I was greeted politely by a young man who explained what I needed to do! I waited in a very pleasant waiting room where coffee and water were offered! My wait was less than a half hour, and it was obvious they were very busy! When my car was finished I was informed what had been done to it ! All was done efficiently and professionally!

Great experience at this business. The workers were very prompt and professional. I like that they offered more services but did not try to up sell me. Very courteous and professional. Got me and my vehicle in and out of there. Was my second time there and I will be going back again.

Thank you so much for the excellent service during my oil change. The service was extremely fast and as I was discovering some issues with my vehicle during this service the mechanics Mathew and Kyle went above and beyond to spend time talking with me to explain everything very carefully. Kyle even did a follow up call with me a few days afterwards. I will always highly recommend service at this Jiffy Lube location. Thank you so much Mathew and Kyle.

Subject: Concerns Regarding Recent Vehicle Service ExperienceDear Jiffy Lube Customer Service,I am writing to express my deep concerns about the recent service I received at your establishment, which regrettably fell short of my expectations.I brought my vehicle in for a transmission fluid flush and rear differential fluid replacement at your [Location] branch. Prior to my visit, I diligently filled out all necessary vehicle information online to streamline the process. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that a manager was required to access my information from the computer database.Despite being told that the manager would return in approximately 5 minutes, I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes without any sign of the manager. After an hour had passed, the assistant manager suggested entering the vehicle information manually to proceed with the service. Unfortunately, it took an additional hour to complete the service, leading to a total wait time that far exceeded what should be expected for such routine maintenance.What adds to my disappointment is the lack of managerial communication throughout this entire ordeal. Despite receiving a text and email requesting feedback through a survey, I responded, expressing my desire for a manager to contact me before providing feedback. Unfortunately, it has been two days since my response, and no manager has made an effort to reach out to me.This lack of communication and the extended delays in service have left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experience. I believe that such issues could have been avoided with better coordination and communication among the staff.I hope that my concerns are taken seriously, and I urge you to address these issues promptly to enhance the customer service experience at your establishment. I believe in the importance of constructive feedback, and I trust that steps will be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I've been so impressed with the service (and speed!) at the Brooks Jiffy Lube. It's - no pun intended - a well oil machined. So many staff members who - from start to finish - make car servicing the most pleasant experience. Thank you Jiffy Lube team!

The people were nice, but they didn't reset the oil. Or the check engine after the oil was changed. I thought there were a little bit too expensive. A $104 and some change, but when I could have tamidas, and it was only $74. For the same thing, but but and the place was nice and clean. But I wasn't too happy about having to pay $75 to get the check engine. Light code turned off because they did not do that.

They were polite but didn't actually fill several coolants and tried to replace my wipers that were just replaced. They also put back in a super dirty air filter because I wouldn't buy one from them, It had shavings and lint from a critter and they didn't even just shake it out so when they put it back in, it jammed the bark in the blades and we had to tear apart the front part to get the bark back out. I wouldn't go back. The last Jiffy lube we went to before this left a cap off my transmission fluid.

Jiffy Lube is fantastic, never had a bad experience. Been going here for a few years now. Staff is courteous and friendly. They go above and beyond to get the job done. Fast and efficient.

My first oil change sense I bought my pickup they were very professional and the guy that was in the pit draining my oil made sure to let me know how everything was looking. I would definitely use them in the future, plus no high pressure just suggested on what services should be done.

I got more than expected. I went for oil change, but they helped me to know things that needed to be fixed and I didn't know it. The best of all, everything was for a small price. Really happy with the Jiffy Lube service

The service was friendly and efficient. The price was on par with other facilities. My only complaint has nothing to with this particular business but more of an industry wide practice of trying the upsell on air and cabin filters. I would prefer if I was asked if I would like these filters checked but I suppose it s not much skin off my behind to say no thank you .

Absolutely the best oil change in town and the fastest, and they always have availability! Having spent eight years in the Marine Corps myself, I also like that the franchise in Missoula is owned by a veteran; this is the ONLY place I go to care for my Toyota s oil and fluids.

I live 3 hours away & I have used the jiffy lube in Missoula two years in a row its a great location and they are super helpful & point out stuff you may need to get like windshield wipers & air filters . Rotate my tires so i feel safe & good for another year thanks jiffy lube

They did a good job. I'm 57 and have been a professional mechanic on construction and logging equipment since I was 15. I felt confident when I drove away. They were nice and brought a couple things to my attention but I didn't receive some big sales push.

Great customer service!!! I went in for a headlight replacement. Had an issue with my ignition switch. They called a tow truck and said they'd cover the cost of the tow and repair. Definitely recommend them to others!

My review is more about the constant upselling, and advertisement whether thru their employees, or automated text messages and emails.I just came in for an oil change, and employees executed the service really well; however, having to refuse constant offers to other services and products was really disruptive to the customer service experience, and I didn't like it.I understand that employees don't have a say in regards to what theyre required to say/sell, so this is mostly a commentary on the requirements corporate is enforcing.It's very obvious that Jiffy Lube higher ups only care about upselling customers, and not supplying their employees with necessary resources and space to just do their job well. I want to feel like the staff cares about why I came in, not like they're trying to meet sales goals metrics.

Very pleased with the service, they pointed out some issues that should be addressed, I had them do some extra things. when I got my car back it was vacuumed out the washer fluid was topped off..You guys deserve 5 STARS
