Chad was super awesome when my brake light went out! I had never changed one so I was scared of breaking something but he taught me how to and installed the light for me! super grateful!

Bought a battery less than a year ago there and it went dead. Was in and out with a replacement in 4 minutes. Staff was courteous and friendly.

I ll go across town to shop at this O Reilly s. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They re honest and open about questions and products, and have never tried to upsale me (unlike AutoZone locations). They ve bent over backwards to help me with my many car problems, including running codes and researching. I can t recall the names of the folks I ve interacted with, but there s a younger gal (I think I remember her saying she owns a Toyota or a Honda), a younger guy (often wears cowboy boots), and an older fella with a mustache. I add these details because I know how important it is for credit to be given to people directly, and I tip my hat to these folks. They ve reflected excellently on the company for me. I always go here first if I can.

Worst experience ever over the last three days. Bought $379 worth of items for my car and live on a ranch up nine mile. Get home and realize the clerk who helped me gave me the wrong wiper blades for my car. The next day I take them back and they tried to blame me, when the clerk the day before INSISTED on pulling the items themselves. Not pleased. Next day go to replace some light bulbs in the car.. out of 7 bulbs, 6 are WRONG, again because the clerk got them for me. Go back in this morning (day 3), again, get an attitude. Then they tell me, oh sorry, we don t have the bulbs you re looking for, but the store on 3rd street does . Nope. Had them refund all of the products and will not be shopping with oriellys again. Typical missoula.. uneducated, lazy, homely employees who hate their lives.

Knowledgeable, helpful employees. I'm always greeted when I arrive and treated with the most respect when I have 50 questions they help me brainstorm to figure out my best possible solutions. I recommend the E. Broadway store to everyone and I will always bring my business there.

A very nice man helped explain the oil light indicator and recommended a place to get an oil change. He even looked up the address for us. As we know very little about cars and are not from the area, we felt grateful to have had such excellent customer service from this employee. Thank you so much!

Normally I very much like this O'Reilly's & go here for most of my automotive needs. Im not sure if they have some new staff or maybe just a bad day? I needed a new battery but wasn't sure what size as I've never needed one for this vehicle. The guy "helping" me asked the size, I explained I didn't know but gave him make, model & year of my vehicle. Normally someone looks it up on the computer, he didn't. Just showed me where the batteries were, I had no idea what to buy so they lost a sale that day. Definitely not typical of the O'Reilly's I'm used to. Hopefully doesn't stay that way.

The counter person should be FIRED. Was told they couldn't look in the computer for a momentary dual post toggle switch. Mind blown if you don't know parts WHY ARE YOU WORKING HERE...

Great parts store for your run of the mill parts shopping, lights etc, and is very conviently located. Parking can be an issue and if I need something that is either a little rarer or of the high performance variety I always end up going to the one on 3rd Street instead.

Tina was immediately rude and dismissive. I had to leave in less than 5 mins because of her presence. I would recommend avoiding O'Reillys.

Stopped in at the East Broadway store by Albertson's on Friday morning, 3/16/2018, to purchase windshield wipers for my car. Some guy named Jerry assisted me and was rude, arrogant, and lazy, combined with his condescending tone and horrible customer-service skills. Too lazy to come out from behind the counter and walk ten feet to show me the proper blades for my car - just kept shouting model numbers and sizes over to me. Guess what Jerry and O'Reilly auto parts? Every man isn't a gear head so I didn't know what to look for. Finally just walked out. Will not return to this joke of a store and a message to whoever owns this store - your "manager" Jerry needs a critical crash course in human relations and customer-service skills..do your business some good and get rid of this individual. Do not recommend this store to anyone - save yourself the experience of being treated rudely by an arrogant, low-IQ individual and go somewhere else for your business. I will NEVER visit this or any other O'Reilly auto parts again.

Cashier/parts dude, opened box with new part, came out to truck with me to verify correct replacement part.....sounds so simple, hardly ever done anymore. I live out of town, saved me at least another 60 miles of driving plus waisted time figuring it out.Thanks guys and girls!

I am from out of town and this place went beyond there normal service stayed open late to get me my part and sent me on my way. For that I am indebted very good customer service very good

Every time I come to this place, I always get the one guy who doesn't seem to know what he is doing. I appreciate the hospitality and effort but it doesn t help me with my problem.

Usually most inexpensive parts place. Almost as good as 10,000 Auto parts. Lol, I believe the chain was bought out by what eventually became O'Reilly AP.!

Understaffed, lines can get long, most customers were wearing masks, but nothing done to make noncompliant customers wear a mask, or leave.
