I called to use "Roadside Service"offered thru my insurance. I booked a tow for next day in the morning. When 6hrs past and they still weren't there, I called a friend who suggested this place. Called Pro Towing and before I go done calling, they had arrived!!#1 now in my book. Local & Knowledgeable. Thanks!

Pro Towing was dispatched by Toyota roadside assistance. The driver insisted that I show a AAA card to be towed. Informing him that it was not through AAA and it was a Toyota roadside assistance call he told me good luck and drove off leaving me with little options. Not professional nor helpful at all. Other tow companies in Missoula should be considered.Service: Car towing

Bought a new to me RV and as I was driving home the alternator went out and it died on me. I called pro towing and within less than 5 minutes they showed up. It was amazing how fast Dave responded to our call. The price was way better than I was expecting, the driver Dave was very knowledgeable, efficient and very kind.I was pretty bummed my new to me RV broke down minutes after purchasing it and I was afraid of what it would cost to have it towed but Pro Towing went above and beyond my expectations and made a bad situation way better.Thank you Pro Towing and thank you Dave, I'll always suggest you to anyone needing a tow or any other service you offer!

Accidentally parked illegally and called after hours in hopes to get keys and medication in towed car before they are open in the morning. A complete valid question, missoula after hours lady was unnecessarily mean and unhelpful. We ran into others with the exact same experience from this day and that woman. Hear great things about this company but someone else needs to be hired for that position.Service: Car towing

Appointment was pre scheduled the day before @7:30 am sharp to be towed to Scott s EQ by 8:00 am sharp. They didn t show up @ 7:30 called them @ 7:40 and was given excuses as to why they weren t here. Nor were they coming to the scheduled tow as the driver was on another call. Then it was we can t find your address on google. I asked for the owners number as he has towed my vehicle the first time I used pro towing. Did a great job. About 2 years ago. About two blocks away from where I need pick up today. That s why I chose this company again. However whoever you have hired to run your phones, schedule towing pick ups for appointments that take me 2 weeks to get with a mechanic, and actually show up on time for pick up let alone learn how to use a map Incase something isn t on google need immediate improvement. I ve been standing in my drive way for 30 min due to the lack of responsibility that your employees decided to have today. It is costing me money. As I had other scheduled appointments around the appointment I scheduled with you. I will never chose pro towing again in Missoula nor recommended it to anyone I know. This is the worst experience a customer can have with a company. Zero accountability. Thanks for nothing.You are the worst tow company I have ever felt with now officially. I asked for the owners number as I wanted to call and get this fixed ASAP. The answer was I ll get fired if I give you the owners number. Nice...Service: Car towing

Dusty was so kind and helpful when our car died as we were driving through Missoula. He arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He tried to jump start, to no avail. He then towed us to a parts shop to get the battery tested. Then a tow to a repair shop for what turned out to be a new alternator and battery. Dusty was my advocate with the other businesses and was very kind to me and my children.

I absolutely love pro towing. I worked with a dealership. Any time we called the folks at Pro Towing we new we could rely on the Pros to get our customers when the vehicle was broke down. Thanks guys great work!

My customer needed lock out service, she called at 1230 am and was told someone would be on the way, when no one had showed up by 230 am she called Pro Towing back and was told no one was coming because the driver didn't feel good!!! She is still locked out of her car

My daughter thought she was calling Tripple A . this is the first time she has had to do somthing like this. The man that anaswered the phone only took her location was rude and told her he would have some one out. The person arrived got her keys out of the car and then told her she would be charged. Sounds like we will be refuned by Triple A but it would be better if we were told this. And when I called them the man that answered the phone said well its my job to get the address and just send some one out. Well it would be nice to get my daughters name on who he is assisting and inform her of a charge . I just think there should be more customer service in this area.

Bernie was so helpful! He was at my house to tow my car to Les Schwab to fix a flat tire in under 20 minutes! I will definitely be using this towing company again! Thank you!

Almost got hit by ur driver 5 mins ago by free cycle cutting the corner on my side of the road then doesn't know what a 3 way stop sign works hate leaving bad reviews but yea
