So it's always unnerving to walk in these places for me. I'm a girl, no I don't know a ton about cars etc. I can change my own oil and my tires, fill the fluids but not much else. When I go in I'm always going to be asking questions, I tend to think a lot of people do, but the sighs and eye rolls.. eeeks! I already feel dumb before I open the door. Anyhooo 5 men behind the counter and I gotta walk past them all to see who will help me. Duck, duck, duck, GOOSE!!! I said hi first by the way. Ok, all that aside, maybe it's me. So I had heard that Napa can match your car paint to fix some rock and door dings. Happy day, They do!! The one onC, the other one. I went through the behind the counter stares there also but two guys were nice enough and directed me to Broadway. So I'm happy, in the end I received good service but if you are shy take a wing man or just grin and bear it. You'll live, you'll learn, and maybe you won't get the you're dumb sigh and eye roll. I laughed it off, but I just had to tell someone. So, there ya go.

The guys were great taking my phone call and then helping me pickup what I called about. As a truck driver passing through the area, it was very nice to have nice people help me out with stuff I needed. I recommend going to see them if you're in the area and are in need of anything the truck stop didn't have for you. They have room to park your tractor trailer as well on the east side. I really appreciated the help in this bad weather.

If it was possible to give a 1 star review I would. I was heading to a business in the area of Old Chicago and Firestone and that area where the flow of traffic has no stop sign so you are supposed to yield in all directions, one of their gentlemen parts drivers driving a red suv, didn't even bother to yield and was going so fast he almost hit me. Not to mention every time I go in that store nobody treats you properly. Especially if you are a woman because every time I've gone in there, I get treated like I know nothing. I also know quite a few people who feel the same way. CarQuest is much better to all their customers than Napa is.

Marc was very helpful with finding the right alternator for my vehicle. There was more than one option, and he took the time to make sure we got the right one. They were very fast and the car is back up and running! The prices are very good here as well!

This place is like your father's or grandfather's Auto parts store. When you walk in the door you feel like you're surrounded by nothing but people who know what they're doing with the wrench in their hand.Whatever the case I always seem to get exactly what I need from this store. Always remember experienced trumps everything. You are sure to find plenty of that in this parts store.

Just needed a quick part, popped in, the staff helped us get it right away and then we were back on the road. I honestly don't think it took us more than 10 mins all and all. Thanks for making car part shopping easy!

Bought some prepared iridium spark plugs. Checks three and installed. Had misfire fault on number 3 cylinder. Said either coil or plug. Bought $70 coil later found plug had less than .020. Gap. Napa said it was my fault that u didn't check all of them. Lost me.

Very nice and helpful, the guy even pointed out that my dead alternator had a lifetime warranty on it from another store, which I had forgotten about. They removed my battery and put it on their charger to make sure that I would have enough battery to make it to the other store. I'm very impressed with their service. Really nice guys.

It's an auto parts store. They have 3 locations in or near missoula, so there is a good chance they will either have what you need or get it quickly. They also loan tools.

Don't write reviews to often. And folks here have always been friendly and helpful. But I just got burned for the second time at this location. A while ago I bought some engine paint. Had it at home for about a week before needing to use. Upon lifting the lid. I noticed yellow spray on the nozzle already....someone had obviously used and returned to shelf ( I'll assume a return from someone who needed a quick spray for something,). I let this one go, annoyed, but shrugged it off. Last week I bought some copper gasket. Opened it up this weekend, and it was about only quarter full. Didn't need much for what I was doing....but really had to shake my head.

This is the most helpful place. While we were in there we were asked by each employee if we needed help at different times. Each one of us. They jumped on what we needed and had us out the door. They not only treated us like that but each customer. Great people. And it was first time I have ever been in there. Thank you Micheal.

I have to say the guys in here are so helpful, and they bent over backwards to help me install my window wiper. Really nice professional guys in there.

Hit and miss. Sometimes service is great and the help is knowledgeable. Other times they are very unfriendly and unhelpful. Multiple times I have been given the incorrect part and not realize it until halfway in to whatever project I am working on.Always, always check to make sure you are getting exactly what you asked for. Trusting that they pick the right item off the rack has not worked for me.

I had to return a cv axle for my Subaru sti after the boot practically exploded. The employee was trying to make it difficult but the manager walked up and said, "We give 100 percent satisfaction to our customers." i was very happy for that so I came to give napa a good review.

I have used Napa in many states for many years as a professional mechanic and have order hundreds of thousands of dollars in parts and supplies from Napa and hands down this is the worst store I have ever been to. NEVER send your wife to get parts for you, their staff is very untrustworthy and They allow there team members to talk to you very violently as well as disrespectful. All of the older guys there are not capable of performing there jobs because they can t use the computer system very well and don t know anything about modern mechanics. O reily s or autozone is a much more helpful and trust worthy staff and when they mess up the fix it without question. Never will I go to Napa again professionally or personally because the management is defiantly the problem there and I believe they do not want to fix there problems because customers are not there priority. Money is.

I'm visiting from out of state. A mechanic friend suggested I go here for clips that hold the brake pads in place. He suggested I ask the person to come out to my car so I could show them the part since neither of us were sure what the part is called. The gentleman came out. He was less than helpful when he told me he needed a sample. The part cannot be removed without taking the wheels off but he could see the part and I explained what it does. I asked if he could look up the part with the make, model and year of my car. He repeated he needed a sample. He told me I was welcome to see if I could find it in the book. Seriously?I called AutoZone. They asked for the make, model, year and less than two minutes later it's saved for pick up for me.Customer service is very important to me. Napa, you failed.
