My husband and I purchased an amazing vehicle from Brandon this week and I cannot say anything more positive about our experience. He was beyond professional and knowledgeable. Super friendly and made us feel right at home with his warm welcome! I can t wait to recommend Montana Motor Mall to my friends and family when they are looking for their next car. If I could give more than 5 stars to this company I would in a heartbeat. Affordable, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and an outstanding experience!

Wonderful! Marcus is honest, cheerful, helpful, and got us a truly great deal on a good car. Even with some credit issues, and without an exorbitant rate or any sketchy-ness, he was very transparent and helped us feel safe. And we drove off the lot with a perfect car for us in our price range. Highly recommend!

Claudia and Brandon are amazing. They were so helpful, and answered any questions that we had. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle, and the 1st time, we purchased from a different dealer, and the process was miserable. It was a breath of fresh air to have this time around be so much more enjoyable and exciting. We have been searching for 2 months, and Montana Motor Mall made the wait worth while. Claudia was on top of everything that needed to get done, and made sure to keep me in the loop on the financing. I appreciate the hard work they put in to help us out. Thank you so much again!

I purchased my truck (1996 F350 7.3L) from Brandon and Marcus at Montana Motor Mall in June. I was deployed when I found the truck and was able to secure it with a $500 deposit until I returned from overseas. I drove from South Dakota to pick it up and spent several hours in their office until all of my financing was squared away. I went for a test drive by myself which allowed me to look over everything without pressure. The truck was in great shape and good working order. While we waited, my wife and I had great conversation with Brandon and Marcus and they shared some food they had with my kids and helped entertain them going out of their way to make us feel welcome. I towed our jeep home with the truck without issues. I changed all fluids, filters, brakes, and rotors and the following week towed my camper from South Dakota to Michigan and back with no issues whatsoever. The only minor admin issue was that the title was delayed due to issues with the Montana titling office. SD has a 45 day limit to register and the title arrived around 70 days, this caused me to pay a little extra to register due to penalties and fees but I can't blame the dealer for that. The truck is solid and these guys we're a great team to work with.Edit: Brandon followed up after my review and payed those penalties and fees back to me. Again, great team to work with.

I was excited about a vehicle until I met Brandon the sales guy. He was very unprofessional he treated me horrible at one point he got angry with me for asking questions about the vehicle s history . His exact words were I sell cars I don t research their history. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend any ladies to go there by themselves and honestly I would just not recommend anyone to do business with Brandon. He refused to let me drive the car but it really looked like a nice car. I will say this I was happy to go down the road and purchase a vehicle from gate way imports I was treated very well and the experience was great!

I debated writing this as I have owned a business for 8 years and take these very seriously.I will start by saying I don't expect much from a used car place. I worked in a big dealership as a service writer and mechanic, so I know the game and can spot most damage upfront and know the cost to fix.I was interested in an SUV. I test drove and it seemed okay at the moment and decided to purchase. I noticed and brought up to him the atrocious balding of the inside of the tires which means the alignment has been out for a long time. He would not budge on price because of it and the only thing he could offer is a slight discount for new tires. Okay, fine I can get past that. The next day after purchase, we luckily were driving down an alley when the front right tire slammed inward and we skidded off the road. Mind you, since purchase we had been going 70+ on the highway to and from work. Turns out there was a missing bolt on the tierod end. Extremely dangerous situation but more so hinted at future issues. This indicated they do not have a pre sale inspection process before putting these cars on their lot. They take them in, don't inspect for issues, and push them out the door as fast as possible.That was an expense right away, the tow, and then the AC stopped working two days after we bought it. Many other small issues since then, but we were 100% sold a lemon.The other issue is the warranty. This GWC Warranty was touted as the best thing on the market by Brandon. For anyone thinking of getting this, they do not cover anything at all. They will not pay the dealership on repairs they say they will cover. Save your $2,600 and pay out of pocket. I never buy extended warranties but he said it's not like the other ones and they cover a lot of issues. They don't. All in all, terrible experience, not professional, and overall a pretty big disappointment buying from them.

Honestly? The sale was a good experience and we really thought we went to the right place. Seemed like good people. But it s pretty disappointing that 8 months after our purchase the vehicle broke down. This was our only family vehicle that we relied on heavily. After taking it to a shop we found out it s going to cost over $10,000 to fix it because the engine is done. We barely put any miles on it. I m aware that we bought a vehicle without a warranty because of the year, but selling us a bad vehicle (intentional or not) I expected a little more help or sympathy on their end. Or at the very least offer another vehicle on the lot and transfer the loan onto it. (And I don t want to hear we can t do that because I know for a fact you can per the loan companies advice) Warranty or not it shouldn t be a situation where it s sorry not our problem, nothing we can do . I cant imagine doing that to someone. I really wish I could give a better review because for the most part it seems like a good company I guess we just got extremely unlucky.

I bought my 2012 Chevy 2500 Duramax with 280,000 miles on it from Brandon here a year and a half ago. The car fax was impeccable and the truck runs and looks amazing. I m now at 320,000 miles and have never had an issue! Thanks for taking the time to put quality vehicles on your lot.

This is the worst. Was going to buy a vehicle here, however was not told it was from Canada, and had it 3 days and it broke down. Their mechanic said nothing was wrong with it. Marcus refused to refund deposit even tho MT used car law specifically says a person has 5 days to return a used vehicle. Stay away from this crook!!

These guys are fantastic!! Brandon helped me buy my 2014 Ford Escape when I thought I wouldn't be able to get a new car due to life's unfortunate events and he was available every step of the way for communication or my concerns and found me a car I absolutely love!! I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Took me a while to decide whether or not to post a review, but I have to say this. Do not buy a vehicle from these people. Bought a truck that I needed for a small business that I operate. I was told that it was thoroughly inspected and ready to go. Since then, I have paid almost $12k in repairs just to keep it on the road. Keep in mind that this truck runs locally so mileage wise I've only put about 3,000 miles on it. Buyer beware, I suppose. One of these repairs popped up within a couple of weeks of buying it. I reached out to try and possibly recoup some of the cost and, unsurprisingly, was ignored. Prior to buying the truck, I even pointed out what looked like an oil leak. I was told they would check it out and repair it if needed. That never happened, so they literally lied to my face. I've never left a business review, positive or negative, before, but just had to share my experience. Below are three separate invoices for repairs and proof that I actually purchased this truck.

Brandon threatened to put me in my grave. He lost his temper over asking for a jump box to try and start a car on his lot. I would definitely not recommend going there and I would warn anyone with a family to steer clear of Brandon because he is a loose cannon and very unpredictable. He belongs in jail not at a car lot. Considering his actions I m sure they will catch up to him!

We had a great experience working with Darby and Brandon getting our son into his first auto loan. He found a wonderful vehicle and they worked very hard to get him financed at a great rate at a price he could afford. They even put a brand new battery in instead of just jumping it and sending him on his way after the deal was done and the battery was dead. Great guys to work with.

Absolutely the best place to buy a used vehicle! Claudia and Brandon were beyond professional. They went the extra mile and stayed late to make sure my husband and I were able to drive away in a new to us truck.
