Justin always provides a positive interaction to matter what I ve done to my car. Service is fast even when busy and techs are nice. Been bring my cars to this store location for 5 years. Positive and comfortable environment for a girl who can t see the curb

I have a lot of poor experiences at tire and lube service centers. Men attempt to lie to and manipulate me and assume they know more than me about my own truck, or they act like they know what they're talking about and clearly do not. I have not been made to feel this way at this location. I received great customer service with clear communication and was respected. I will be returning for services again in the winter when I don't want to touch my cold cold car haha

This is simply not a good company to do business with ! Their staff truly are nit as experienced as they need to b to do certain things on vehicle's. They also have been known to not b honest in their findings .... any company that will b dishonest with u to gain business is nit a company I want to do business with !

It was an emergency visit in more ways than one - a flat tire on the way to hospital and had to get back to hospital to pick up hubby ASAP. Plus, I had excited puppy in truck. Not the trip I had planned for. Destry fixed my tire and put up with my puppy licking his ears (had to leave puppy in truck) ;) Tried to buy him lunch or something, but he declined and just said 'come back again'. Which I will. I did go back after driving away, because the low tire light came on again (I was unaware of the reset process on the sensors) and another young fellow checked all 4 tires again VERY quickly, and told me to come back if the sensor continued - sometimes the sensors can be finicky. Both guys were super sweet and very fun to interact with, making a stressful situation, much better for me. I've been to other Schwabb locations, but these guys were so nice, I'll be going back to North Broadway.

Shout out to Michawn, Griff, Tess, and the tire shop guys! Really saved me today! Not a good feeling to be from out of town, everything about to close and need a helping hand. Costco told me to come out and they would help, but then had me wait until everything was about to close and told me I needed a membership to help out. Thought I was going to be broken down until Michawn and Griff saved the day! Can't thank you guys enough! I'll be searching Les Schwab inventory for my next set of tires! I highly recommend Les Schwab on West Broadway Missoula, MT!

I have been a Les Schwab returning customer for decades. They're nice, they're efficient, and they have always stood behind whatever they sell. Now I have heard from other people about other locations some bad experiences and misinformation from staff! Personally I have never had difficulties.

We had a bit of a scare the other day when our two year old camper van began emitting a horrible metal on metal sound from the right front wheel. Of course this is when we are getting ready for a road trip! We called Les Schwab and they got us right in. Dustry was very professional and kind. They did a brake inspection and got us back on the road.

Most the time it is pretty good here but I went in with 4 tires leaking air. So 4 flats on tires that were purchased from les Schwab. They say free flat repairs if u purchased tires from them and I got charged for each tire and a week later I had to go get one of the tires done again and it s good to go so kinda like it wasn t even touched.

I was ROBBED! I took my van in for an alignment, because I had a vibration in the front end. They did $1500 and two days of work and it still vibrates. So I took it back and was told it s the tires that are the problem if you hats the case why did the work get done? Thieves and liars!! Do not trust them

I had a slow leak that turned into a full flat. I threw my spare on and brought the flat in for a patch without an appointment. Despite clearly having plenty of work orders, within about an hour and a half of dropping my keys off, they found the leak, patched the flat, and swapped it back out with my spare to match the tread and wear on my tires.On their website, they say patches are free, but I was expecting to pay some labor fees at least. Nope. True to advertising. If I had cash, I'd have tipped the mechanic(s). I will be back for other services as needed.Positive experience for me. I would recommend to a friend.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever received. I went in to get tires on my truck and got a quote I was unsure if I wanted to go that route due to the expense but a week later decided to do it. When I went back in I told them I had already gotten a quote and they said they saw it and pulled it up. Somehow it was more than the first time and when I asked the front desk helper told me it was the same when it wasn t. I decided I would grab the quote later and deal with the price at checkout. After all day of not hearing a thing I went in at 5:30 and they told me my truck would not be done. No calls no nothing to let me know prior to driving to that end of Missoula. To clear some things up I wanted to call the next day and called 4 times asking for the guy I worked with and never got a call back or got answered. I will never go here again.

This company is great and will always have my business and recommendations. Very honest, reliable, and generous. Like the neighbor you'd love to have. My only complaint is they are too good and always super busy! Kudos Les Schwab, don't change!

I can change two tires and oil with a road side emergency jack faster than these professionals. I am embarrassed for them. I was in a hurry and figured there is no way something so simple with an appointment could take longer than 2 hours in a shop when it takes me 80 minutes to do it solo, with my hand tools in a parking lot.Then they put a hole in my tire, put it back on and let me drive off the lot as passed inspection and quality checks after this task already exceeded two hours.An embarrassing joke and I am amazed this location is so highly rated.

Really great Les Schwab! Went in for a weird noise I thought was a wheel or brake. They diagnosed worn U joints right away. No charge for the safety inspection. They were very friendly and professional.

Unexpected Tire Problem! They have been friendly and helpful. Listened to what we wanted done.Very busy place but they don't rush you. Had it taken care of in a flash. Will update if there are repair issues but not expecting any. Red's Towing (Andy) recommend them. Thanks!

We are so thankful for the great job and quick service these guys provided us. We had a wheel break off on our truck while towing our 5er. Had it towed from St Regis on Saturday at end of day and they had us repaired, new wheels and tires mounted and ready to go Monday at end of day. They even stayed late to make sure everything was safe and secure. I can t thank them enough so saving our vacation!!

Stop letting your noobies do the diagnosis!!!I took my car in because one of the wheels was shaking and it was making my car go up and down and it was very concerning. I took it in and told them what was wrong. Got a call an hour later that everything was fine and the kid that tested my car "found a leak". Low tires don't make my car shake like it was. I took it back because I still had the problem. An experienced gentleman who told me he's worked there for a long time drove my car for two seconds and found the problems. He told me that the problem I had was very dangerous and he's surprised I even drove it home and then back at the shop without busting my tire. Stop trusting your kids to diagnose they know nothing. Keep them on tire changes. Thank you.

This is the best guys in town. Lost 2 tires in my Bronco and these guys got my family back up and rolling same day with a better set of wheels. Entire team was fantastic and looked out for us. Ty Justin and Nate for looking out for us, you are heroes!!!

Alright, I have never left a negative review before...And this would be a one star except the front desk staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Had an alignment due to jew parts performed at this location last week and here is the shenanigans that ensued...They pulled my caster so far rubbing, I'm honestly not even sure how they drove it out of the bay. They also tore 2 brand new tie rod bellows while aligning the front end, they didnt have replacement bellows in stock so I came back a few days later and left my truck with them for the entire day, upon picking up my truck I checked on the bellows and the drivers side was not attached to the steering rack side at all. Just floating. And they used annealed wire on the tie rod end instead of a band.

***Stranded in Missoula*** 30 ft motorhome leaking brake fluid towing a Jeep!Pulled in to the Missoula Les Schwab on Broadway and Jarred came and looked over the coach, initially thinking the brake line leak was going to have to be fixed at a truck center Jared had me call 3 or 4 large truck shops and RV dealers due to the nature of the leak. He said if they couldn't get you in that he would not leave me stranded! After calling for five places and being told they were a month out before they could even look at my RV Jared assigned Miles to the task of getting me back on the road.....Miles Stayed at the shop until almost 8 p.m. trying to locate a brake line for my twenty-year-old motorhome..... The next day I showed up at 10:30 in the morning after staying the night in the hotel, they had found a brand new brake line that would work off of a similar year'd RV at the local auto parts store and they had everything installed ready to go. Miles was absolutely amazing and Les Schwab you are very lucky to have this young man working for you. Jarred also is a great find; these are two quality individuals that service the clients that come to your company.Les Schwab always wants to serve and the people that are employed there do their utmost to make your life easier and this is always my experience in dealing with a Les Schwab location whether it's in Washington state where I'm from, or in Missoula Montana just passing through. You are fortunate as a company to have these quality individuals working for you and taking care of the people you serve! Was doing my do-diligence tire shopping & was pleasantly surprised with the quick service. Friendly informative help & prices are some of the lowest I found... couple more places to check but most likely my new tire shop...

Was on a road trip from Oregon with a buddy and on the drive back got a flat, came in close to close and a very nice gentleman named Justin helped and accommodated for me even when the specific tire I needed was tricky to get and gave a great deal to me to be able to make it home, highly recommend his services!
