We needed to bring our 2015 Jeep Trailhawk in for servicing, Recall and Check engine light. We called and made an appointment with Amanda P.. She was extremely helpful in getting us in quickly. She was on top of everything including getting us a quote for our servicing, contacting us with updates and keeping us informed of all issues with our vehicle. Noting that I am a Veteran, she made sure that I received a discount for my service. She was cordial, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Having had unpleasant experiences before, it was refreshing to have someone like Amanda assist us in all phases of our service and repairs. A definite asset to this store and the industry. Thank you Amanda!

Quality service every time I called. Had my truck done in half a day. My local dealer said it would be a week in there shop. I called Lithia and they had me scheduled a month earlier than the Ronan ram dealership and without any rude or professional b.s. like I got in Ronan. Thanks Justin you did a great job.

Justin, your service writer was very helpful. He got our vehicle in pretty quickly. We had it towed from Victor after we spoke to Justin. He reported problem fixed and recommended we do service based on mileage. Tow cost $200, service bill $2,149.37 which we paid. 70 miles later reported problem came back so back on a tow truck. $250. Hopefully problem will be diagnosed and fixed.

I was signed in for my service appointment by Bobbi. She is a new face for me, but I haven t been there for eight months. She also was professional in getting me taken care of. Was signed out by Zack, who was also a new face. He was very cordial and helpful. The shuttle lady was also a joy to ride with as she even came back to return my to Lythia Dodge. Thanks all.

I had an issue with my car I bought and had to bright it back because of check engine light coming on. They had my car for a week they are so under staffed but the one person I worked with did her job and found I was under warranty and left a phone message stating this so when I went to get my car I just played the message and everything went smoothly. I was very grateful.

Edit: I did finally receive a service appointment after calling the responder to my review. However, it appears that during that appointment, their replacement part had "the exact same issue". Cue the waiting for a call when the part came in, and another couple of months of attempting to contact them, leaving messages for my technician, with no response. I have given up getting the Lithia Service Center to honor their warranty repair. Reducing my review from two stars to one star.----------I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer that had a 2-month dealer warranty attached. Shortly after the purchase, I realized there was a fault with the air conditioning and attempted to set up an appointment.After repeated calls and automatically being put on hold, then getting hung up on, I finally spoke to a live person that said the soonest appointment was around 2-weeks from the end of my warranty date. The appointment went very well and the technician informed me they would need to order a part and would contact me in about a week. He also assured me that since the appointment was made prior to the warranty expiry, that it would be free of charge.After not hearing from them in a week and a half, I spent repeated attempts trying to find out whether the part is in and when I can get it replaced. I've left messages on their voicemail, contact form, website chat bot, and with live people from their service department. Each time I am told they would contact me after they found the information.No one has contacted me back, and now we're well past the warranty period. Granted, I no longer need the air conditioning to be reliable until next Summer, but I have no faith it will be fixed under the warranty I was provided and will have to seek an alternate repair at my own cost.

Overall, happy and satisfied. The only issue was that it was hard to contact and communicate with my service advisor. Giving the benefit of the doubt, they were extremely busy and had a lot to get done. Apparently they have had a lot of turnover, so I don't blame them with the workload and chaos they were dealing with. 5 stars because they got my truck done same day and haven't had any issues at all. Overall, very happy and pleased. Will be a return customer.

I was told that I was able to walk-in and have my oil changed and tires changed out with tires I bought outside of Lithia. When I checked in, I was told that it was going to be a while due to other appointments. I have a 2020 Ram 3500 Diesel and towing a 17K 5th with with my life possessions. I was travelling through the area heading towards my next adventure. Out of the Blue I receive a Engine Error indication of a Throttle Control malfunction. With it a sever misfire of the engine. Inconsistent but there. I limped into the Dealership on a Friday afternoon. The first Service Advisor told me that there was no way to get anything done as they were swamped with service and short handed as some newer technicians did not come to work as scheduled for the day. He did advise that if I showed up on the following morning it was a first come first serve basis. So without any other options; I returned that following morning at 7 am to hopefully get this problem solved. My service advisor was polite, efficient, and genuine concern for my situation. So I was put on the pile. Apparently, again; employees were not all there??? One Service Technician has worked for 20 years and was not certified to work on diesels or warranty???? Fortunately, my service advisor advised that the technician working was and liked to work on diesel. Within a few hours the truck was up and running. My service advisor indicated that when I had the mandatory fuel pump recall; The technician did not complete a programming necessary and they had completed it under warranty to fix the situation. Happy I was; I left and immediately received the same error code and misfire began. I limped back into the dealership and explained. Again put on the pile of service work. I was then told, I probably had an injector problem, and it would be something I would have to pay for as it was not covered under warranty (11K out of pocket). Fortunately, the technician spoke with me and wanted to investigate more. More He did! Within a couple of hours. The technician came to me and explained he fixed the problem. It was an electrical connection that had not been properly connected by the technician whom had completed the recall. Since, I have traveled several hundred miles without no codes or misfires.I take the time to outline; just in the fact that if this occurs to a fellow owner; they may have an idea of what the problem might be.Overall, the dealership was respectful, professional, and truly tried to be helpful.Thanks a bunch, luckily something simple that loomed ominous!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning
