Needed to have my brakes checked on my 2012 Sonata and it was going g to be weeks for the dealership so I called my Mechanic because they re down the street from where I worked.Dave was very friendly and got me I the next day. I dropped off my car and within a few hours, he called me back with the diagnosis and cost for service and said it could be completed that day. The price was very reasonable and seemed to match my suspicions so I said to do it.Very pleased with the service and my car now stops on a dime. Everything was put back in place and ready for me to drive away.A couple of things he s cash or check only. No cards and I respect that. It s beneficial to the customer as well as Dave. He d have to pass on the processing fee to us, so thanks. The other thing is that it seems Dave doesn t concern himself with the latest/greatest phone systems or computers. When I called, the voicemail said he was closed until January 3rd for the holidays and he was very sorry if that he wouldn t be able to do any service during that time. I called him on January 15th, LOL.I highly recommend My Mechanic.

Dave was personable and skilled, he got me in last minute when my engine was misfiring and made sure I understood both the car s issues and solutions. Since then, I ve trusted him to replace my brakes and do my oil, thanks Dave!

Dave is awesome. Extremely capable and knowledgeable. Have taken several cars to him over the years and have always been treated courteously and fairly.Good work at a fair price.

My serpentine belt had broken on my Toyota Tacoma . Multiple people said they could put it on if I bought the new one, a week later & nobody could figure it out! Called a few diff shops & quotes were $200+. I called Dave & was completely amazed & grateful for the low cost & to get it back the same day! Completely professional, polite & doesn't upsell other items. Thank you Dave (My Mechanic), you've gained a customer whenever I need it & will highly recommend you to friends/family!!

I can not express my gratitude! My car wouldn t start yesterday and it is my only mode of transportation as a single mom and I was DESPERATE! I called multiple shops that were understandably booked out past Christmas. I called My Mechanic on a whim and he got me in the very next day. He fixed my car for probably the cheapest I ve ever had it fixed and he did not upsell on the parts. I did the math and if I had bought the parts retail and did the work myself I would have paid more for the parts and diagnostic then what Dave even charged me. I am so excited to have found such a trustful and reliable shop! Definitely exceeded my expectations!

I was referred to Dave from a friend who recommended him. I'm glad he did! I have an 97 Ford Explorer that fortunately has not required a lot of serious work. Dave is a very honest, respectable mechanic. I don't know much about cars, and could be taken advantage of, but I don't worry about that with Dave. All the work he has done for me has been at a lower price than quoted by other mechanics and dealerships. I have no complaints, and would definitely recommend Dave to anyone of my friends.

Dave is an incredible mechanic and I've enjoyed every experience we've had with him. He's worked on multiple vehicles for our family and his rates are soooo reasonable. He's on top of his schedule and has never taken longer than expected, and he gives free estimates plus his honest opinions about repairs. Just an all around great mechanic.

Dave is honest, genuine, and a great mechanic. My wife HATES going to dealers and mechanics because most of the time she gets "mansplained" and up-sold. She can't say enough good things about her interactions with Dave.

I found Dave in the process of selling my Subaru baja. He was inspecting it for another individual and he was able to not only find problems that my prior mechanic had not noticed but quoted the repairs at a significantly lower price. I left my old service provider and have been taking my new vehicle to Dave since then. He works for a fair price, he is honest, he explains what may be wrong with the vehicle in plain language, and he's friendly. I highly recommend this guy. You won't find a better mechanic in Missoula!

Dave at My Mechanic offers great service. I called yesterday to schedule a brake job on my car. Got a next day at 8:00 appointment and had my car back by lunch. Good work and super affordable, definitely will be visiting as I have more automotive repair needs.

Dave was able to replace my fuel pump, which I appreciate--what I did NOT appreciate was him bending an expensive antenna down flat in a clearly not-good way. It literally unscrews, bud. Lefty loosey.

I recommend Dave to everyone! I even gave him a 5 star rating with USAA. If you want your vehicle fixed right and someone that will stand behind his work this is the place to go.

Awesome Man! My mother is elderly and he's been honest which is not common with mechanics as i grew up working for a mechanic and have had numerous businesses try to screw me and cause more problems! If you want something broke fixed at an honest and reasonable price go to My Mechanic if you want more problems go almost everywhere else. Thank you for taking care of my mother!

I was passing through Missoula on my way to remote Wyoming when my truck started acting up. Dave got a look right away at rig right away and got my truck running the best its ever run. Took a beating in the mtns in deep snow Sub-Zero temps with100% reliability. And he hardly wanted to charge me Such a relief!

We're from MN and had a brake light issue. My husband got the parrt and was installing it himself but couldn't get the clip back on under the dash. Called My Mechanic and he said to bring it in and he'd get it on for free.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
