The manager here has great expertise! They changed my oil efficiently and provided a car wash and tire rotation free of charge. I highly recommend taking your car here.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Service took less than 20 minutes. I was the only customer at 3:00 on a Wednesday. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. However, I will not likely return because the wash, which is included in the price of the oil change, was piss-poor. When one aspect of service is careless, it makes me question the quality of the rest. Chances are, one young person on the crew needs some training.Service: Oil change

The people there were all super friendly. They need to be careful, on my receipt it says they checked the filter but I drive a car that I know for a fact that they can t check the filters under the turbos! I understand you re not able to check everything on a unique car, just don t lie that you did! Also I already paid for the quarts of synthetic why is there a $20 fee for synthetic oil charge ?!?! $150 oil change I expected more from them.Service: Oil change

So glad I found this place. After terrible service trying to first schedule an appointment for weeks (no returned voicemails), then walk-in to the service dept at Lithia dealership only to be turned away, Karl s got me right in and completed the oil change so quick! Going here from now on.

My only problem is, ive recently bought my car at a dealership, and it didnt leak oil or any fluid. I get a oil change through you guys and gals like i always do and now it leaks oil. Im not going here anymore.

From Idaho and in Missoula on business. Wanted to get my coolant changed on my 2011 Silverado. Asked to make sure that they used a coolant exchange system and not just an open the radiator drain which does not get all the old coolant out. They do! Nice to have a service provider that knows what they are doing!They flushed the system with a BG flush kit and exchanged all the old coolant with new extended life coolant. Nice!And they did it all quickly and efficiently.I will be a customer here in the future for sure!

I've been getting my oil changed here for many years. The faces have changed but they are all friendly and professional. It's a quick and efficient operation and I've never had a long wait. All that a free car wash !!

I ve been coming here for a few years now and they continue to be my preferred oil change provider. They do a nice job in a quick amount of time, exactly what the name implies. I appreciate the extra step of vacuuming and washing my truck and they are always friendly. I keep ignoring discounted offers from the dealership where I purchased my truck because Express Lube provides a better service.

I rely on this business to maintain some of what's beneath the hood and chassis of my 2015 Silverado. They also cared for a fleet rig that I drove. KT Express Lube has well trained technicians who are efficient and careful. And, when you leave, your vehicle is washed clean on the outer body too.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I just brought my wife's car in for an oil change, since we are staying at the hotel next door. I informed them that I was interested in having the air filters changed, needed the tire pressure taken care of as well. I was informed that it would take 30 minutes, gave my name and number and went to lunch. When I came back, 40 minutes later, the car was not ready. They were waiting for an oil filter, which is understandable, but the woman also told me that they couldn't get air filters for it, that no one had them. I said, "not even the dealership?" and she informed me that they only order from one place!? There is a dealership two blocks away! It was as if I drove in with a UFO! One hour late, when they finally finished my oil change, I got in the car and the air pressure indicator is still on. Now for the free car wash. I wouldn't exactly call it a car wash...more like they will splash water on it and hope stuff comes off. There is a 6 inch bug splatter still going across the windshield. Nice work fellas!

Went to them for our Chevy Silverado and got an oil and fuel filter changed. Barely 3 weeks later our fuel filter was at 0% and the sensor came on telling us that we needed a new one even though we just got one not even 3 weeks ago. We decided to pull it apart and get a new fuel filter on our own to figure out what was going on, come to find out They put exactly a tp3012F fuel filter on when that exact model is discontinued and is specifically for a Ford. We brought it back and they said you have no proof that we did that and the paperwork had the right part on it that it was supposed to have but they didn t match up clearly. All they offered us for their mistake of putting it on was a discounted oil change when it could have seriously ruined our engine. Will NOT be giving them our service ever again. They do not come off as an honest working shop.Service: Oil change

I get all of my vehicles serviced at Karl Tyler. I have never had a bad experience and I can't say enough good about the way Amanda at North Reserve treats us. I will continue to use Karl Tyler's express lube.

I have purchase 3 vehicles from Karl Tyler, and have been bringing all of my work vehicle and personal vehicles here for over 10 years. Due to the number of vehicles I was able to get a fleet discount of a 10%. The service is fast and they clean and vac your vehicle. However they now dropped all their small fleet customers and I am just another number. :(

I went here yesterday to have my oil changed, all of the staff was very friendly, and it only took about 20 minutes to change my oil, top off my fluids, and wash my car. Would definitely recommend to a friend. :)

I've been using Express Lube at this location for years. Recently my F250 had a sensor go off so I took it to a mechanic to get it looked at since it triggered my engine light. He found the error code but also found that my crankcase was two quarts low! Just to be very clear, my truck does NOT burn oil or have any leaks, as verified by the mechanic. Very disappointing. I'll be looking elsewhere for service.Service: Oil change
