The folks at Meineke are fantastic. They go above and beyond, have great communication, and do excellent work. Unexpected complications came up during a repair on my car, and they took great care of everything. Highly recommended!

I had such a great experience with them! On my first visit, they only really charged me for their time as they couldn't find any issue and even test drive to make sure, which I very much appreciated. On that visit, they did also inform me that I had a small leak in my oil tank, which I expected. Instead of trying to push me to into another appointment, they told me how to maintain the engine, until I was ready to fix it. When I did bring my car in on a Friday to finally fix the oil tank, they called me within the hour of dropping it off to inform that they wouldn't be able to fix until probably that coming Tuesday, because they needed to get a specific part, so they gave me the option of leaving my car with them until then, or they would make an appointment for that Tuesday to fix it, no extra charge. I left it over the weekend and, to my surprise, they informed Monday that it was actually ready to go. When I told them that I couldn't pick up until Tuesday, they were totally fine with that and let me do so, once again with no extra charge. When I finally picked it up, they not explained everything, they also gave me a discount for having a Costco Visa card, so the final cost actually ended up being less than I had been expecting. I already have been reccomending their services to friends and family.

Meineke has taken care of different things for our vehicles throughout the years and they never disappoint. Thanks so much for fixing my car last week! I love the fact too that they send you the results of your car inspection and they send pictures of everything that is going on with your vehicle. Couldn't be more pleased with their service.

Oil Change/Tire Rotation/Battery Issues. I completely trust the people at Meinike to give me quality service and reliable and respectful customer care! I highly recommend this business! (This is about my last appointment august Meinike) Back in September, I had a really weird event happen. I had a pack rat get into my motor and chew the connection to the battery clear off! It was completely dead! I needed to get it repaired as quickly as possible, because we were in Hospice with my father 100 miles away. They went above and beyond to accommodate this car repair!! Since the car was being brought in from Potomac and the tow truck driver was running late, Sam and Josh stayed at the shop after hours to accommodate meeting him. They really care about their customers! Knowing that you can trust your mechanics implicitly is a good feeling! My go-to people are Sam and Zach! Thank you so much for the excellent service! I have recommended your shop to several people! (5-STARS)

I'd trust these people with my life. They're efficient with their work and honest with their pricing. They took off around $100 of their original estimated price because it was easier than anticipated. I wouldn't have known the difference. Company has high integrity and they do great work!

I have been taking my vehicles to Meineke for 10 plus years and have never had a bad experience. If an issue did arise it was dealt with quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Truly a great place for auto repair and service.

I have been going to meineke for almost 14 years. Mostly the same people. Very honest. They don't try to sell me something that I don't need. Always pleasant and friendly. I will not go anywhere else for my cat needs.

I have lived in Missoula for a little over six years. I have trusted this Meineke Car Care center to care for my, now 25-year-old, Jeep since I arrived. Zach and his team treat my Jeep as it was their own vehicle. That pretty much says it all.I am a senior citizen, and this is my only form of transportation, so I rely on their knowledge and expertise to keep my Jeep running.Many thanks to Zach and his 5-Star team at Meineke Car Care Center of Missoula. Needed some work done on my car, and they quoted me for a couple hundred dollars less than another shop in town. Very friendly and comfy waiting room! I managed to pass the time waiting for my car very comfortably. I certainly will come here again for the next time I need work done on my car.

There are a few skilled people you always need in your arsenal and for me those are my mechanic and my IT person. Meineke Car Care Center in Missoula is my mechanic of choice. Originally recommended to me by a coworker - I have been loyal to Meineke for four years now. Their customer service is impeccable. They re able to schedule services in a timely fashion; whether I have the foresight to schedule a basic service in advance or my radiator craps out on Valentine's Day. I appreciate how Meineke communicates when proceeding with repairs. They will present their diagnostics plus all options and price points on repairs, they are happy to answer any questions honestly and accurately and they respect your final decision, even if it s not the option they might recommend. Upon any repairs I have had preformed on my vehicles all have been resolved within the original service without any issues arising further down the road.

Fantastic place for an oil change! Friendly service and I love how thorough the vehicle "wellness check" is.I usually do my own oil changes but had some difficulty getting the filter cap off last time, so I made an appointment when I was in town for a work event and got a full synthetic/vehicle check in under an hour. Rockstar employee Sam even squeezed me in 30 minutes early so I wouldn't be late to the event! Cannot thank the Meineke team enough!

There s a reason this place has flawless reviews. Saved me from making a 3.5k dollar mistake. Would definitely recommend going here. Very kind and understanding. Communication 10/10. I'd go here consistently if I lived in Missoula.

I had my brakes done there a couple months ago. Had some issues so it brought my truck back in, they evaluated the situation. Because I had recently had my brakes done they replaced everything again at no cost to me. Appreciate the integrity of the folks at Meineke not trying to charge me a second time. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming and takes the time to discuss what should be done and what can wait.Service: Auto brake repair

After one too many bad experiences with Lithia Jeep, I decided to give these guys a try. They did not disappoint! They were cordial and walked me through their processes. They kept me updated and completed the job within the time they quoted me. Would visit again!

I was traveling through Missoula when I had the transfer case go out on my vehicle. It was a Friday afternoon and my fear was that I wouldn t be able to get it looked at anytime in the near future. I stopped at the Meineke on Russel and Zach and his staff was able to move some things around and have a look at it. Zach was then able to start hunting down a replacement TC from a local wrecking yard and run get it on Friday afternoon. He was then able to get the old one pulled and the replacement installed on Saturday while I was continuing my journey in a rental. Was able to make it back on Monday morning and it was fixed and ready to roll. I can t say how impressed I was with Zach the whole crew. Complete professionals and went way above and beyond what I could have hoped for in that situation. Thanks again to everyone who was able to get me back on the road so quickly and painlessly.
