely easy, time and cost effective. They also came in under what they quoted me and about half of what other business quoted as well! I highly recommend the business for any body and paint that your vehicle may need.
