Was so excited for the RV I bought from Rangitsch Brothers! That was, until I noticed flames coming from the engine after about an hour and a half of driving. Mind you, we only bought the RV a few days before. Thankfully, we were all able to evacuate before it bursted into flames. Only left with a few blisters and money down the drain.We later called the Rangitsch Brothers. They had no desire to explain their negligence with checking their RVs before selling. No desire in trying to make things right. Not even a measly apology. Their excuse for that you may wonder? Because we bought it used and as is .Their slogan should be, When you buy a used RV from Rangitsch Brothers, you gamble with your life! EDIT:Looking at other reviews on both Google and Yelp, I find that numerous people have all sorts of issues with their RVs . Issues that could have easily been prevented if the people at this place did their due diligence to check their RVs before selling.

We have purchased two Jayco camping trailers from Rangitsch Brothers and both have been great. The service department has been especially helpful by customizing our new trailer just as we wanted it. Everyone seems to have vast experience in RV service and repair. They are extremely helpful, competent and efficient.

Took my camper in early October 2023 for some warranty work. Our vents in the bathroom and right infront of the oven did not work. We were told "that's how it's designed." The air conditioner in the main living room does not work. If it can move a peice of paper then its operational. We just went in to pick it up and they lost our camper key. When we expressed our dissatisfaction the office manager explained that he has been working with us ever since our lawyer sent a letter.. which was not us so I'm not even sure they knew who's key to look for. They ended up giving us a replacement key. However they stole my husband's $700 chainsaw.. I am not impressed with their customer service at all! Do not buy from these crooks!

After the warrantee was up everything started falling apart. The paint didn't match....I was cleaning above cabinets and realized it wasn't even leveled out and connected. Going on year 4 my stove is saying that it's on when it isn't..I can go on but I'm limited to words..if you want to start your life with a new house I'd think twice about this place. Let's add if you need a touch up on color...the paint they gave doesn't come close to matching..we are suppose to retire here...if the house even holds up.1 year warrentee???really?

I purchased an Outdoors RV late during the summer of 2022 from Rangitsch Brothers. I had a few warranty issues over the first trip and upon fall approaching they suggested just compiling a list and contacting them in the spring and they would address all issues under warranty. I contacted them in March 2023 and they scheduled me for lat May (earliest they could do). After I dropped it off, a week later they contacted me and stated they were too busy and would not get to it until late August 2023. That is NOT acceptable for a brand new purchase from them. They should back their products versus having a brand new trailer that has a few inconvenient issues for a full summer! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I researched the next closest dealer of Outdoors RV to the west and they got me in a week later and everything fixed by the week after that!!! That is what service should be. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Went into their parts department today and was treated as a valued customer by helpful, efficient professionals. Always a joy to come in here. While there we looked into upgrading our camper and couldn't think of a better place to do it. I think the wife may have picked one out! Always happy to deal with them.

Found our base plate loose on our towed car.Called at opening, they said bring the car right over. Wendy and Ed are great folks.Base plate repairs. Did less than an ideal job. Missed 4 bolts that the original installer didn t put in.Found some nice local flavorsBig horn barber shop for a much need trim. Big wheat bakery and deli for lunch and a surprise for Debra Debbie

Do not make the mistake I did by buying from this dealership. While the salesman was a good guy, the warranty and service departments are horrible. Unbelievably bad attitudes and unprofessional behavior. I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews they are there for a reason.

Picked up a great Jayflight Baja, was treated like family. Jack made sure all of my wants, needs and concerns were addressed. I was very impressed with the service dept guys, about 3 showing me how to connect the sway bars. They made sure I fully understood the safe and proper way to hook up. They also gave me many tips in regards to the RV as this was my first exoerience with a pull camper. 5 stars to the RANGITCH TEAM!

Worst service I've ever had. Would not ever buy from them again. Took over 5 months to get all of my appliances working and to this day still didn't get them all fixed 8 months later. Spent five trips on my own fuel my own expense of running my motorhome back and forth to get it fixed to listen to an excuse each time last time I left lights inside were still not working call them back within 5 minutes said they'd call me on Monday 2 months later still haven't heard a word but boy they're on me every month to make sure I make my payment.. worst RV dealership I've ever come across great when you're there to buy terrible once you own it

I haven't had many great experiences with RV places in my time, most just don't seem to care or have time for their customers. Rangitsch Brothers is exceptional. Their sales department is honest and knowledgeable, making the purchase hassle free. The service department went out of their way to make sure my tow vehicle, hitch, and anti-sway devices were all set up correctly and quickly, making the 400 mile journey home safe and worry-free. Prices are great too! I'd definitely go out of my way to purchase from them again.

Fantastic customer service. We were traveling through Montana to Idaho and had troubles with our grey tank. They had the part in stock for a very reasonable price and when I realized that we wouldn't make it in time before the parts department closed, they helped us by leaving it for us with the service department. We made it before the service department closed and the employee was extremely friendly and helpful.

What a horrible experience. In February of 2021 we sign a contract and order a Jayco camper trailer, at an amazing price 10% less than any other dealer could go. Jack says they have units in a production run at Jayco and it will be ready in April at the latest. After seeing many of the models we ordered arrive and leave the lot, April turns to June, then to October. In June, they offer us a smaller and lesser model for basically the same price we paid for the higher value model that we ordered. We tell them we still want the one we ordered and leave our $1000 deposit on it. We call and check in every couple months, and finally they say our trailer has arrived 12 months after the order. One catch though, it s going to be 30% more than the price we contracted you at. Well wait, we have a binding sales contract. . . We believe our trailer came in as scheduled in April, but it was a crazy time for camper sales and they could get 25% more if they sold it to somebody else on the waitlist that was 5 people deep. Needless to say we will never use Rangitsch again.

Extremely disappointed! Paid cash for a Palomino truck camper in March, 2020. Bought a new GMC Sierra pickup the week prior. Would have written a glowing review based on the sale and repair of a wiring problem we discovered when we got home to Idaho. Jack Dallmann was friendly and helpful...until there was a problem. A big problem. We had no reason to take the camper off our pickup after Rangitsch Brothers technicians put it on, twice. Once, the day we bought it and again when they repaired the wiring problem on May 4. It's camping season! Took the camper off for the first time in late July to haul hay and were shocked to see the bed of our pickup was severely damaged. The wheel well was bashed in and actually separated from the bed, and there was a large dent on the front of the bed near the cab. The ONLY time the new camper had been put on and taken off our new pickup was at Rangitsch Brothers. We informed Jack of our discovery and sent pictures of the damage. Jack promptly referred us to the service department and we were contacted by the Warranty Manager/Service Writer who requested more pictures of the pickup and camper damage. Soon after, we were informed by Rangitsch Brothers that they were taking no responsibility for the damage since they had no way of proving that their shop technicians were at fault. True, we did not see them do it; we were not in the shop. So, in effect, they were accusing us, cash paying customers, of lying. We know the damage occurred in their shop, and we expected them to extend that friendly personable customer service we experienced during the sale and warranty service. We were dumped and now faced with paying a $500 deductible to OUR insurance carrier to cover the damages in excess of $4,000 caused by Rangitsch Brothers service technicians.We will not hesitate to discourage others from doing business with Rangitsch Brothers.

I had a great experience this week in the service department of Rangitsch Brothers in Missoula, MT. Thanks to Bill, Jeff, Jerry, and the others whose names I didn't catch but pleasantly and efficiently handled what needed to be done to get me back on the road with a warranty replacement air conditioner within 24 hours. Thanks especially to Bill who was optimistic from the beginning of the first conversation. You truly exceeded my expectations.

Great customer service. As soon as our deposit was placed over the phone, our salesman had our camper marked as sold. We came down from Kalispell the following week to pick it up. We got really good help from the service guys, setting the hitch up for my pickup and got a very thorough walk thru of our camper. Our salesman did an excellent job as well. After a bad experience with another company it was a sigh of relief to deal with Rangitsch. We highly recommend them. You guys have a great crew, and we will likely be back your way 10 years from now!

I recommend Rangitsch Brothers to anyone. From the parts department to sales. I had the pleasure of doing business with Brain and purchasing an RV. Through the entire process Brain was great. He was patient with us and returned every call, which I have found to be very rare now days.I did call a lot of RV dealers in several different states and tried to deal with him, but when it was said and done Rangitsch Brothers beat everyone of them.Thank you Rangitsch Brothers

Beware, great to work with until they have your money. My home had outlets that didn't work they had me hire electrician and would reimburse me. Outlets were actually smashed when installed. Never paid me back. They are supposed to do warranty work after a year. Going on 18 months cannot get a call back or response to multiple emails. Shower cracked sheetrock cracked.

Fantastic dealership. We visited about 10 dealerships to buy our next RV, and we ve never seen a dealership like this one. Such a positive place, they do a superb job with delivering quality products and stand behind their work. Prices were very competitive as well.Their customer service is unbelievable. Thank you Joe (owner), Brian (sales), and Jimmy (technician). Some examples. During the walkthrough when we pointed out anything, they immediately brought out all the tools and fixed everything until we were happy. The RV was delivered in pristine condition. And on our way back, there were 2 minor issues that we discovered, and they called ahead to an upcoming dealership to schedule a repair. Even now, they continue to support our RV even though we re far off in another state.They re trying to build a lasting business relationship with its customers. All our future RVs are going to be purchased here. Amazing place, we ll be back. We drove almost 1000 miles to this dealership. It was so worth it.

I have purchased 2 trailers from this company and been treated fantastic.Would buy again if and when I need another trailer. my only complaint I have is the service department is so busy they could not take my trailer {which I did not buy from them but bought it used in Arizona} in to do some repairs I need done. they were very nice and explained that because they were so busy they could only take units they have sold in for repair. I understand will take my trailer some where else to get repaired.

Purchased a 2022 Jayco Seneca Prestige. This motorhome was first offered last year. Without going into a lot of detail, the initial experience at time of delivery in January '22 was challenging but in the end the Rangitsch staff addressed our issues over the course of four months. Many small issues should have been resolved prior to delivery. This particular unit was new to Rangitsch staff so the learning curve process was very evident. We are full-time RVers and are happy to report we are very much enjoying our coach far away from Missoula.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We bought our 100k Jayco from them, it was the only o e with all the options we wanted. They knew we were driving across country to pick it up. When we arrive it had not been PDI ed. And the person who was walking us through to teach us about it had never been through a North Point before. We waited 10 hours for it to be made ready. Called Jayco and got no help from the either.I wish we bought a grand design !!

Much better selection and prices than Bretz. Needed a replacement cord end for my 50A cord. Bretz wanted $55 and didn't have it in stock. Rangitsch had 6 of them and only $34 for the same part.

This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. The salesman we worked with was very knowledgeable, honest and put no pressure on us to do anything. He gave us plenty of time to talk and think about what we wanted to do without trying too sell us something we didn't want or need. I very much regret buying our first trailer from from a competitor. I wish we would have saved the trouble and the money and came here first. I would highly recommend stopping there if you are in the market for a travel trailer. You will see the difference between them and the other dealers. These guys are great.

We were traveling and stopped in Missoula, MT at the VW dealership to get a key made for our VW. Needless to say their parts department guy was awful!We also needed a few things for our RV and found this company close by. We have an older model RV and was impressed with the many items they have on hand. Hard to find items at that. We asked one of the guys if you had this and that and of course he would go find what we wasn t able to find. Even while he was running around and I do mean running around looking for parts for phone customers on or on site customers. This guy was amazing!!!Once we was ready to check out I asked him for a card as once my husband and I make a decision on the electrical upgrade we will no doubt place the order with your company because of the customer service. I asked for a card but he didn t have a card with his name on it so I asked him his name. Andy. What a gem. We ve owned our own company and I have been in management leadership for several years and there are not very many Andy s. I hope you are paying him well.Perhaps you can send Andy over to school the VW parts guy in manners, customer service and work ethics.Please thank Andy for his helpful and pleasant experience especially after a bad experience at a neighboring business.

Kipp, Jack and the owner have gone out of their way to help us select the right trailer! We know we are valued as a customer and we've been treated basically like family. I can't tell you how patient they've been and how prompt in answering all of our questions. By the same token, we've never felt like we are getting a sale's pitch. We've truly been allowed to take our time and explore the different options out there. Having a trailer means that we can take my 90 year old father back to his home town again for a visit. It also means he can stay at our off-grid family cabin but be the one with running water. I have autoimmune issues and it will finally allow me to go on trips and get some rest during part of the day. We want to thank Rangitsch Brothers for truly making a difference in our lives!

Amazing staff! Brian was incredibly helpful and very responsive to all our questions and text messages. He kept us I'm the loop on the status of our trailer and when it arrived we were greeted by all kinds of friendly staff members who showed us the ins and outs of our trailer. Highly recommend!

Brian is fantastic. As crazy as the market is right now, he helped my fiance' and I find the perfect trailer at a great price. He made sure we had all the equipment we needed, showed us how everything worked and did it all on our time and his day off. This is the second rv my family has got from Brian and Rangitsch. Couldn't be happier.
