Hands down the worst company I have ever work with! Bought a car and 4 days later was knocking had a mechanic look at it and needs a whole new engine. Looking at around $3k all together to get it fixed. Owner said he will send me a $1000 made it sound like he was doing me a favor . Worst company. If you re a mom with children and it s your only reliable car don t go through them. I ve found more and more problems and haven t even had it now two weeks!!!! Honestly joke company and the owner Mike was the one who sold me it!!!!!!!

The salesman was friendly and helpful. The cars looked in good condition from the outside. A few we were there to look at were not clean on the inside. The car we chose, we took to our mechanic who suggested a few things needed to be addressed. He took it to another mechanic that he regularly uses who said none of those things were wrong. We took it to a third who confirmed our first mechanic. The salesman seemed unbothered by any of it and no indication that it would be addressed or divulged to future buyers. We didn't buy the car.

I can not say enough good things about Mike Turner and Missoula Car and Truck. It s not too often anymore you have an experience with a business owner, particularly when buying a vehicle, where you walk away feeling as though you made a new friend in your shared community. In my years living in Missoula I have passed by Missoula Car and Truck many times but never found myself in need. I was directed to Mike by another business owner and assured that he would take good care of me and my teenage son. That turned out to be quite an understatement. Mike is a straight shooter, a gentleman, a father, a community member, a business owner and employer. He gave us a great deal and went above and beyond to share his extensive knowledge with my son. He treated my son like one of his, and in an increasingly cynical world, I was and remain beyond grateful. Unprompted my kid said he s like a good dad. If you are looking for a vehicle and you want to deal with a real human being who cares about Missoula and Missoulians Go see Mike.

Staff are kind and great to talk with. As a woman I always feel a little uncomfortable walking into a car lot but the folks here were gracious, kind and comforting as I purchased my vehicle. There was a nostalgic, hometown feel at this lot- none of the corporate attitudes you may see other places. Enjoyed some great conversations with the staff regarding how awesome our Missoula community is. If you are in the market for a used car this is the place to go. They basically did all the financing work and helped talk me through my loan which was really helpful. Thanks guys!

We bought who vehicles here, a car and a truck. The sales person went out of his way to help us, and make sure the process was as painless as possible. The truck is great; it IS used and has its quirks, will probably need some work sometime this winter but over all we are REALLY happy with it; it's exactly what we needed and is exactly what we expected. The car, on the other hand, had some major trouble and long story short, needed a new engine less than three days after purchasing. (Timing chain....OUCH). Now, it's important to understand that had I done my due diligence it's possible I may have avoided a really expensive repair, and a five hundred mile return trip to go back for it next week. I also understand the law around these things; they could have said well sorry for your luck. They didn't. They were extremely helpful, and followed through promptly with resolution. Did it cover the entire repair? No. But under the circumstances I feel it was generous compensation given the issue. As unhappy as I am that my car is still in South Dakota, I am very happy with the truck and the customer service. Its appreciated!!

My fiance and I just bought two trucks from Missoula Car and Truck and our experience was great! Our salesman Kelly was very nice and went out of his way to be helpful. The two trucks we bought are fantastic and we're so glad we went to them!! Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I recently bought a somewhat older truck from these guys. Upon thorough inspection we determined it needed almost three hundred dollars worth of work to be up to our standards. They paid for the work to be done and we have been happy truck owners since. The entire crew is friendly, helpful, and professional. Would definitely buy here again, and recommend them to anyone. Customer service that most other used car lots can t rival.

I decided I was ready for a new car. I contacted a coworker on some advice as who to he could recommend. He without hesitation told me to contact Jon Turner at Missoula Car and Truck. Jon helped me find the perfect car I was looking for. This was a 3 1/2 month ordeal, and I was pretty annoying. Constantly sending him random cars I was interested in, telling him how uninterested in certain cars I was, etc. Jon always got back to me quickly, kindly and always had an honest answer for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I got into a car that was good, reliable, safe, and most importantly, what I wanted. I can't begin to explain how happy I was with the service and respect I was treated with, nonetheless how he went above and beyond to help me. If you are looking for a vehicle, Missoula Car and Truck should absolutely be on your list of places to search, even if you don't see what you're looking for on their website/lot, let them know. They can totally help you out!I believe a great business gains its best customers by word of mouth referral, and I will definitely be referring many people to Missoula Car and Truck in the future, and hands down will return to them when it comes time to purchasing another vehicle- new or used.Thank you Jon!

Apparently these dealers don't check out the trucks or cars they sell. If I hadn't taken a truck of theirs to my mechanic, I wouldn't have know the issues it had going on under the hood till it may have been too late. And make sure they are truthful about the vehicals past & not just say ' Ya know, I really don't know. ' Well in my opinion it's their responsibility to know. That's all ***

I purchased a used truck from Missoula Car and Truck that was sold to me as is no warranty. About a week after buying the truck the vehicle experienced mechanical issues. It wasn't anyone's fault these things just happen sometimes unfortunately. Even though it was sold with no warranty Missoula Car and Truck helped me with the repair bill. These guys stand behind their vehicles which is rare to find. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. My experience with Kelly was so great! The only place I went during my car search that was not pushy or condescending. Long story short, he fixed a minor issue with the car that I really wanted, made sure I wouldn't have another problem with it, held it for me and worked with me on the price last minute when my budget ran into some issues. This guy patiently answered my questions and then my dads (often just repeating himself for us.) The car itself is just awesome. Great condition. I'll be going back when it comes time to buy the next one.

How is using in the online pricing(car trader) and It told me I was able to put down $400 deposit,13%apr and I would be paying about 200 month for a car that is about 6grand. Well, these guys called and told me I'd need to put down a "A significant amount more" down due to the "Economy". Sounds like someone is just money hungry! DO NOT GO HERE!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! THEY WOULDNT EVEN TRY TO HELP SOMEONE IN NEED!

We took an impromptu trip to Montana to buy a 2010 Honda Element. I could not have been happier with the service. The entire process was surreal. We missed our first flight, and it was super stressful basically buying a car sight unseen. However, I could not say enough good things about the whole process.Despite our flight coming in after closing, Bill stayed late, picked us up in the Element, then let us test drive it without him in the vehicle even! It took us 30 minutes from beginning to end once we got back to the dealership.Today, I took her to a wonderful mechanic to inspect my recent purchase and it was one of the best used cars he's since in recent time.

We bought a rig here that ended up dying and needing a new engine the day we bought it. It was a total fluke and not something they could have known would happen. We had already driven it off the lot and they EASILY (and legally) could have said "not our problem". They didn't do that. They made it right. They went out of their way (in both time and money) to help us get a new engine in it and make things right. I don't know many used car sellers that would have or could have done the same. Now that is some serious integrity!

Kelly sold me my dream car, gave me a detailed list of all the repairs they had done, allowed me to test drive without a dealer in the car with me, and was extremely friendly throughout the whole experience. With all the work done there wasn't really any wiggle room on price but overall I am very pleased with my experience. Thanks Kelly. ~Simon

Sold me a broken car and tried to play it off as it being fine.When I asked about the motor being very loud, they said they didn't notice anything. OBVIOUSLY they were wrong because the motor grenaded itself a day after I bought it. I know alot more about cars now than I did then and that motor was garbage. I had the truck towed back to their lot on my dime because it was junk when I bought it, and it was junk when I brought it back. THEN they tried to blame the motor going bad on me, and that was complete horse s***, I've revved the piss out of my 39 year old truck and my 26 year old truck and never had a single issue. You should be able to rev a motor and not have it blow up on you.They cancelled the loan and took the car back BUT kept my $1500 down payment on the loan. It was BS and they knew it.Either they knew better and lied to me, or they didn't know any better and don't belong in the car sales industry. I'd buy from LITHIA before I bought from these jack***** again.If you don't want cars being towed back to your lot, don't sell junk!
