With a couple windshields, a sunroof, and now a driver s side window, Jarem and the Novus team have become my go-to glass service in Missoula. Always able to schedule service promptly, the work is high quality and trustworthy. They make it so easy to work with my insurance (GEICO) and they ve always been polite and professional.Will be back again (hopefully not too soon!) and would recommend to a friend.

They were great when I had a windshield emergency while in Missoula with a company truck. I wanted to reach out for my personal truck. Not as great. First interaction was as good as good be and I got to pet their lobby dog. The second left me feeling like voice on the other end was annoyed I even called. Price for the company truck was lower than expected and they got us in and out in quickly.

My second visit due to massive leaks above new windshield they installed a month ago. The additional work seems to have resolved the leaks. They did stand behind their work.Did not like being banned from my truck while they were working on it. People here were very pleasant, tho.

Very professional and accommodating, they helped our friend whi is down on his luck. After the molding failed they redid the entire job and were very eager to fix the problem...Caras is a sweetheart!!...Highly recommend!

This is the ONLY place I will go from now on for glass replacement! Extremely satisfied with the quality of service and how prompt my windshield was able to come in! Their employees clearly know what they are doing as they were fixing my front windshield after another shop in town had installed it incorrectly. Price may appear more expensive than other places but you more than get what you pay for! 10/10 recommend!

I had a crack in Lexus RX330 front windshield took it to speedy glass on Brooke street and when I went to pick up my vehicle and look at the new windshield I noticed they damaged my car, they weren't even going to say anything about it, they where acting like nothing happened. While installing the windshield they cut my vin number in my car. Then when I opened my door the review mirror sensor unit was just hanging there. Shaun Baird the shop manger which is a CROOK tried taking my car back inside to fix it but the damage but the damage was already done. Then I noticed the tech that installed it he shouldn't not have been working there looked and acted like a drug addict, its like what kind of shop are you running here Shaun. Ultimately I dint pay him a cent and I should have sued speed glass for damaging my car then trying to lie about. PLEASE do not take your car to this place Shaun and his horrible crew will most likely damage your and and your windshield senors. This was an extremely unprofessional shop. Shaun swore up and down that he would fix the damage and when I called and emailed him he completely ignored me. Beware of this place and the people that work there. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Needed immediate service as my windshield was shattered by a baseball sized rock on the highway. Glass everywhere on the inside. Awesome customer service. They answered my call while on their way into the shop before opening. They called me back when they said they would, had the glass ordered before I got the insurance claim setup, and beat their delivery promise by 3 hours! This was crucial since we were leaving town the next day. Highly recommend this shop.

I had the unfortunate experience of a rock breaking out the sunroof in my suv. I was surprised to find out that very few places in Missoula actually repair sunroof glass, but Novus does, & they were wonderful! They were very friendly & professional. They gave me options for repair, then got me in & out the next day. I'm incredibly grateful.

Our RV's picture window was hit by a wayward stone, and shattered. There was no way we could continue our trip to Yellowstone. Then the manager of Novus Glass of Missoula came to our rescue, getting us in the next morning. His installer replaced the shattered glass with a lovely new, professionally-installed window!Thanks, Novus Glass of Missoula-- You saved the day!

Novus replaced my shattered drivers side window. They were incredibly friendly and helpful on the phone. They even had the correct glass in stock and squeezed me in for a same day appointment! They had the new glass installed in no time at all and assisted me with picking my car up after hours. The team at Novus is professional, kind and they provide quality work! I would recommend them to anyone needing glass work! They made the whole ordeal a stress free situation. I have had very few positive experiences with automotive services in Missoula due to the lack of competition, but these guys have been zero drama and delivered the goods every time. I even had them pull rear quarter glass once which was leaking and they did it without breaking it, which I found quite impressive. Their prices are great. They are so nice and professional. Most of all, they do a great job and I actually feel safe leaving my vehicle with them. They told me they could do the glass on our Tesla, and I would actually trust them to do it right.

Came in for a routine windshield replacement it s Montana after all, anyway the guy doing the work noticed my door seals were shoved down into my fender wells! No wonder I had wind noise, anyway he showed me and then put then back into place correctly and even reattach a piece of loose trim without changing me extra. The level of service here is so much higher then other shops I ve been and their prices are super competitive. Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the Missoula area.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very good service from all the staff. I would recommend Novus Glass to all friends. They know what there doing and had all the parts to fix my windshield on my 1M BMW. I showed up early for my apartment and they took my car and went right to work. Good fast work and affordable.I thank you all for the wonderful job.

I went in to Speedy Glass at the last minute, right before they closed and they gladly took my car in. It only took 15 minutes to fix the chip in my windshield. They were friendly and efficient, and my windshield looks great now! I would highly recommend them. They also charge a very fair price.

So I had both my passenger side windows busted out of my truck a while back. Novus replaced both windows for a decent price. A couple weeks later my front passenger side window fell into the door. Removed the interior door panel to find my window was never reattached to the track. Fixed it myself no problem. Then a little while back I had to break my rear driver window because I locked my keys in my truck. Called up Novus because they have decent pricing. Of course it was done. The tech that replaced my window had come in ut and asked me if the door was able to open and close and I told him that sometimes the lock sticks. Thought nothing of it. Since then my rear driver door had been closed and unable to be opened. Don't get me wrong the pricing and customer service is amazing. It's the quality of service that makes me give them a three star rating. Good thing I'm an automotive technician or I'd be screwed.
