Love s Travel Stop # 753, I-90, Exit-96, Missoula, MT, USA is situated at prominent place & very easy & convenient to be there. Not a very big parking spaces but very open & convenient to park Trucks over there.Staff very cooperative, helpful and friendly. Restrooms, Showers & store areas very neat & clean.Loved to be there at Love s Stop.

Was given misinformation by the mechanic at the shop costed me over 12 hours of waiting stuck in regen, when all was needed was a computer started Regen. Even though a work order was approved for them to work on it they wouldn't even come out the shop and hook the truck up to the computer to do the basic initial check. Over 12 hours, all for these people to do not a single thing to my semi. Wound up having to get towed to an actual mechanic who did do something. 2 hours after arriving at said mechanic in Spokane ,Washington my truck's on the road. To the mechanic shop, at this particular loves, maybe their ok at tires but mechanical knowledge and willingness to do THEIR jobs ,well I wouldn't let them tie the shoe strings on my boots let alone work on my truck after this experience. Thanks for nothing loves in Missoula, Mo. If I could take stars from you, I would, but ones the lowest it'll let me go. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Worst service. They work slowly. They only talk and laugh!Horrible employeesTo change one wheel I sat for 3 hours.I could change it in 15 minutes.
