I ve bought a scooter from these guys in the past and had a decent experience. I went in last night looking to purchase a motorcycle and felt the clerk was more interested in closing time rather than helping me. He didn t offer to show me the models he had, just said they were in storage somewhere else. Also, he sat at the desk the whole time and didn t bother to show me the features on the model he did have on the floor. I ll look elsewhere next time when purchasing.

The sales crew at Maverick motorsports were fantastic. Very friendly and eager to help. Brandon was extremely helpful and very quick to respond with any questions I had. Made purchasing very smooth and easy. Looking forward to enjoying the new ride.

Service department did some work on my cfmoto. Kept me well informed of what they were finding and did the service is a very reasonable amount of time for what I think was a fair price.Updated July 2021Took my sxs back in for service and was told the engine had seized. Tried calling 4 times with no responses to messages. I then took it to another dealer and they fixed the timing chain tensioner. Big difference between a blown engine and timing issues. I question their service departments reliability now. Would not return.

Best experience I ve ever had at a motorcycle dealership. Came through Missoula on a road trip after puncturing and plugging my rear tire, I called ahead and the next day when I got there they had an exact replacement and fit me into their busy service schedule to get me back on the road. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and just fun to chat with. I d consider flying back there to purchase my next Triumph.

I live four hours away and will always go the extra mile to do business here. They have genuine B-Boys. Brandon in sales is sharp and knowledgeable about all the bikes on the floor, without any pressure or judgment. Brando in Finance is thorough, professional and really helped me understand the purchasing process. The parts team get the job done when you need it. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

I was riding my Royal Enfield cross county when my engine blew a head gasket. They spent extra hours making sure I was taken care of and back on the road. Amazing friendly staff, sales and service...Eleventeen stars!!!!

Absolutely the worst place I have ever experienced buying toys from! Wish I could leave negative stars! Deal was simply a phone call committing to buying a bike they had in stock along with trade in option on my existing bike. Was told sale rep would get back to me with a purchase agreement and a rough $ on my trade in value. He had to talk with his "guy" on the deal. Got back to me days later saying "he hadn't forgotten about me and would be in touch that day". Told him I needed to make a quick deal with this. Days later and yet again salesman dropped the ball. Tried calling, texting to get an update and no phone call, no return text. Dude just ghosted me and the deal on a bike. Tried calling to chat with a better option for sales rep and left a message with the "finance manager" who I was told could help me with the sale. No call! Evidently they don't like selling machines too much? Funny thing is I was going to buy 2 machines and trade mine in as well. My Dad was in the market for a TW200 as well and was going to sign up for one through them. Forget that plan! Ended up finding all machines through a much more professional business with way more professional reps. TW200 was $700 less than quoted at Maverick too! Well worth taking your business elsewhere people!

I went in on a prayer looking for something waterproof that would fit my Indian scout. I was making a 1135 mile trip the next day. Very nice and helpful staff. I was relieved that I wasn t being sold stuff I didn t need. The sales guy listed to my not so good description and did everything he could to show me what he had. Would go back there any time. It must have been a good product I have to live out of it for a month and it s doing good.

Sent my fianc� to the store, the guy was so lazy he wouldn t get off his butt and stayed in his chair. We have cash and ready to buy now. The employee didn t bother to look up prices, this is the second time we ve had a bad experience there. DO NOT BUY at that store. Horrible customer service and several employees don t know prices .last time we were there for two hours waiting on prices .

Fantastic experience with the entire staff- awesome bike to ride home (Tiger 900). As someone who has never ridden a motorcycle, the entire process was smooth and easy to figure out.

I am from Kalispell 2 hours north of Missoula where Maverick Motorsports is located. They happened to have the motorcycle I was looking for in stock Yamaha MT-03. I called and talked to Brandon, he was extremely helpful from the first phone call in regards to the best way to Finance, answering all my questions and most importantly getting back to me very promptly. Picking up the motorcycle was even more streamline, paperwork was a breeze and the gentleman helping me pick out a quality helmet was very knowledgeable and easy to work with (I cannot remember his name, though he wore a Valentino Rossi Doctor 46 hat). All in all, would definitely go back for future transactions.

Just picked up my first motorcycle (Triumph Trident) from these guys. Made a couple trips, spent some time just sitting on the bikes, and asked Brandon on the floor a bunch of questions that helped me make up my mind. He was very knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. Brando in finance laid out all my options and ultimately got me a killer rate and payment, and got me off the lot without a single penny down. I got some free swag and a gnarly bike! Thanks Maverick!

Awesome place. Rented a triumph for the week and it was perfect. Rented bikes all over and usually get some kinda bogus charges for damage late fee etc etc. But they were honest and helpful. Will be back as soon as possible.

I have known this business from its inception, consistantly a quality business, exceptional staff and stand behind their products. Brandon in sales is knowledgeable, patient, and a downright cool guy. But lets not forget about Brando in finance who is there for you, and the excellent service and parts guys. Just bought a Triumph from Brandon. Coolest dude and extremely helpful. I m a new rider but Brandon was extremely patient and helpful from start to finish. Brando was the finance manager and extremely helpful as well. These guys are a great duo. Go see them if you are wanting a bike and Brando is the dude to see about anything financing. Just bought an awesome 2022 Triumph 660 motorcycle from Maverick Motorsports, my first motorcycle purchase! Bought a Triumph a few weeks ago. Brandon was super helpful as was the rest of the staff. After sale have been responsive to my questions. Great service. Was drawn to this dealership when they came to Bozeman with a trailer full of demo bikes. They were just genuinely cool people and didn t get all salesman like. Just clearly love riding. It worked. Opened my eyes to Triumph motorcycles.

I can't say enough good things about this place. All of the staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Being the only Triumph dealer in Montana, I went there to buy a new Trident. I live about 5 hours away so I had to do most of the corresponding over the phone. The sales rep Brandon is a rock star! He answered all my questions and helped me with my concerns. I was not worried one bit about having to essentially buy the bike sight unseen. All of the staff at Maverick Motorsports deserves 5-stars. Even though they were incredibly busy when I finally made it to Missoula, I never felt like I was being ignored. I look forward to my next buying experience with Maverick Motorsports. Of all the bikes I have purchased, from many different dealers in different states, This was best experience I've ever had. Thank you to everyone who helped me!

The salesman are terrible. If you need something, they'll push you aggressively, rudely and to a point of being condescending towards the most expensive option. If you're looking for a sales person that is there to listen and help you find a product that fits your need, not what he needs to sell, stay away from this shady place.

Maverick Motorsports is really great to buy from even when they are low on staff, another staff member, including the owner steps in and helps with a sale without a problem and with a smile on their face. That is the way a business should operate. They are friendly and answer all your questions about bikes and any products that they sale. They also follow through after the sale. I have bought two new dual purpose bikes from them and every time has been a pleasure. Keep up the great customer service. THUMPS UP!

In the last month I've purchased a new bike, a helmet, and some cleaning supplies from Maverick. I've also had my bike in there for the first service appointment. Every one of my experiences has been fantastic. They're very knowledgeable and helpful, but more importantly they're honest, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. I was never pushed into buying anything, I was just given good, straight-forward advice. Just all-around great guys. I'll be coming back soon for sure.

Had a great experience! Brandon and the others helped us feel welcome and important despite the busyness. They were very helpful in helping us find and finance a machine that for our needs. Over the past year I have been on the lookout for the right bike-- Maverick Motorsports' inventory kept popping up everywhere I looked. I live about 3 hours away, but finally went into the store and checked out their bikes...I am so glad I came to Maverick and worked with Brandon to purchase my new 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan! It was a happy and easy experience. Brandon was super helpful in the purchase process of buying my first bike. I couldn't be happier and am already adamant about making the drive just for services! When and if ever I find myself looking for another bike down the road (I am so pleased with the RE Himalayan, it's hard to imagine wanting something else...), I will definitely be coming back to Maverick Motorsports. Awesome customer service and a great experience with Brandon. Thank you!!!
