Mark was outstanding! We visited 10 or more dealerships, and Lyman was the best by far. Mark treated us great from the beginning and through every step of the process. He had us wait over the weekend to make sure it was the right purchase for us, zero pressure to buy anything. He treated my daughters great, taking time to play with them and even remember their names weeks later. Mark is not only a great local business owner but a member of the community and is generally a great guy. He will look for a specific car for you and try to get it into his lot if he does not have it. Highly recommend!

Easy, fast and they care.Lyman Motors is great for customer service. If they don t have exactly what you want they will work with you to find what fits for you. There is no pressure on forcing what they have in stock on you. Mark worked with me over several weeks to find the right fit. He also took care of small issues after purchase.Also super family friendly, my toddle terrorized the sales floor for a couple days and everyone there was very nice about it. Found my car, love it, and will return for another in the near future.

I d give double the allowed number of stars if I could! Top Notch dealership that treats people with respect and like family! You ll quickly realize how knowledgeable this family run business is, once you visit! Mark would give you the shirt off his back. On our second vehicle from Lyman Motors, no complaints!

Highly recommend Lyman Motors to anyone looking to purchase a quality car! Mark took the time to talk with me find the right fit within my budget. You won t find this level of customer service anywhere else. This is without a doubt the most comfortable I ve felt ever purchasing a car. Mark is trustworthy, and easy to work with! Mark and Jen run a friendly, knowledgeable, honest family business that cares about keeping it local in Missoula. They took the time to understand and match my needs to the right vehicle, then found that exact vehicle and traded in my old one. Loved working with them to get myself into some new wheels! They were highly recommended by numerous friends and coworkers who had purchased from them before, I was not disappointed. They are super knowledgeable, excellent loan services & vehicle care. They were also able to assist me getting an extended warranty on my vehicle too. Definitely check out their rides.

I was really nervous going in to purchase a new car (it was my first time) and Mark made it SO stress free. No pressure! He helped me get into something affordable for my family and worked hard to get me the best deal possible! I found myself embarking on the journey of purchasing a 'new to me" car and the first place I went was Lyman Motors. I have purchased my last 3 cars through Mark(he's like a second Dad) and knew he would help get me into something that worked for me and something I was happy with. The only place to go to buy, sell or trade in a vehicle. The entire staff treats you like family. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to best options for vehicles depending on your needs and can find exactly what you are looking for if they don t have it in stock. They are always there to help after the sale for assistance and support. They have the best relationships with lenders. This is the third time we have used Lyman Motors and we will always use them for any of our vehicle needs. Simply the best to work with.

Mark Lyman was the kindest salesman I ve ever dealt with. I totaled my car a few days ago hitting a deer. He was so sympathetic and gave me a great deal. No pressure and since he used to be a mechanic he really know a lot about these vehicles that he is selling. I ll buy my next car from him also.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. This company truly cares about people, not out to just make money. They really want to work with you every step of the way.Everyone there was really friendly and went out of their way to help us. They weren't pushy or trying to up sell us. Didn't even try to push warranty on us. I love to see a company that wants to really be there for their customers. You don't see that much anymore. Mark Lyman is such a kind fun person. He made the experience real enjoyable. Definitely recommend these guys!!!! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. I know my family and I will be coming back here whenever we need a car.

We have purchased vehicles from Mark for almost 20 years. We live in North Idaho now, but come back to Lyman to buy because of the family service. They have quality vehicles and excellent customer service. We love the Lyman family!

I've purchased 3 vehicles from Lyman Motors and my greater family bought at least a dozen over the years. There is no better place to find what you need to drive and if Lyman's doesn't have it you probably don't need it. Excellent family-owned company. I am totally satisfied with them.

When I entered this establishment, I had no idea of the exemplary customer services I would receive from Mark and the Lyman Motors family. They worked miracles putting me in an amazing vehicle at the best possible price and rate and could ask for. Mark made sure I was in the safest position on the road and financially. I felt immediately welcomed and part of the family the moment I stepped through the door and I am confident in my decision to buy through Lyman Motors. They have a loyal customer in myself and as well as my recommendation in perpetuity. I honestly can t thank them enough for vehicle and the positive experience that will stick with me for years.

Having moved to Missoula not long ago, it had become clear that my Plug-in Prius was not an ideal car for Montana! I happened to come upon Lyman Motors while on a walk and saw the exact Hybrid Rav 4 I was looking for. A bit anxious about dealing with a car salesperson , I was delighted to immediately feel comfortable with all the folks at Lyman Motors! No pressure, very personable, and truly caring about customer service. They were so knowledgeable about the trade-in and new sale and made the entire process easy, efficient, and clear. Would go back there as my first choice for a used car and highly recommend. A great local family business with a really interesting back story. The experience that we had with Lyman motors was amazing. We came in with a budget that we could afford to keep our payments at a reasonable price and Mark worked until he found us a vehicle that we could do that with. Not some clunker or piece of junk. If you want honesty and a place that will help you as possible Lyman motors is the spot. All of them are so knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They stand behind what they say they will do. Best car dealership hands down.

Mark and Jenny are a dream team. Stayed within our budget, found us a great vehicle, and held it for us as we made our decision, no pressure or threats of other offers. When looking for a truck for my wife, we found one on this lot. It was the right price and Mark was an absolute joy to work with. He not only made me feel like an important customer, he gave me a fair trade in value for my wife s car, he stayed diligent to treat us very well, he made sure the vehicle we were buying was whole and in no need of any work, and more importantly, for treating me as I ve always heard a good dealership experience is supposed to go and as I ve never really had- he s earned my repeat business. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Lyman! Mark and the crew went above and beyond for us! Our car lost a tire on the highway, and we were in need of a new car, they helped us get into a nice car, quickly, he even helped us on his day off, when the office was closed! They are amazing, and we will definitely buy another car from them!!! You won t find a nicer, mor honest car lot in town! Very upfront and easy to work with!
