I had no wait time. Les greeted me by name as soon as I drove up. The service on the car was quick and thorough. Standard upsellng can drive up cost but easy to decline and opt for basic oil change for reasonable price. I am always able to google find a coupon while waiting that will save $10 or more. Been a happy customer for many years.

Went at the perfect time because the line was short. The three gentlemen that were working at the Reserve street location started changing my vehicles oil immediately. They asked questions and knew my name before I exited my car. They found my oil leak and took care of that, cleaned my windows, vacuumed the inside carpet changed the oil and had my car ready to go almost before I had the paperwork done. Best experience at any oil change location I have had thank you Jiffy Lube.

Exceeded my expectations in quality and timeliness. They even vacuumed out my floor leaving my car cleaner than I arrived. I would definitely recommend anyone to this location and will return when I need further service.

Went in for an oil change and they were friendly and fast! They were also honest, which is so appreciated ! They showed prices before doing anything, also showed prices of windshield wipers since I needed replaced. They removed the air filter and showed it to me then asked if I wanted it replaced, rather than just saying 'oh it's bad you need a new one' like a lot of places do. Was in and out in about 30 minutes, there was only 1 other vehicle there but still, fast service

Very good place to get all your car s fluids changed. They also do filters and tire rotations.I like their speed and checks. They check lights grease and many other vehicle needs. They are connected to the manufacturer of the individual vehicle also, informing you of specific mileage requirements. Good people!

The staff and crew at my favorite Jiffy Lube were incredibly efficient, highly skilled and knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. The guys answered every question I had and kept me informed every step of the way. They informed me of manufacturers recommendations but also listened to what I wanted and complied with my requests. I certainly have not been treated that way at any of the other local facilities that are not a Jiffy Lube. I will not ever go anywhere else.

If an oil change can be fun - well this certainly was. My first time at Jiffy Lube but not my last. Totally professional, superb customer service, great customer lobby and just an enjoyable atmosphere. Jeff went over my car in great detail addressing items but of course the decision was mine. I was treated very respectfully. Thank you to all the team. I will see you in 5 thousand miles or sooner if I need oil or washer fluid!

Jiffy Lube always has such great customer service and truly gets the job done in a jiffy! Specifically, Les at the north Reserve location is incredibly kind, explains everything to customers in a straight up, professional manner, and treats me with respect! Experience was great. I was the first one in the morning so I was in and out very fast. Customer service in the moment was fabulous, very friendly and knowledgeable. The reason I gave 4 stars is the excessive 1:00 am text message and emails pushing to write this review. I sure hope that they stop now that I have posted. Thanks!

The people at Jiffy Lube were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The service was competitively priced, and they are one of the few places left that vacuum your car at no extra charge. They also do free fluid fills and tire checks in between servicing. Good experience every time. Five solid stars!

I was traveling in from Idaho and a warning light came on for my engine. When i got to town, I took the car to the N Reserve Jiffy Lube and they checked it over. They identified the problem and knew they couldn't fix it, so told me what I needed to do and topped off my coolant so i could make it to a shop. The service technician estimated the cost for repairing it, so I wouldn't be too surprised. I appreciated being treated with respect, courtesy and the quick service. Thanks. A good place to go for car service in Missoula.

Jiffy Lube went above and beyond when my battery needed replaced during the an extreme cold spell. The person at the desk was so personable both on the phone as well as in person. The job was done efficiently and skillfully in such a short time that it was quite impressive. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube on Reserve.

The staff at Jiffy Lube are very friendly and polite. Les had wonderful customer service. I give them 10 thumbs up for outstanding customer service and they did an outstanding job on our Honda. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube. Our Honda, was done, within 15-20 minutes.

Man this place is the frickin best in town. Les lays down the knowledge and costumer service for a hassle free experience every time. Coffee in the lobby was on point too. Easy 5 stars. From my ex baby mama to my Nana.. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Fellas, lifetime customer.

I take my cars to this Jiffy Lube all the time . The men are courteous and welcoming. My work is always done in a timely manner. Whether they are the greeter or work in the bays they are friendly. They are like trusted family.

The attention to detail was extraordinary by the entire crew from the moment I pulled in; was greeted by name prior to getting out of my vehicle upon arrival. The team here was very warm and informative without trying to up sale me throughout my service. Very timely services completed and comfortable waiting room; even had a water bowl out for my pup.

I was impressed with the service for my car. I was doubtful of the need to replace the cabin filter. They showed me a filter that had an abundance of rodent nest in it. I found it hard to believe that that much material could be deposited in a short period of time . I had the filter replaced, but felt that it could have been done in a different manner (ie could they have shown me the filter as they were removing it?). What they showed me felt like a set up .

I take my 2 cars to north reserve jiffy lube on a regular basis because the jiffy lube team helps keep my cars running in good shape. In addition to oil changes they keep track if I need radiator fluid changes, new air filters etc . All the information on what my cars need next is on file. They are so much easier to get into and get the work done than if I went to my car dealer and they are cheaper too. Going to themMust be paying off because my one car has 256,000 miles on it and the other has 370,000 milesServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

True to their word, the service at this Jiffy Lube is generally fast and friendly. It does not provide a full range of auto services, but they do a basic check to see if there are any problem spots on your rig. Some of the services they do offer can save you a trip to the mechanic. If all you're needing is an oil change, you'll get in and out without much of a wait.

My company used this shop for our commercial preventative maintenance. The staff greeted me upon arrival, 3 different returning customers walked through the door and were greeted by name, two of them were asked if they were going to be using the same oil as last time. It's pretty rare in this Era to have that type of customer service.

The guy that worked on my car did not reset the internal computer so every time I turn it on now it says I need an oil change. I realize this is a small thing but it is the 3rd time it has happened at this store. So I have to make another trip into town for this. At least this time they tightened the oil valve.. because last time I dripped oil everywhere and had to come back in for that too because it was empty the next day but inhad a nice oil slick on my driveway. They also seemed to have some how messed up my rear window wiper. It was working fine then after leaving it no longer sprays fluid as well or wipes evenly. The wiper hangs lower and is loose.
