Great service, came out in the field replace four tires on my skid steer in exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes. Awesome job.I went directly into town and bought new tires for my pickup because of service I got in the field. Thankyou

I was pleased, but they absolutely mutilated & cracked brand new center wheel hub covers during a tire rotation. It's impossible the tech didn't know he had done it and didn't have the balls to tell the service manager he destroyed them. Disappointing to say the least.I tried to navigate their website last night for another set of tires for another vehicle wanting to give them a second chance. Impossible website to navigate, hence going to the dreaded competition. Overall a real bummer...

My driver had a blowout early this morning, gave all information to a RS dispatcher as well as the Credit Card preauthorization. Pomp's dispatch advised that they'll send an invoice after the service will be completed. Can't get the paperwork all day, called over 6 times and no one can answer who I suppose to call for invoice. They're not answering email as well. DON'T RECCOMEND! Won't call Pomp's for my fleet anymore.

These guys were outstanding. I had tire issues leaving Hamilton and first went to the Big tire store that I brought them from in Kent that was a Big disappointment. Pomps worked me in finding two of four trailer tires with steel belts showing they had a lot of tread but were no good. Pomps replaced the tires and I continued on my way only 1.5 hours later. Out standing job to these guys. I can't thank them enough.

My fiance was having issues with her brakes and we took it here. They were professional and inspected the brakes for free. They told us exactly what needed to be done and quoted us a third of the price that Spartans Tuning did. Spartans Tuning also charged $150 to inspect the brakes and couldn't even tell us what was wrong.

These guys fit me in because there were loud noises coming from the front wheel area. They checked all the tires and breaks and found some grime a dirt. No charge; big smiles. Thanks Josh.

Joe was awesome! We have a small RV and finding places to work on it can be a pain! Joe was quick with answers, had tires in stock, and was friendly as well. We were in and out with 4 new tires within 1 hour! Last time we had a rotation done only in FL and it took them 2.. hours!! Thanks again Whalen & Joe!

Went to pomps. They told me when they lifted up my car to change put my tires that the control arm broke. $300 to replace it, Fine no big deal. Two days later it starts making a squealing noise. Took it back to the shop and they said it was all good, nothing wrong. Two days later I'm turning at a light and my control arm breaks leaving my car stuck in the middle of the road. do NOT recommend

This place is pretty good for just tires had work done on truck and when I left had no brakes! Called back they said bring it the next morning! Nearly got in a wreck leaving the shop. Brought the truck back the next day and after an hour or so got it back and they told me is was like that when I brought it in! Now it makes lots of noise and still no brakes.. never again

Now my #1 spot for all tire needs. They could obviously tell that I don't know much about tires and took the time to explain everything so it made sense. I was in a rough situation and Pomp's helped me through and made it easy.Also, the price has to be unbeatable.

All honesty, went in under the impression that it was a good place for a tire change, I got there checked in and was told there was one vehicle ahead of me, I waited three hours to get four tires mounted and balanced. They then deflated my spare tire took out and threw away the valve stem, now my truck is making a new vibration that wasn't there when I brought it in. sadly I would NOT recommend this business there are several other ( les shwab, tire Rama, point-s) places to go. I will not be returning there..

I went to Whalen Tires most of my driving life, always had great sservice. I went there when it turned to Pomps, it was still good, but went there recently, service has gone down hill. They acted like it was a chore to even talk to me. I told them what I wanted, I guess because I'm a girl he questioned me about what I was asking them to do...rotate and balance my tires, I know what my truck needs. I brought my truck in a week later, they said 3 hours and it would be done. 4 hours later, they hadn't even touched my truck and again, the condescending attitudeGuess I will be tire shop shopping.

I had the best experience here! Tom was so kind and took the time to work with me on figuring out the best tire for the best price. I've had my brakes replaced by them and I'm always confident that their work is done well. Very honest. I will continue to go back!

Quality tires at a fair price and quick service. All my tires are from Whalen tire 4 vehicles never an issue. New BF Goodrich ko2 on my baby!

We were passing through Missoula and found a leak in one of our travel trailer's tires. Pomp's Tire Service had us back on the road within a couple hours, with new tires for a great price.

The receptionist was friendly. The person making the work order was friendly and helpful. Alfred did the work and was efficient fast and thorough installing 6 new tires, but wasn t friendly at all. If you spoke directly to him, he ignored you completely even while making direct eye contact. No smiles. no acknowledgement that you even exist. I would have given a 5 star rating if not for his attitude!

These guys are absolutely rude. Came in at a little after 1pm for a tire rotation. Was told it would take a hour to do. 2 hours later nothing. After kindly asking how much longer. The Sales man Very aggressively said it could take longer, (stating that he will make sure im the last one) and that I can take my tires somewhere else (after being threatened he could will refused service) also said its first come first serve although people after me was done and gone before I am. This will not be the end at this review. I shouldnt have to spend a day to rotate my tires just for a warranty. When I could do them myself. This is ridiculous. Still waiting here and they said 45 minutes. This will be the LAST time anything is purchased at this location. This place is very hostile and absolutely unprofessional. Definitely check other places out before this tire shop.

It was ok. Service advisor was friendly. This was my first time at this store, actually my first time at a Pomp s tire service. I needed 4 winter tires installed and was quoted $106. When I got the call that the car is done, I was told that it is $170 because the tires were new and not bought from them. They should have asked when I brought the car in, since I was a new customer, at least they should have called before they changed the tires. That is -1 star. Had to deduct another star because the car was parked in an open parking lot away from where it could have been seen by the staff and the rear driver side door was not closed all the way and the car was not locked. The tire installation was ok.

Great location for me as I m out of town.Tom is great at locating tires and finding best price that fits my budget. 3 vehicles and a boat trailer needed tire help and Tom got me the tires that work for my needs. Even has a huge relaxing area to wait for your vehicle to get done with coffee and popcorn. Friendly service with work that is top notch and conveniently located on west Broadway. This isn t a salesman s store but a consumers place of business with an actual thought process laid out to the consumer. Thank you for a great tire shop!

We were on our way to a wedding and got a flat tire. All the other tire places in the area had a 2-4 hour wait which would make us late to the wedding. Even though Pomp s was closing in 30 minutes, Tom let us come in and had the tire fixed. We were back on the road and made it to the wedding on time. We greatly appreciated the service in a stressful situation!

In & out in 15 mins. Best tire service ever & friendly staff. Waited at costco 5 hours before told us , didn t have our tire. Went right in to Pomp s & was done in 15 mins. Buying all tires here from here on out! Good prices too!

These guys are awesome, simply said. Got a flat tire on my way to Bozeman from Spokane and they got my vehicle taken care of with two people in less than 20 minutes, paid and out the door.Unfortunately my tire was not salvageable, but they got me a nicer used replacement that was similar performance and wear to my existing (newer ) tires for a great deal.Terrific service, speed, and price!Thank you!

Beware of "courtesy tire rotation" that comes with your expensive set of tires. You can get your tires rotated every five thousand miles for free. And rotation is a requirement of the mileage warranty applicable to your new tires. The problem is that you cannot make an appointment, therefore you can either wait an hour or two or three while they are selling and mounting newly sold tires before they can "fit you in" for the promised free rotation. The other option is to drop off your vehicle and have someone pick you up hoping that they might "fit you in" at some point that day. So if you like to waste your time, or another person's time and gas to shuttle you back and forth, or you can't be without your vehicle for who knows how long, Whalen Tire is for you. I expect that the free flat repair falls under the same "when we can fit you in" process. I will just make an appointment and pay another shop to rotate my Whalen purchased tires. I will never patronize Whalen Tire again. There are many other options.
