It's so hard to find a place you trust with your car. Roemer's is that place. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They speak to you like an intelligent person, even if you aren't familiar with car things. The service is reasonably priced and reliable. I got new tires here, and they're doing great so far. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service. They were very prompt and communicated effectively throughout the entire process of scheduling an appointment and getting new tires installed. I highly recommend this place and will be going back.

Folks at Roamers are really awesome. So easy to schedule and for minor maintenance such as oil changes, tire installation and tire rotation all services are performed within the window they estimate. Tire prices are very competitive and reasonable.

Nothing I can say but amazing service! I had some tires that were pretty worn down and wonky, the staff helped me figure out my tire issues and recommended some brand new tires that would fit my car perfectly! Super friendly, quick service, and overall a great place to go for tire service! Thanks again for the help!

I highly recommend Roemer s for all your tire needs. Dropped my diesel off for winter tires, which got delayed (not Roemer s fault), and they were kind enough to plug my truck in overnight, as well as move it into their shop over the weekend. Jenny and EJ were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Jenny even communicated daily with me about the tire shipment progress. Unmatched customer service.I will never take my truck anywhere else. Especially after Les Schwab forgetting to put the studs in 2 years in a row on a different vehicle.Thank you SO much Jenny, EJ, and the rest of the Roemer s team.

Outside of an incredibly kind and helpful staff, Roemer s has also been truthful, up front, and fair. We ve taken vehicles to other tire centers/shops in town and always ended up feeling like we were being jerked around or overcharged; I have NEVER felt this way at Roemer s! The one downside is that they are always so busy but that, too, speaks to just how good they are!

Friendly, knowledgeable people who took time to explain the difference between all season and all weather tires. And, at a busy time, they installed my tires just a couple if days after I decided what I wanted. And, great location, especially if you live or work downtown.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Went in for a leaking tire and got a safety check and a small fee and found there had just been rocks causing the tire to seem leaking. Also super clean bathroom with good soap!

Shortly before a long trip the check tire light came on. My two usual gas stations where I get air were out of commission. Dropped in on Roemer's who checked it out immediately, confirmed that it was nothing serious, and had us safely on our way. Really lovely help and service.

In town for a conference when I discovered I had a soft tire and a slow leak. Despite it being peak snow tire installation week the staff at Roemer's Point S was able to work me into their tight schedule and get me on the road. Highly recommended!

part of me doesn t want to do a review because I am afraid everyone will find out how amazing, friendly, professional, and the BEST shop I have ever dealt with, and then it will be too busy. But, they would still provide the best personal service in town anyway, so here it is. I would rank then a 5 against any other service industry/retail business. they are not just good for a tire store/shop, they are GREAT against all businesses who are typically 3 star and 4 star at best. Just can t give them enough praise for the multiple times I have used them.

This has been my shop of choice for a decade now. They're always courteous. When I take my car in, they're fast and efficient, which means they're saving me time and money. Treat your customers right and they'll keep coming back. Roemer's takes that to heart.

As a female, there's sensitivity around how I'll be treated at an auto service business. Will they talk down to me? Will they try to upsell me at every turn by making things seem more dire than they are? I was so massively impressed by their straightforward approach. They were clear about issues or upcoming services I would need without condescension. They were priced competitively. And, most importantly, they were kind and thorough. Life is hard enough, it's so refreshing when something goes smoothly. Thanks, Roemer's!

It was time for new tires on my Prius. I was traveling through Montana visiting family and planned to stop in Missoula. I e-mailed Roemers about purchasing and mounting a set of Toyo all-season touring tires while I was in town. EJ promptly responded and was able to get the tires in stock within 24 hours and I dropped my car off the next morning without an appointment. Within 2 hours I had my car back. Excellent customer service. EJ provided all the information I would need to apply for the $100 rebate, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Roemers for all your tire needs!

We were traveling through Missoula and had a flat tire. I put the spare on and drove to Roemers's. Roemer's was able to get us right in without any delay. They fully resolved my flat tire problem. They swapped out the tire with the spare and fully inspected the tire to ensure it was a solid tire for me. They were absolutely awesome.

I have been taking my cars to Roemer's for at least 2 decades. Excellent service, great prices, friendly people who always remember my name. Their waiting area is clean and neat and attractive. I like the drop off after hours feature too. I like to support local businesses.

I have a student at the University of Montana, but I live out of state. When my kid needed new tires, I had to arrange service long distance. Roomer s was is so easy to work with, had great products an at a fair price, understood my dilemma and took care of my child. They went above and beyond and have earned my future service.

I have been a customer of Roemer's now for 30 plus years. I have never been disappointed, staff is great, accommodating, knowledgeable, and gets the job done timely.Never had the impression of being taken advantage off or being upsold to services that were not necessary, like corporate car dealerships usually do. I have female staff in my business and I always recommend Roemer's to them for their automotive needs. Women are being treated respectfully and the staff explains the scope of work that needs to be done in plain, understandable English.

Beyond Excellent. Very professional young lady on the phone. Explained my options w information about each. No hard sales pitch. Very promptly got me in quickly, and stuck to when they said they would. Wrapped my old tires so not to dirty my new car. Clean comfortable waiting area.Can t say enough good things!!!! Will be back every year.
